You have some fairly good shows going on here. But it seems as if you're dependent on Japan and I don't like that kind of image. Also, Chaz Classic, two-time SFF World Champion and he doesn't make it onto most shows, and when he does he's stuck in some random tag team. I dislike that too, but ah well. You have a great mind and I look forward to the next show. Sucks what happened to Durden. Hopefully he can come back from this, but somehow I don't see it. Keep up the good work.

SCW "Lost Highway" Full Results 3/21/2009; Tokyo, JPN (Tokyo Dome)
1) Brock Irish defeated Aaron Wade with the "GoldRush" (8:33). Irish hasn't been doing anything in SCW lately, so it was nice to see him back in action. Despite not being booked frequently, he's always been one of my favorite wrestlers. This was a pretty solid opening match that involved some heavy striking. After the bout, both men shook hands. **. 2) Eddie Edwards defeated Nikollaj Punk with a roll-up (9:04). Despite having two pretty decent competitors in the ring, the crowd was pretty dead for this one. Until the last couple of minutes, anyways. In my eyes, this was the best that Edwards has looked in SCW yet. I'd definitely give some credit to Punk for doing a great job of selling for his moves, as well. After close to ten minutes of back and forth action, Edwards managed to roll Punk up for a three-count. **3/4. 3) Naomichi Marufuji and Ryo Guilin beat Chaz Classic and Johnny Arsenic and Dirk Sterling and Safu Anoa'i (w/ Lou Glamsley) after Guilin hit a standing shooting star press on Arsenic (12:19). Bobby Cruise billed this match as a number one contender's match, so take that for what it's worth. This one really wasn't all that special, maybe even a little clustery at times. In the middle of the bout, Arsenic and Classic hinted at breaking up, but they continued to work together for the remainder of the match. Overall, this was pretty laggy, but Marufuji was able to keep the crowd hot on their feet. **1/2. 4) Shingo Takagi defeated BxB Hulk, Kyle Henderson, and Pac when he nailed the "Gallon Throw" on Henderson (10:52). For the second multi-man match in a row, this was actually pretty fun to watch. All four of these guys really know how to put on an entertaining fight. Takagi looked especially strong here, and I was happy to see him pick up the win. I'm really hoping that he'll receive a shot at the SCW International Championship or the SCW World Championship soon. Great match, to say the least. ***1/4. 5) SCW Tag-Team Championships - Mike Bockwinkel and Nick Jacobs beat Dragon Kid and Justin Robinson after Bockwinkel hit the "Bockwinkel Special" on Robinson to retain their belts (11:37). You'd be surprised at how well Robinson and Dragon Kid worked together. Regardless of having completely different fighting styles, they made a pretty darn good temporary team. Surprisingly, Jacobs and Bockwinkel managed to put away Dragon Kid and Robinson cleanly. Not to mention, the crowd still hates them more than any other tag-team in SCW right now. ***. Eighth defense. -- Intermission break. -- 6) Go Shiozaki versus Jason Star went to a time-limit draw (20:00). An extremely impressive debut for Jason Star in SCW. Star proved that he was a Triple Crown Champion in Sims Fantasy Federation for a good reason. Go and Jason exchanged some very stiff shots that got the Tokyo crowd up on their feet early. It looked like Star was going to pick up the victory after he nailed the "Jay Driller", but he made a late cover, allowing Go to get some time to kick out of the devastating maneuver. When the clock hit twenty, both men fell to their feet in exhaustion. Following the bout, both wrestlers rose each other's hands, which was greatly admired by the fans. ***3/4. 7) SCW International Championship - Daz defeated Mushiking Terry after he made him submit to the "Devil's Clutch" to retain his title (15:18). Mushiking Terry got an explosive reaction from the Tokyo fans. In my eyes, however, he didn't live up to all the hype. I mean, he's not bad by any means, but I don't think that he's worthy enough to be in the semi-main event of a big SCW show. When it was all over, Terry and Daz hugged one another. Opponents have really been warming up to each other tonight, haven't they? ***1/2. Fifth defense. 8) Jake Furrey defeated Takeshi Morishima with a rolling release superplex (18:32). It's amazing how consistent Morishima can be with delivering classic matches. I guess that just truly proves how much of a future legend he is. Morishima dished out his entire moveset on Furrey, but was unable to put him away. After Morishima failed to pin Furrey with a vicious backdrop driver, he went to the top-rope and tried attempting the move for higher impact. However, this backlashed on Morishima, as Furrey countered the attack into a beautiful rolling release superplex to pick up the huge win. Following the bout, the Supremacy ran down to the ring and began assaulting Furrey. After a while, Morishima joined in on the attack, eventually nailing in another backdrop driver. As the Supremacy stood over Furrey's lifeless body, the show came to an eventual finish. MOTN. ****1/4.

