I don't know why he retired in the first place. Unless Ric Flair WANTED to retire....but the entire time I always thought it was just McMahon's plan to get rid of him.
It's clear from the emotion and hype surrounding his "retirement" that the man can still draw and gain an enormous amount of attention.
I think it is ridiculous that in the 7 years since he's been back the best they could do with him was a Tag Team Title run with Batista, a week long tag title run with Piper and a lame duck IC title run where he wasn't even on TV for most of it.
He deserved better and I think at LEAST one more MEANINGFUL run with one of the world titles.

Flair will most likely appear every couple of months just like Austin does and what Foley used to do a few years ago.

I don't recall Flair ever saying he was done from being done from TV, just in ring competition and I believe he will stick to that.
It was too soon that he showed up, I do agree with that.

^ For all you know, I could work for WWE. How the hell would you know?? Seriously, how would you know? You wouldn't. All there is to it. You don't know me. You know absolutely NOTHING about me. And if I worked for WWE, you would have no idea if I did or not. And I DON'T work for WWE by the way. Just wanted to make that perfectly clear. I certainly wish I did, that's for sure. But that's neither here nor there. That's not the topic here. Uh... was there a post deleted before that because that had absolutely nothing to do with anything... Flair challenged Jericho to a fight to lead him to Triple H, not to start a feud with him, if anyone thinks that...

Mr. Old School wishes he worked for WWE. Yet he always speaks as if he does.

To be honest with you it will always be good to see Flair but he should stay away from the ring for a while cause it will not go good with his retirement. I say years down the road Flair should always come back and visit but for him to come back and have another match makes no sense. It will defeat the purpose of him retiring at Wrestlemania 24 to Shawn Michaels. I was very surprised to see Flair come out on RAW then top it all when he walked out the door Triple H was the last guy to see come though the door. I was expecting Shawn Michaels to atttack Jericho for what he did to him last week on RAW.

I don't blame Flair, he has to do what he's told, he's still under a wrestlers contract. But this was horrible booking by the WWE and totally pissed all over what they did for Flair a few months ago. It just made wrestling look very bad....again.
