See, the thing with me is, I enjoy both wrestling and MMA. Since I've ordered every UFC on PPV for the last 7 years, and I mean every one, I can honestly say that. So me "not knowing anything about MMA" is a joke. But obviously, I enjoy wrestling more. It just pisses ME off, that when someone knocks wrestling, the only thing they can do is call it "gay" or "fake". Come with something besides that, something that actually carries some weight, and we can talk. This post it title "The War Machine is Pissed". So he ranted on about what he ranted on about. I was pissed to, so you're God damn right I'm gonna do the same thing, regardless of who reads it, who hears it, or who agrees with it.

Instead of taking a stand and trying to prove something, you sound like a big-time wrestling fan boy. The whole "You're god damn right" stuff just sounds silly. |

That's your opinion and that's fine. It just rubbed me the wrong way when I read about it. I figured, if he could post a Myspace blog on it, so could I. Obviously, you think that is stupid, and in no way am I looking for your approval, especially of the language I try to use. I'm not sure how you would've "taken a stand", but everyone chooses to do things their own way, this is what I chose to do. I certainly don't care what anyone thinks about it.

Obviously you do if you're posting it on a message board and you keep responding. War Machine doesn't like pro-wrestling and feels as if it's fake. He has a history of putting his foot in his mouth. I don't think sending him a myspace message (which I still find to be hilarious) is going to make him stop and think next time, nor will it change his thoughts. If you're going to take a stand everytime someone says something negative about pro-wrestling, you're going to have a lot less free time on your hands. I just find it funny that you "don't care" what people think and you "don't care what this awful fighter" thinks...but you're taking time out to make a big deal about it. John Koppenhavers comments about pro-wrestling won't stop WWE programming (or any wrestling promotion for that matter), so you can rest easy tonight. |
