Quite a weak set in terms of lineup and effort IMO. far too many repaints. Dynamite Kid - NOT GETTING - not a fan/before my time Ric Flair - NOT GETTING - happy with my BoWCW Flair, but they should have given him a new headscan and the flabby torso John Cena LJN - NOT GETTING - LJNs are crap and wasting CS spots Rey Mysterio Jr - NOT GETTING - happy with my RA Rey, again they should have given him a new scan Rock - NOT GETTING - WTF?! this is the exact same as CS19!! i'm happy with my CS19 anyway but this is totally pointless and lazy, could have at least given him a new scan Ron Simmons - NOT GETTING - ok figure but i'm happy with my RA Faarooq Sandman - NOT GETTING - happy with my ECW1, yet again, they could have given him a new scan Tony Atlas - NOT GETTING - not a fan/before my time wow... this will be the first CS set which I am NOT BUYING ANY... I'm mainly interested in NEW figures (not repaints) of people from the Monday Night Wars era (1995-2001) so this is the worst CS set ever for me. Seriously...maybe you should just stop collecting figures, because all you ever do is bitch and complain like a spoilt little girl.

wow,they all pretty much suck
dynamite kid - looks alright but his scan looks odd flair- looks super bland ,weird part choices, stupid head scan cena- this is a joke right?
rey- well being a fan of his in wcw this figure does no justice to what it could have been.the mask is wrong he didnt have eye holes or visible eyes until later in his career. i would have really loved the attire when he faced eddie at halloween havoc (i think that was the match)
rock- rerelease ? we have so many that could have been made but we get this ...gay. simmons-best of the set, looks ok sandman-part choices are all screwed up,should of had the manking sweatpants mold, flabby shirt or cloth shirt with a regal torso or somthiing different all they did was reuse the usa rey exclusive legs on him. atlas-looks ok his hair should have been bigger imo
over all 1.9/10

One of the worst looking sets ever. Dynamite Kid looks nothing like him, jakks you should be ashamed..The old LJN figures from the 80's were not the best..But the Dynamite Kid figure they made was a dead on likeness..Not one figure in this set worth buying..Its pretty easy to see with jakks new UFC deal that wwe figures are not on the top of there list..

Dynamite Kid - Never really cared about this guy, so im not dissapointed. Im just not getting it. Flair - Well, its Flair. I might pick it up, when I see MOC pics. Im hoping it comes with a robe. Cena - Its okay. Im not going to go crazy on it. Its solid. Probably the worst yet though. Rey Mysterio - I was about to say how great Mysterio was, when I saw that he did not have his baggy pants mould. It was painted on. Thats probably the big flaw with the figure. Althugh he probably did not have baggy pants back then, I would of liked to seen it anyway. Overall, the best one still, and im probably going to get it. The Rock - Im not even going to describe how angry I am right now. Jakks had tons of oppurtunities to make different Rock figures. I remember when the line-ups came out. I was overjoyed to see The Rock would get tons of figures, and even more excited to see they were in different attires. What do we get? A Rock in a shirt, and now 2 Rock's with gold lettering. Not to mention they have usedthe same scan that I hate. This pisses me off. Jakks, you really screwed up here. Ron Simmons - I was hoping for a Gladiator Farooq, (One can dream, right? ) but this does not interest me at all. Sandman - I already have a Sandman, and I prefer that one. Tony Atlas - I might pick it up. Its just so plain.

I only like Ron Simmons. (Now, if they would just make a Butch Reed!)

I don't think its that bad. By LJN standards Cena looks pretty good compared to the Undertaker or HBK. I wanted to see a surfer style Sandman.

worst classic set yet. normally we have at least 2 great never released guys followed by some repaints and a few old timers but this is missing anything good. All I have to say is thank you Jakks for giving my wallet a break. I have purchased 18 CS sets in full in a row and was looking for a good time to slow down.

Seriously...maybe you should just stop collecting figures, because all you ever do is bitch and complain like a spoilt little girl. it's called an opinion i know i criticise a lot, but that's because i'm passionate about wrestling figures and i take pride in my collection. i'm always constructive in my criticism and all i'm doing is informing Jakks what i don't like about their products or why i'm not buying certain figures. and of course what i would like to see in future from them. Jakks can hopefully use my comments to improve their products and ultimately get more money from me and other like-minded customers. there are loads of good things i can say about Jakks and loads of their figures that I love. no matter all the negative things i say about Jakks, my figure collection is still my favorite hobby. I'm not looking forward to Mattel's WWE line because it's like they say - "better the devil you know". The truth is Jakks could be a lot worse. But equally they could be a lot better.

WOW the sets keep getting worse and worse. I only want Dynimite, Simmons, & Atlas. Giving Sandman the same scan is just horrible, he needs a mullet.