Lost Highway was a decent show, not your best though. The match with Safu and everyone was pretty good, but I didn't like Safu losing. But yet, for some reason, I'm glad Marufiji won. The Tag title match was awesome, like always. I'm really digging Jacobs and Bockwinkel, keep them together. Glad they won the match, by the way. Shiozaki versus Star was insane, probably my most favorite match of the night. It could have gone either way, and no matter who won, I wouldn't care. Glad you settled on a time limit draw though. The International title match was another great match, but for some reason, I wasn't really entertained. The main event was great, but in my eyes, it wasn't the best. The match could habe gone either way, but I would have rather seen Morishima win. Overall, a great show. Keep this up, please. Reply to TNA 2008?

Irish! that is someone who I havn't heard in a long time I say give him a partner and go for gold once more, Edwards maybe getting Brad's push?, the no.1 con was obvious after all this build up that Namo was going to win and hopefully the titles, I agree with STL that Safu is not to be in that tag team he's a solid top man so keep him in the top card and Sterling had a increadible push but was stopped dead during this teaming, Shingo also getting a push is fine as long as it isn't the world title, Mike and Nicks last defence?, Star/Go sounded mental I could picture it perfectly booked and written, I loved Daz last week but theres no feel to him just a masked wrestler which I'm starting to feel is a bit bland, Furrey deafeats Moshima seems as if you like Mosh with all these main events or you just saw how good he is, keep it up, good luck

SCW Newswire #4: March 25th, 2009
- Earlier this afternoon, Brad Durden was officially released from his Sims Championship Wrestling contract. At one point, there was actually some mild discussion about keeping Durden under a contract, during his injury time. However, this talk quickly subsided, as the majority of the company saw no reason to pay him, while he was at home recovering. There is a pretty decent chance that Durden could return to the company in the future, but at this time, everything is just rumored. Durden will leave his SCW career behind him with an impressive undefeated record. - Upon moving from the United States to Japan, Sims Championship Wrestling has increased its fanbase significantly. Back when they were located in California, the promotion was regularly getting about two-thousand fans a show. Now, they are recieving more than double that amount, getting around seven-thousand fans regularly. - Anthony McCraver is expected to return from his SCW suspension in approximately two weeks. McCraver has already been booked for several future shows, including matches against Bryan Danielson and long-time rival, Matt Ryland. At this time, it is not known how well McCraver will be pushed. - Recently, Chaz Classic has expressed his frustration to the SCW writers for not booking him on shows more frequently. By putting him in a stable with Arsenic, SCW believed that they would be able to develop the both of them into a dominant tag-team. However, this plan has seemingly went down the drain. Right now, the rumored plan is that Classic will break away from Arsenic soon, and begin being built up as a main-eventer. It should be noted that Classic has had experience in the main event before, as he is a former SFF World Champion. - Susumu Yokosuka will be making his Sims Championship Wrestling debut this week in Kagoshima, taking on Justin Robinson in a singles match. Yokosuka is also booked to wrestle CIMA on the eleventh of April in Tokyo. - Following the first SCW show in April, Mike Bison and Sims Championship Wrestling will officially part ways. This past weekend, SCW offered Bison a small contract, but he declined the offer, as he was hoping that he would be able to get more money from the promotion. With that being said, the Supremacy are expected to break up very shortly, meaning that Evan Pagano's reign as SCW World Champion could come to an end by the end of the month. Obviously, Pagano could continue his title reign without the Supremacy in his corner, but the thought of that is quite doubtful.

