I think UFF is a great read. It really made the Fantastic Four interesting for me. I had not really read much into them, but it's just what I needed to see. I like it a lot. Get the first arc and see how you like it. You can check it out in TPB form too.

By the way, everyone should read "The Watchmen". What a hell of a comic... You are correct. It is quite simply the greatest superhero story ever told.

Yeah i have that one....its an amazing storyline....i suggest you read the ones leading up to Fatal Attractions then read the Wolverine issue that takes place approximately a second after that X-men book. You see what happens when he pops his claws after the adamantium is no longer there....just wow....what a moment.

I just bought Ultimate Spider-Man #63 off ebay and I better stop for a few weeks cause I spent about £25 on Ultimate Spider-Man, Team-Up and Aventure on Thrusday.

I just got back from Wizard World Chicago and have a few juicy tidbits that are both spoilerific, so highlight to read if you wanna: The New Avengers will consist of Cap, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Spider-Woman, Wolverine (seriously), The Sentry, Luke Cage (I think), and a mystery character.
But here's the big WWC exclusive announcement: Phoenix returns in February 2005!!!

I just found a great UK site for comics so I ordered afew. Rogue 2, 3 + 4 Venom + Carnage 2, 3 + 4 (so when I receive them all that will be the full mini series) Spider-Man/Doctor Octopus: Year One 3, 4 + 5. I can't believe I missed out on the 2nd one of Doctor Octopus. I have the full series apart from 2. So great as now I have my sucscriptions and £10 a week to spend on mini series and such on that site. Can't wait to get them all even though so won't come for a bit.

I spent $100 on comics on Sunday for my birthday. I also got the Freddy vs. Jason figure set. I am hoping to go to a different comic book store today. Here is a list of what I read/have: Batman. A lot of older stuff. (Vs. Predator, Knightfall, No Man's Land, ect.) Batman based off the cartoons. Amazing Spider-man vol. 2 Ultimate Spider-man. I have most of the TPBs. I haven't read any of them. Lenore. Buffy. Any Venom. Anything written by Kevin Smith. Plus more. I have 3 big comic hold boxes full. I need to buy another one. I just read Batman vs. Predator II Bloodmatch TBP and Venom Carnage vol 1. Good stuff. I marked when *spoilers* Spider-man showed up. "Carnage preggers?" *spoilers* Good stuff. Powerless looks cool. I might look at it. What is that Batman war thing about? Kim

Ultimate Spider-Man 64 was top notch. A great fight scene (not a spoiler you knew it was going to happen and you knew it was going to happen after 63).
Spoilers I knew Ben was up to something... I think this could lead to the Scarlet Spider. It was really interesting seeing Carnage going in a smoke stack, the place were the "dead" body of Reilly went in the orignal Clone Saga. Of course one was working and one wasn't but you know what I mean

Well, I stopped at the comic shop yesterday and picked up Ultimate Spider-Man 64, along with Ultimate FF 3 and 4, and USM 64 was crazy. It made sense after I thought about it, as far as the identity of Carnage. I don't really care for the choice Peter makes at the end, but I am going to reserve judgement until I see where it goes from here.
Also on the UFF side, I admit issue 3 was more of a standard setup issue, but I am enjoying it thus far. Toay I am reading issue 4, and then I will have to go back to get 5 and 6.
