I have Madden 2007, and I have heard from alot of people "Oh, they're just going to re-hash out what they did last year, and two years ago with a couple of new features". My point is, is Madden 2009 worth buying (for the 360) if I already have another Madden game?

Depends what other Madden game you have and whether or not you actually follow football. If you're a casual fan, and own 2008, I'd probably say don't get it. If you really like football, you're gonna get it anyway. And if you're a casual fan without a Madden game, this is definitely the one to get. It looks leagues above any other Madden game this generation, and they made a ton of improvements, especially in the graphical area.

i really hope there are celebrations after the game idk why but it pisses me off after a game it goes to the end menu i like the celebrations after the game and the super bowl

i really hope there are celebrations after the game idk why but it pisses me off after a game it goes to the end menu i like the celebrations after the game and the super bowl Id rather them do what 2K did their final year in the NFL and have Chris Berman do a weekly sportscenter to sum up the weeks worth of football. That is still pretty bad ass to me and with EA having the ESPN rights as well as the NFL's I dont understand why they dont really use it for anything. They've improved the presentation this year but as far as I know they still haven't really used ESPN for anything. I mean last years was ok with the real sportscenter updates but now its time to use ESPN for the improvement of the actual game. |

This is the first year my Game Stop isn't openning at midnight for Madden in the last 5 years...Which sort of sucks as I'll actually be driving by there around Midnight tonight after picking my wife and daughter up at the ferry station from seeing the Jonas brothers at MSG tonight. I'll have to go back tomorrow morning at 8Am which I had to do anyway, because I have to go to the Target that's next to Game Stop first thing in the morning to get my daughter the new Jonas Brothers CD that comes out tomorrow.

So, what's the first thing everyone does when they get Madden?
For me...I play a quick game with Rams and play with teams with new players and what not (Raiders with McFadden)
Then, I check out franchise and what not.
Basically, I check out everything before serious franchise play.
I hope playbooks are accurate to the coordinators this year. Like, i hope the Rams have some of the formations the Redskins playbook did under Saunders.