Lost Highway seemed pretty good in length. Decent opening match, this Brock Irish guy seems like an underrated guy but good he did something and won a match. I liked that Nikollaj Punk was beat by Eddie Edwards with the roll up. Shame the crowd was dead because that star rating seemed pretty high. Seemed like a decent three way tag and seemed pretty busy. Marufuji's team winning makes sense. Takagi and the three others seemed to have a good match, I wish you'd give Pac a push though. I'm still loving Jacobs and Bockwinkel's reign, they continue to beat other tag teams and retain the title, nice. Shiozaki and Star had a great match imo, twenty minute draw is reasonable too. Nice title defense by Daz. The main event rocked, liked Jake beating Morishima. You're pushing him way up the card, man. Shame Durden was released despite his stainless in-ring record. SCW in Japan is good, better view for Japanese talent to come in and wrestle, too. Chaz Classic a main eventer? Nice. Spider looks like a mysterious newcomer.

SCW "Redemption" Full Results 3/28/2009; Kagoshima, JPN (Kagoshima Arena)
1) Justin Robinson defeated Susumu Yokosuka after he made him tap to the Sharpshooter (9:11). One of the best SCW openers that I've seen in quite some time. Yokosuka got a great reception from the Kagoshima crowd. I'm quite surprised that Robinson got the win here, as the SCW writers are pretty nice about putting over debuting wrestlers in their first SCW match. Great way to get the crowd hot before any of the serious action went under way. **1/2. 2) BxB Hulk and Eddie Edwards beat Cyber Kong and Kyle Henderson when Hulk hit the "E.V.O.P." on Henderson (8:46). I haven't got the slightest clue why this match was booked, but it was still pretty fun. I must say, BxB Hulk and Eddie Edwards make a pretty good team. Another solid match, in my eyes. **1/4. 3) Mushiking Terry defeated Brock Irish with the "Myst Crash" (10:32). Irish has stepped back into his former heel routine, as he spat on Terry's hand before the match. I'm glad that Brock's being used more frequently because he has potential to be a big star. Crowd popped loudly after Terry got the win. Another really exciting match to watch. This show's been great already, and we haven't even got to the best parts of it yet. **3/4. 4) KENTA and Taiji Ishimori beat The Red Assassins after KENTA hit the "Go 2 Sleep" on Red Dragon (11:05). Again, another randomly booked match-up. Maybe this was SCW's way of trying to introduce their stars to the Kagoshima fans. Despite losing the match, I must say that the Red Assassins are getting better every time that I see them wrestle. Booking them against famous teams is a good way for them to get some extra experience in. There's not a doubt in my mind that they'll be getting another reign with the tag titles soon. ***. 5) Nick Jacobs defeated Mike Bockwinkel with a roll-up (10:54). This was a pretty strange match, as Jacobs and Bockwinkel have been partners for a while now. This was kind of like a mediocre sparring session, as neither of them were trying to hurt one another. The finish saw Jacobs grab Bockwinkel's tights to pick up the win. After the match, Mike got angry and began yelling at Jacobs, questioning him why he would cheat against his own partner. Both men exited the ring separately, meaning that there's definitely tension between these two guys. **3/4. -- Intermission break. -- 6) SCW International Championship - Daz versus Jason Star went to a no-contest when an unknown man hit both guys with a steel chair (14:27). Amazing amount of drama in this match. Both men hugged before they began fighting. Keep in mind that Star and Daz were both original members of the Sims Fantasy Federation roster. In all honesty, this looked like it was going to come close to a five-star match, until an unidentified guy jumped in the ring with a steel chair, and whacked it across the backs of both guys. I have no clue who this guy was, but he looked like the illigitimate son of Jimmy Jacobs. After forcing the no-contest, the unknown man proceeded to nail each of them with some stiff strikes. The crowd absolutely hates this guy already, so a successful heel debut for whoever he was. ***1/2. Sixth defense. 7) Naomichi Marufuji and Ryo Guilin beat Bison Smith and Go Shiozaki after Marufuji hit a shooting star press on Smith (12:35). Ever since debuting in SCW, Bison Smith has been at the bottom of show cards. Let me just say that this guy gets absolutely no credit for the work that he does. He's truly a great performer and deserves to be treated just as well as Shiozaki and Morishima are being right now. Anyways, this match was above average, featuring some great double-team maneuvers by Guilin and Marufuji. After the match was over, Shiozaki grabbed a microphone and told the crowd that Marufuji and Guilin were going to do us all a favor by kicking both, Bockwinkel's and Jacobs' asses, next week. ***. 8) SCW World Championship - Jake Furrey defeated Evan Pagano with the "Show Stolen" to become the fifth champion (26:02). Fantastic match, coming close to one of the greatest SCW bouts of all-time. Pagano looked more ferocious than I have ever seen him before. When Furrey began making a come-back at the end, Bison and Zangief panicked, and began searching for a weapon to force the disqualification. When the two guys finally found something, they both tugged over it, which eventually led to Pagano accidentally getting smacked in the face with it. With Pagano down and out, Furrey climbed to the top-rope, and nailed the "Show Stolen" to get the three-count. After Furrey's post-match celebration, Pagano got up from the mat, looked at Bison and Zangief angrily, and then snapped, nailing the two of them with some hard right hands. Before we knew it, all three former stable mates began brawling around the arena to end the show. The Supremacy is officially over with. Hooray. Both, a MOTYC and the MOTN. ****1/2.

