It feels like it took forever but it all finally came in...
I used to think it was a sin to buy vintage stuff just to open and play with it but that seems to have radically changed over the years..
So now it all sits nicely on my shelf like this.
I still have to pick up AT LEAST a Nash, Hogan and Sting to really feel like this set is complete though, plus I think the World Titles that comes with the Hogans might be better than these ones..
..glad I could pick up Goldberg before he returned too, (well ordered him before he did) because it seems like the price of his figure has had a boost and a half since Sunday, ofcourse can't blame people...if his Toronto appearance didn't make you feel hardcore nostalgic, I don't know what will!
A few rough spots with these guys being packaged so long then opened, the batteries were corroded and hard to take out, not get myself covered in acid, and hard to find the right replacement ones (and more money than I would have liked to spend) but that Electronic Steps Accessory was the big seller on this ring for me...
...also, the belts being on these guys for so long was okay BESIDES The Giant whose belt took part of his singlet with him...
...also since the way both these were package (not the usual glued down plastic with no way besides sun damage to get in) I still had to clean them even though they were technically brand new.
Not really complaints, more just speed bumps on a great roll uphill , can't wait to finish up my next order!

They really had what I liked my wrestling toys to look like going for them...when things went the way of Jakks and Toybiz I just started liking wrestling toys less every year...

How did the ECW OSFTM Accessories size up with the OSFTM WCW Lines?
The table, specifically...

Hey, question...
...I know OFSTM used the same ring for their first and second type of WCW Figures, (as well as a shrunk down version for their third, smaller kind) and it looks like the same ring for ECW minus the awesome sounds...
...can anyone send me a size comparison photo of the figures?
It looks like the Rubber WCW Toys and the Action Featured WCW Toys were about the same size, but I always thought the ECW Toys were way smaller..
..any help would be appreciated!
Also, I know towards the end of the second WCW line, figures started really oddly varying in size, as if everyone was being sized against the figure of The Giant as opposed to Hollywood Hogan...so maybe it was just guys like Steiner who were around the size of ECW and the vibrating guys who were around the size of the Rubber WCW Guys...

I'd love to get some good sized Bootlegs of OSFTM WCW figures.

I had most of these guys too, loved them, so many of the ECW guys I didn't get to have in such a cool little size.
Makes me itch even more to order some OSFTM ECW guys off of eBay!

I find No Mercy heavily overrated. Fun game, but there's been better ones since then. ...and before, I thought WCW/NWO Revenge was better just because it didn't have a rival like Smackdown! to contend with. It was the best WCW game ever made...and WCW was awesome...even though modern fans sometimes don't like to say so.

Yeah, I'm on there as "MyGirlBayley" if you want to add me.
It is weirdly addictive.
Doesn't help that I've started getting into the actual cards.

I've just started collecting these guys again, haven't since they were first out.
It was a strangely small line with how many re-releases they did. Especially strange because of how hugely popular WCW was to have so few figures come from it.
It always looked to me like the figures on ring that showed Sting and Hollywood Hogan were non-moving prototypes? Anyone agree?
I wish they would have released those.
Also...does anyone know if these guys were to scale with each other when they went from rubber/hard plastic to moving toys?

I have been scouring the web trying to find photos of the coat sting came in with the K-Mart Exclusive ToyMakers Ring Playset.
I have found a few photos of it boxed but no great angles and someone somewhere must have actually opened this bad boy up.
Maybe you guys can help.

I find their choices of figures kinda strange.
Modern Taker, Vince over someone like Cena or Brock?
I wonder with it looking like Hulk Hogan is on the track back if he forgives WWE if he'll be made..

I wanted to ask actually, I won the titles as Hogan, Goldberg, etc...but they don't enter the ring with them?
Do they only show up with them when you get to the end of Championship Mode or what?

I feel like what I loved so much about WCW/NWO: World Tour & Revenge wasn't just it being good for it's time or the first to really use the modern grappling system, but the graphics themselves.
They had a very cool, cartoony style that WWE All Stars totally didn't encapture, I'd like to see a new WWE Game with cartoony effects outside of the Bejeweled one they made.
It'd be extra cool if it was a WCW Legends game actually since Goldberg is getting so much hype right now.

I know there's a thread for Transformers but I only collect G1.
Any other collectors on here?
I've noticed actually the only interest I have figure-wise is Season 1 and Season 3 figures, not the giant set that came out in between...for the most part.
Anyone know the next vintage reissue coming?

Yeah I used to. I think about getting back into it but I love the first few sets more than the recent ones so I keep thinking I'll just finish those.

I can't stand that none of the Jericho toys have tattoos.
