I just got into The Walking Dead, what a GREAT series. I was turned off at first with the black and white, but the story is just amazing.

I used to have it on my favorite but Morzilla messed up and they all got deleted.

Those have been the strong rumours. Its not confirmed though. I like the idea of turning Eddie Brock into a mirror Peter Parker and making him an almost "Evil Spider-Man" kinda like Ultimate Venom.

I recently read Ultimate X Men 1 - 61 ( I think) & it has to be one of the best comics i've read in ages. One problem I have with it though is that everyone seems to be falling in love all the damn time.
Jean/Cyclops Jean/Logan Logan/Storm Storm/Beast Rogue/Bobby Rogue/Gambit Bobby/Kitty Ali/Warren Kitty/Spiderman
Thats all the love affairs that i've counted so far. :-\

Yes it's a pretty intresting ending to it but I'm wondering how it's going to work seeing that they have to intercross through comics etc. Thats one thing I like about the Ult Xmen & Spiderman comics is that if they apear in the other it's mentioned in the main comic down the line.

Anyone pick up the new collection of the alex ross tabloid format stories on the JLA? I forget the name of it, and don't have access to it, but damn it it was worth all 50.00 bucks.

Is Metal Gear Solid worth picking up in the comics... or should I just go the cheaper route and get the TPB?

Well, I cant see them FUBARing SM3 any worse than Ratner and X3.
Is anyone else reading up on Day of Vengeance. Because I read issue 6 today and I'm a bit stumped by a particular ending part.
SPOILER:
seems like they "killed" Billy Batson, so by extension they also killed Captain Marvel. You'd think they'd pump that up a bit more. But it was so abrupt as to be really unclear if that is what happened.

Sure, they showed him plummeting to his apparent death, but if they're going to go so far as to kill Captain Marvel, a guy who's beat Superman more than once, they're going to do it on-panel. And he probably wouldn't be Billy Btason when they did it.

Anyone excited about The Other? I'd say I'm more excited to see Peter David and Mike Weiringo back on Spider-man then the actually event itself. But after I read Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man tomorrow, I'm sure I'll be really hyped up the the rest of the Other. My local comic shop was having a great sale this week, so I got West Coast Avengers 1-4 (mini), 1-24 (ongoing) and Annuals 1-2, plus 10 random issues of New Warriors for $12!

Infinite Crisis #1 was amazing. This line alone was worth it:
Batman, to Superman: "The last time you inspired people was when you were dead."
