Just woke up after playing Madden 09 until about 5:30 in the morning. The game so far is phenomenal. A lot of detail went into this game graphic wise. The difference between 08 and 09 is like night and day, which I'm sure most of you have seen in screen shots and videos, but it's even more apparent playing it at home. Game play wise I really haven't come across anything I can complain about. The controls feel solid and responsive.

Just got home from TRU. Got the game, a free Farve fig, and a $10 gift card, which I put towards a Warren Moon figure.
Anyway, I'm off to go play it now.

I will have mine when I get home from work. I ordered it. It looks like everyone loves it with the exception of gamespot with there 8 out of 10. They only like it.

I got a roster update last night. All you have to do is start a ranked game. And yes, before someone asks, Favre is on the Jets.

I've played 1 and a half games so far. My biggest complaint is how they show buttons under the players now, instead of their names. I hate that. Anyway to change this?
Right now I'm simming NCAA 09 so I can get the draft classes for Madden. I forgot to do this before hand.

Well considering there is a tourney here in town on Sat. I just rented it because if you win this turney you get a free copy. So If I don't win I will pick it up same day and if I do hey, free copy of Madden. ;D

Picked this up at 12 last night. ANd I forgot that is how EA updates rosters.
But I have a question. Is there a way I can keep Michael Strahan after the update? Like can I hide him on a team do the update and bring him back?

Well, I just rented it, and I see they haven't improved the O-Line for when you do a HB Stretch play in Superstar mode. Gotta love not being able to audible and being forced to get tackled for a loss 90% of the time.