Very Nice show with a unexpected ending, I must say one of my fav's as there's 2 great cliffhangers, suprised Roberts wan after building up his oppenent seems as if its going back to the old days when it was allways a mystery whether a newcomer would win his first fight, Hulk finnally wan a match yay and Kong in the match sounds good aswell, Irish heel push ftw allthough he lost I hope he keeps on the cards, whatever happened to Carnage? he went for the title lost and disapeared, I don't mind Red Assassins losing but 'extra experience' we're the most experienced team on the SCW roster, ohh Jacobs/Mike break up although they seem like a married coupl, putting Jacobs over Nick seems a bad idea by me Mike was allways the better man (sorry Nick) he beat him twice and seemed a def upper Midcarder, Damn Daz and Star seemed good and this mystery guy seems great, No Chaz after saying about a push? maybe just a interview that would break up the wrestling segments just one or two, weried having the Namo match so high up on the card they better win I beg them to win, the main event was so unexpected and written great how Bison and Zang messed up, keep it up it all is looking great as allways

Show was crazy man. Good matches throughout, and just had a good flow to it. Japan idea still is ing awesome. The mystery man who interfeared in Daz's ( ) match is gonna be pretty cool, cant wait to find out more about him. KENTA in SCW=Gold. Can't wait to see if he gets a push. Me losing the title is sad, but I had an awesome run. Can't wait to see me kick Ricky's little bitch's out of SCW, maybe another stable for me? Another takeover? We'll see.

SCW Newswire #5: April 2nd, 2009
- The unidentified man who attacked both, Daz and Jason Star, at "Redemption" has been revealed to be Vic Gabriel. Gabriel is a twenty-two-year old hailing from Scranton, Pennsylvania. According to an exclusive interview that Jen Crawford had today with the new superstar, Gabriel holds a grudge against several former Sims Fantasy Federation wrestlers. This exclusive interview is expected to be posted on the website, Puroresu Central, shortly. It supposedly answers many questions on Gabriel's wrestling background, as well as why he holds such a big grudge over former SFF alumni. - Pro Wrestling NOAH owner, Mitsuharu Misawa, has requested Wes Hadley to start sending over some of his SCW stars, as soon as he can. With NOAH allowing a decent amount of their talent to be used on SCW shows weekly, Misawa believes that he should get some wrestlers back in exchange to use in his promotion. It is very doubtful that Hadley will have a big problem with filling Misawa's request. With that being said, our website affiliate, Green Destiny, will be sure to have updates on any SCW superstars' appearances for Pro Wrestling NOAH, as soon as they debut for the company. - Wes Hadley is currently deciding on whether he'd like to immediately bring Chaz Classic or Kid Carnage up to the main event scene. According to rumors, Hadley wants to bring them both up to the world title picture eventually. At this time, though, he can only pick one wrestler to move up in the ranks, as the storylines going on right now are making things pretty tight. Kid Carnage is booked for several upper-card matches in upcoming weeks, so it looks like Hadley could be leaning towards him. - Sanchez Family Wrestling star, Drew Parkland, signed a SCW contract, earlier this afternoon. Despite not winning many matches in his SFW career thus far, Wes Hadley has apparently been keeping his eye on the young star and has been impressed with his in-ring ability. As of right now, Parkland is expected to make his Sims Championship Wrestling debut on the eleventh of April in Tokyo, Japan. His opponent(s) have yet to be announced.

