Anyone know when that set with those re-paints of Cyclops and Magneto are coming out? They're painted to look like Ultimate X-Men. Just curious.

Last I saw they were being made then they were postponed. They're not on pre-order anywhere yet either. Some ML's: cgi.EBAY LINK NOT ALLOWED/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=014&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&viewitem=&item=330128677839&rd=1&rd=1

Has anyone noticed that Hasbro's Marvel Legends series 2 has barely made an impact? I have seen them at 1 Walmart and a couple KB's. That's it. No TRU's, no Targets, no Meijers. It makes me wonder if the first series sold so badly that stores are dropping the line. I know the Meijer nearest to me I can still buy a complete set of series 1.

Yeah, my friend picked up quicksilver for me about 2 months ago when they first hit KB. I haven't seen them anywhere since. I think TRU's shelves are still clogged with emma frost and wolverine variants, as well as that mojo series from toybiz.

I bet if they had a better paintjob they would sell. Check out my commissioned HML2 Repaints, and how a paintjob helps: NXM Xorn Custom: Yellowjacket Custom: She-Hulk Custom: Classic Quicksilver Custom: Lord Of Asgard Thor Custom: Mimic Custom: None of them are finished yet. Some are closer than others. Mimic needs his alternate parts and wings.

Finished or not, they look awesome. Xorn and Quicksilver really stand out to me. Pietro was such a "blah" figure before, but your customizer really changed that! Congrats!

hi im new and just wanting to start buying marvel legends anyone know a good store to buy them at in New Jersey Not sure if you have a KB Toys or not, but if you do, I'd check there 1st. Mine has a bunch of the last few TB Series for $4.99 and also a bunch of X-Men classics for $4.99 each as well. If you like the newer Hasbro ML's, Wal-Mart & Target are your best bets at $9.99 each as where KB charges $11.99 for them. Good luck with starting your collection.

My gripe is more with the lack of shoulder articulation on most of the newer ones (ult. Wolvie, She Hulk), otherwise I think they're fine. Anyone see the SDCC exclusive lawyer/FF She Hulk yet? They have a Stan Lee fig as well.

I broke down and bought my second figure from Hasbro's series 2: Xorn. Not a bad figure. Sadly, what is an exceptional Hasbro Legend is a decent Toybiz Legend. The "Magneto" head is way too small, but honestly I am never taking that helmet off anyway as that storyline was so intellectually- disabled and nonsensical that I choose to ignore it altogether.
I am still planning to get She-Hulk, Yellowjacket, and MAYBE that Thor if I can find a good paintjob on one. That is if the line ever gets more exposure in stores.

I've been told that some Hasbro is asking Toysru's to give back their Wave 2 ML's. Poor Sales like no other lower than Toybiz's Series 11.

Yeah, their figures are pretty bad. A great paintjob will improve them: Update on Quicksilver: Blob: By the way, is your sig for real? When did this happen. Oh, god it's real. I stop watching wrestling and then find out another one of my favorite wrestlers is dead.
