The real question for me is, who takes power? We've become so used to having some kind of figure in control, itd be seemingly bizarre without any. It doesnt seem likely Vince would step back into the spotlight. I think Sting is going to be GM. I wish he would do something else, but GM is fine with me. |

My step grandad (odd wording, but eh) he has a brother that works on cars and owns ALOT of cars, and he's selling it for 4 grand, and I swear when I say it's easily worth 7k as is. It needs to be painted, of course, needs new tires and the carpet needs to be replaced, but other than that it is perfect. New motor in it, only has about 50xxx miles. Bad side, it's an automatic and it's a 289. I'm gonna drop a 305 or bigger in it whenever I get the chance. Post pics ya big lug. I will when I actually get it at my house. |

Bump: I'm getting my first car finally, better than the truck. 66 Mustang, bad thing is it isn't fastback, but for a 16 year old I'll gladly take a 66 Mustang. how are you getting the Mustang? Okay, yes it's barely off the ground, we're 3 months old (yay) but no, not planning tours, but planning on doing tours by next summer. I'm sorry if that's a pet peeve of yours, but we're excited, we're young, and hell, we just want to make a splash. Not so much a pet peeve - I mean, it's your band. Do what you want. My issue with the urge to tour, tour, tour, is that I've seen so many bands come out of the woodwork and show so much promise, either with their first few shows or their energy or early EPs or what have you, but they think they're going to skyrocket to the top by staying out on the road and touring incessantly that when the time comes to follow up, they fizzle out because now they're writing stuff on the road and they're losing out on the opportunity to woodshed the stuff and fine tune it and make it the best damn material they have. I'm not trying to discourage you or anything. Just an observation from many, many, many years of following local music. I'll take the advice to heart. Thank you sir. I appreciate it. |

Those Transit vans are sweet, too. I'd be all over that if I were in a touring band. Off topic, but the thing in havingtroue with is the fact that it sounds like this project is barely off the ground and you're already planning tours. I've seen that serve as the stake through the heart of so many up and coming bands and yet they all follow that same path and I just don't get it.