Nick Jacobs and Mike Bockwinkel are backstage. Nick is strangely happily dancing around the locker room. Mike abruptly grabs him.

NJ: I thought you liked Becky Bayless?
MB: Wait...wha...nevermind. Just tell me what the you're prancing around for?

SCW Exclusive Interview #1: Vic Gabriel
Welcome to Puroresu Central's first Sims Championship Wrestling interview. Jen Crawford here. Just to let you all know, I'll be conducting the majority of online SCW interviews from now on. This week, I got the chance to interview a man who has been talked about a lot lately. This is the same guy who caused quite a scene at "Redemption", as he interfered with an SCW International Championship match between both, Daz and Jason Star, laying them both out with steel chairs. Without any further adieu, let's get this one under way. JC: Thanks for taking the time to do this interview. VG: Yeah, whatever. JC: To kick things off, do you mind telling us all your name? VG: You can call me Vic Gabriel. JC: Well, Vic, you caused quite an uproar at SCW's most recent show, "Redemption", interfering in a match being contested for the International Championship between Daz and Jason Star. Can you please explain your actions? I must say, I don't think anyone saw that assault coming. VG: What "assault" are you talking about? JC: It appeared like you deliberately hit Star and Daz in the back with a steel chair. VG: That wasn't an "assault". What I did to those bufoons was called justice. JC: Huh? VG: I swear, all of you women are all the same. JC: Hey, don't be a jerk. Just who do you think you are? VG: Does the name, Tony Tigris, ring a bell? JC: Are you talking about the SFF alumnus? VG: Nearly two years ago, I was a member of the Sims Fantasy Federation roster. I quickly made an impact for the promotion and impressed many fans with my high-flying style. The crowd loved me and some people backstage were even calling me the "future of SFF". Then, out of the absolute blue, several new wrestlers were signed to SFF contracts. Within a couple of weeks, I fell from head honcho to a nobody. JC: Care to ellaborate? VG: I was forgotten about. Left out in the cold, you know. All of the new wrestlers were getting all of the attention backstage and no one gave a damn about me any more. After the SFF writers failed to write me into future storylines, they cut me from the company. My dreams were shattered. During that time, I thought my career of becoming a famous professional wrestler had come to an end. JC: Were Daz and Jason Star one of these "new wrestlers", by any chance? Are you jealous of their previous success in SFF? VG: Not just those a-holes, but a good portion of the entire company's roster, as well. I never got my chance in the spotlight and that truly angered me. If I was giving it my all for SFF, then why wasn't it paying off? Those new guys weren't any better than I was. I don't see that as jealousy, whatsoever. JC: I wish I could see where you're coming from, Mr. Gabriel. VG: Well, Jen, I think it's perfectly clear now that Tony Tigris is dead. Vic Gabriel is alive. You see, no longer do I have to wear some stupid mask to get booked here. I did all these flips for the fans. That's not going to be happening any more. I refuse to risk my body for them. Vic Gabriel is to do what he wants to do and there's nothing that you can do about it. I may not be a member of the SCW roster yet, but as long as I keep showing my face on shows, Wes Hadley will be forced to book me. JC: By the way, Vic, I'd just like to inform you that you've booked for an International Championship match at the next SCW show in Tokyo against Daz and Jason Star. Your thoughts on that, please? VG: Oh, really? Well, this will be my biggest chance to make an impact on Sims Championship Wrestling, then. If I can make Daz and Star angry, then I will have done my job for Saturday night. It doesn't matter if I walk out with gold or not. Love me or hate me, I will be a member of the SCW roster soon enough. JC: Once again, thanks for taking the time to be interviewed, Vic. VG: Now, scram. Well, obviously that didn't go as well as I had previously planned. I tried my best to get out as much as I could from him, though. I would love to wish for Vic Gabriel to get a spot on the SCW roster, but I don't want to have to lie about saying something. Until next time, thanks for reading. Good-bye, Sims Championship Wrestling fans.
