Jesse Falcon ain't the main guy anymore. He was the main guy for Toybiz, now he just helps Hasbro with some stuff but doesn't actually have power there. Jesse is still the main man as he handles all licensing approvals for marvel. If he wants something changed, it gets changed. As for the nemesis wave, I was under the impression that it has yet to make it into the u.s. yet due to some odd shipping problems. I thought they were only available in canada thus far, which wold explain the current price gouging on ebay. has anyone found them stateside yet?

the Wal-Mart is Durham, NC had them. they still had the Punisher variant a week and a half ago when i was last there. they're in the US. alot of online retailers have them in too. CMD got them first, but they're based in Canada, but everywhere has them now. check Amazon, spam, and numerous stores that use ebay also have them for sale. the 2 variants are the easiest to find and the most inexpensive. which is odd, because i figured the Punisher variant was going to sell like crazy and be hard to find, but it wasnt at all.

I have yet to find any on the east coast, but I am not going to pay $40 for a new figure. what is spam? other than the food.

Nemesis wave has NOT hit stateside. It is in Canada only. There was a rumor of a Georgia sighting but never confirmed. Unless they are starting to finally trickle out, they are nowhere to be found here, yet.

^ Marvel Legends figs dont come with stands. waves 1-5 and half of wave 6 from Toybiz came with bases but thats it and no fig since then has had a base or stand of any kind. so unless its a fig from one of those waves dont expect anything. and i believe cmd sells its loose figs as pictured, so if you see the base in the pic, thats what you will receive.

I think R.I.P Air Mcnair meant flight stands, Toybiz waves had them from Series 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, and Vision from 7, Doop from 6 and a few others.

I've been thinking about ordering alot of loose figs off of CMDstore. And I really wanted the stands to come with them.

I'm not sure CMD sells those with the figures or what. You can try ebay and buy them in groups depending on the seller. I did that when I needed more for my customs.

I just bought two complete sets (with variants) from a Walmart Superstore in Buffalo, New York, so I can confirm that they are in the US and the East Coast. I won't be doing loose pics, but if anyone would need MOC pics for some reason I can do some tomorrow.
I intend to trade a set for the DCUC figures I am missing if anyone is interested. PM if you have MOCs of the Giganta wave or newer.

I'm definitely buying multiples of Shield Agents/Hand Ninjas & Kree Soldiers, 2 sets of IM/Sharon Carter/Maria Hill. I'll sell the Skrulls.