You say you're passionate about collecting, you still seem to complain about everything Jakks released, so maybe the time to stop collecting figures as arrived?

That is an awful set. I can't believe that is the best they are giving us for the 20th series.
If they are just going to give a bunch of re-releases, there are a lot more in higher demand or more deserving of classic.
-Jerry Lawler - from the 90s WWF (could also be used as current) - Ted DiBiase - Black Suit RA - Bobby Heenan - WM 6 Suit - Jake The Snake - Heel Blue Flame Outfit - Andre - Blue Strap RA - Eric Bischoff - nWo attire

Finally! I've been dying for CS20 protos since I preordered Dynamite in Mid-March!
Dynamite - He looks amazing. Spot on! He's not in WMIII or WMII attires liked I hoped, but I'm still glad I pre-ordered 2 of him way back on March 14 when they were listed for pre-order. I hope they change nothing from the proto.
Simmons - Not the attire I wanted, but the proto looks very nice.
Flair - Finally we get Naitch in green. But why the scrawny arms?! Flair was one of the better built guys back in the day. Here's hoping they add a robe. But I'll get him him either way.
Sandman - Looks pretty good, but he SHOULD have the scrawny arms they gave Flair.
Mr. USA - Looks pretty decent although I'm not sure if it's just the skin tone is too light, but something is off about the figure.
Rock- If I don't get the CS19 I'll get this one...but it's nothing special about him.
The rest are passes for me.
Oh and Trevor - THANKS for posting this!

all in all its funny to see everyone bitch and moan-- and as soon as rsc starts shipping them out...BAM they are the best set of figures yet. it has happened with the last 2 sets and im sure it will happen with the next 2. but anyway, moving on...the rock is a BIG dissapointment. a re-release in the very next wave is CHEAP as hell, so lets hope he has a track suit or something to compensate. other than that this set is fine by me. tony atlas and ron simmons look amazing. and dynamite is a dream come true. so relax, wait until moc images hit, and then everyone can bitch and moan some more.

I'm quite happy with the figures I plan on getting. Dynamite Kid is perfect. True I wanted him in either the WMIII (white) or WMII (blue) attires, but as far as the scan and parts choices goes his figure looks amazing and I hope they don't change a thing. My only complaint with any of the figures I will be buying are Atlas's skin tone is too light and Flair's & Sandman's arms because Flair shouldn't have the scrawny arms whereas Sandman should. But neither are that big of a factor to not buy the figures.

Dynamite Kid - Probably the jewel of the set. Looks great overall.
Ric Flair - Glad to see his green attire and hope he comes with a robe! Wish he had a new scan representing his 80's runs.
John Cena LJN - Wow, this just sucks.
Rey Mysterio - Same with Sandman. Rey had covers over his eyes during his ECW and WCW runs. Like the attire though!
The Rock - Basically a re-release? Why? AT least add some of his samoan tattoos.
Ron Simmons - Nice. I hope he comes with a new WCW Heavyweight Title
Sandman - I honestly expected a new head scan given this figure is based his early-90's stint.
Tony Atlas - Looks good overall
CS 20 should be a milestone set and sadly it is overall a disappointment with 3 of the figures being re-paints and one being a straight-up re-release. I'm not impressed with his set.

So they had a bunch of Cody Rhodes bodys left and threw Flair heads on them?

You say you're passionate about collecting, you still seem to complain about everything Jakks released, so maybe the time to stop collecting figures as arrived? No I didn't consider it an insult. I'm used to getting bashed for my opinions, but I do appriciate you being respectful, most people aren't. I'm just trying to explain why I post in the way i do. i don't think I complain about everything. i'm looking forward to a lot of figures that are coming out and there are a lot of figures that i own and am totally happy with. no figure is perfect and if there's any improvement that could be made i'm sure to notice it, that's just the kind of guy i am. and i don't understand how you can say i'm not constructive with my criticism. maybe occassionally i'm pissed off about something and will just say "that sucks" or something, but that's pretty rare for me. because i know Jakks can't use that kind of statement to improve their products. taking my reply to this thread as an example, barring the LJN (which i have explained my opinion of these many many times and I couldn't be bothered to go into detail this time) I feel I was constructive with my comments on every figure in CS20. i told Jakks why i wasn't buying them, and how they could improve the figure. These parts tells Jakks that I'm a Monday Night Wars era fan, so that's why these guys don't interest me and if they want me to buy more figures, they need to vary the eras of CS and make more superstars from that era to appeal to me. and these parts tell Jakks that I'm not impressed by repaints, I collect one version of each superstar, and i'm happy with the RA versions I already have. I still suggest ways that would make these figures better like new headscans.

Dynamite with a Batista torso? I know that's some sort of inside roids joke, but come on...
