I use Testors Spray Lacquer. Sealing the figures protects the paintjob over time in my mind. With the ones I didnt seal, I've noticed they dont look as nice a year later and need a new coat. That's why I seal.

Sheik pisses me off. He was in WCW and then came back as a manager/enhancement talent during the Hasbro era. He was an LJN era guy. If we were getting a bunch of Legends in this line I would have no problem with him but they come so few and far between that seeing him before the pieces we're actually missing fires me up. Exactly. Whoever is running the Retro line now I don't think has ever tried to have their own Hasbro WrestleMania 9 card as a kid like me lol. Otherwise Backlund would have been on the top of the list. He was always one of the guys sorely missed I think during the Hasbro run. If anything they should have at least tried to made Volkoff since he was involved with the Million Dollar Man's Corporation angle around the Hasbro era. If we would have gotten Nikolai in his striped suit or limo driver uniform I would have marked-out like crazy lol. Right. I'd work my way backwards, starting in 1989. Too random for the slow rate they're coming out. |

correct they went from being Walmart exclusives in the US for series 1 and 2 to not carrying the line at all. Bad break up? Lol I want to know who had the bright idea to split the first series into two waves. If not for that, I think everything would have run a lot more smoothly. I feel like they were trying to be cute coming out of the gate...like, "Hey! Go store to store and try to collect us all just like the Hasbros!" |

Haha yeah the pedigree i will concede, they couldnt change it though, they followed the hasbro line, it me be odd but it works and they are a bit of fun, which is why i was very surprised when the price went up to pay for the stand and app feature The price raise from S2 to S3 for the stupid stand is definitely hurting the line. The stands aren't even really designed for Retros. Going from around $10 to $14 is a big jump. I've been thinking about buying an extra Sami Zayn to make a custom, but the price point has kept me from doing so. If it was around $10, I would have already. I'm thinking about using an extra Zayn to do an X-Pac custom to he honest. |

Its not distribution, its stores not ordering. Mattel will only distribute to stores that order product. Stores wont order if people dont buy it, people arent buying it which is why its being sold in discount stores and at clearance prices Now wheres a decent wall i can bang my head against... YES. Sadly, yes. Why were Lesnars rotting on pegs and kicked around aisle floors in most Walmarts for months? Series 2 are $4 each in TJ Maxx's everywhere. Series 3 continues to rot. Why would these stores want Series 4 THROUGH 6? That's suicide lol. They need more flashbacks as stated before...and screw the stands. Make em regular price again. |

We need more 1996 and 1998 Warriors. Been saying this for over a year now. Hopefully after the HOC's Warrior we can finally get a 1996 (hopefully a few) and a 1998 warrior to round out the collection. Yeah, a real head scratcher for me too. They've spread his figures out from 1988-92, so it isnt like they're working in any chronological order. If I see another 1990 released before the later years, I'm gonna.....complain lol |

I scored over 20 of them spanning 8 different TJ Maxx/Marshall's in my area (for customs), but I caused a Retro famine in my land. An Austin here, there..then nothing with that line. Grabbed a cool 5 pack class of 2002 set Hall, Nash, Cena, Lesnar, Batista. Theres like 3 more of those in my store down the street for $24.99.
Great deal..looked online, and that set commands almost $60.

Does anyone know if Enzo figures were actually produced for series 4, before being replaced by a KO repaint? Or is the proto all that exists? Would be kinda funny to see that figure become this line’s “R&B Valentine”. It did look pretty sweet, though. Should’ve just released it. Wasn't there also a #2 Warrior jumper and a Ryback that nearly saw the light of day? There was even a time when we were told of a Rock #2 and Cena #2 (repaints) |

Went to the Super Target in Tinley Park, IL again this morning. I have found all of series 4 & 5 there since Saturday. Picked them all up, seems like they keep a fresh inventory coming in although still 2 Goldbergs sitting. I REALLY hate you! I was going to swing by there during my errand run today. Kidding, brother.I'd do the same! Haha.. Midlothian local here. Props on the haul, man! |

I hit up basically every Marshall's and TJ Maxx within 20 minutes of my house in the last month. I ended up with a massive haul for customizing purposes. 12 Austin, 2 Triple H, 2 Mankind, and 1 each of Kane, Rock, and Sting.
$4.99 each is killer.
