In the history of the WHC the least deserving champs go back to WCW: Russo and David Arquette. In terms of WWE, Khali shouldn't have had the belt. I know they needed to put the belt on a heel for Batista to win it back, but they made a bad choice. Although Punk is up there on the list because he really hasn't paid dues in WWE. He never won a midcard title beofre winning the big one. Someone mentioned Lesner, which I feel is irrelevent. WWE was trying to push Lesner fast because he really was the "next big thing." They wanted him to be teh youngest champ in history which is ironic because the only reason Orton won the WHC so fast was to get Lesner's name out of that position. Brock could have been one of the biggest stars in history if he hadn't f'd up his career by leaving. Tio be honest, his name wouldn't even be brought up if he hadn't left like he did. the world heavyweight title's lineage starts with HHH its not associated with anything before that offically

John Cena Or Hulk Hogan. Both Forced To Be Popular, When In Real Wrestling They Would Be Owned Rofl, Same With Batista

Great Khail
close second, Batista. He was garbage when he first got the strap, now he's actually watchable, IMO.

Dunno really probably Khali... i mean the arguement with Punk is fair in some ways but atleast he has talent! The only reason Khali get pushed is because he is big in India!

The Great Khali. Deffinately. CM Punk the most undeserving? No! Too soon? Maybe.
CM Punk has been around alot longer than all of you guys think, 4-5 years in the indies? Psh, as someone mention, he is almost on his tenth year. And it's not like he is the first person to be given the title on his second year, god! I mean I could of swore that Brock Lesnars was real soon and all of you guys where licking at his balls like he was a god.
And to be honest, the titles mean that little I don't see how you guys can even think someone is underserving anymore... really. If you think CM Punk is most underserving, it is simply because you are a hater and a grade A moron.
Obviously it is The Great Khali, he is a sack of crap who can't run the ropes, barely bumps, very boring in a ring, and to be quite blunt, he sucks, he got the title and didn't deserve it, and he won it in a battle royale if I believe correctly, making him a paper champion along side of that. He was given the strap due to being tall, heavy and smelly of curry.

Randy Orton, and not just because I've never liked him. I think he's gotten way too many chances. He's failed drug tests and acted like a tool backstage all the while knowing his job was safe since he's close with Vince and Triple H. I also thought it was ridiculous that he was pushed to the main event scene at the exact time last year when the WWE was under fire for steroids after Benoit's death.
I just don't think it's fair when guys like him get an unlimited amount of chances while other guys are held down for the same reasons. Look at Kennedy...he was about to embark on the biggest push on his career, failed a drug test and now what's he doing? Orton failed a drug test and was given the WWE Title.

Khali and Punk.
Khali is just terrible.
and while Punk has talent, he never did anything in the WWE to really deserve that title.

None...Every guy who's been WWE Champion has worked hard and deserves it. It's ignorant to say CM Punk because the dude worked hard to get where he is just like every other champion Yeah, he was in the indies, what? 4 or 5 years? And then in the WWE for 2 and a half tops? Yeah, real deserving. Matt Hardy, a 15 year veteran, and Jeff Hardy, a 14 year veteran, deserve it more. Hell, Bob Holly deserves it more. That last sentence is probably the funniest thing Ive read in a long time. The day Matt, or Jeff Hardy win the WWE Championship.. is the day I give up.

Randy Orton, didn't do anything to deserve anything of any kind, lazy, no personality or charisma & the crowd don't care enough about him. Is that a joke? We must not know the same Randy Orton. The Randy Orton I know was the guy who was drawing the most heat on Raw (bar HHH) every night, and put on great matches with guys like Edge, Rob Van Dam, Christian, Shelton Benjamin. Seriously, you either don't know what you're talking about Fury, or you were just guessing that Orton didn't do those things you listed because you don't like him.
