The email reply I got from Mattel said no series 4 or 5 in the UK, but that 6 would be coming over here. I then spoke to Steve Ozer at SDCC and he said that that wasn’t right: all three series would be available for UK stores to order if they wanted - he mentioned the online Shop specifically as one to watch (they’ve had all three series since then). He also said that they didn’t consider the figures as being released in “series” (he asked me which figures I meant by “series 3”) so maybe Mattel don’t differentiate between which are offered where, or maybe he just meant something like they call them “waves” rather than “series”, I don’t know. Can’t predict anything with this line. Series 3 = Wave 1 Series 4 = Wave 2 Series 5 = Wave 3 Series 6 = Wave 4 Series 7 = Wave 5 Pretty much this. Good grief. Are they purposely trying to be mental with every facet of this line??? It's like Kane's storyline life in toy mode...Haha

Thank goodness for the Mattel Pillman, because those early Jakks versions from '97 were made of nightmares. Holy smokes.

Is there a WM19/2003 time period Booker out there? I'm planning on converting one of my extra Retro New Day figures for a custom.
I dont care for the really short 2001 dreads, and I dont like the really long haired look. The '03 Goldie Book was JUST RIGHT.

So, I was wondering if one could remove, say, a Shane McMahon jersey at the seam? It looks like it was the previous closing point of the shirt. I want to use it for a Retro custom and want to make the transfer as smooth as possible. Anyone have experience with these accessories? Thanks!

Hopefully S4, S5, S6 are sitting someplace in ample supply. If they don't get stocked by Target hopefully they show up at discounters at some point, so those who still need Flair and Macho could get them for a reasonable price. Ok, so I found Series 5 at a Tinley Park, IL Target. One each of the New Day, no Savage. Also two Goldbergs. Theres hope.

So, I just cashed in at TJ Maxx. 8 Austin's, and one each of Rock, Mankind, Sting, Triple H and Kane. Got those between two locations. A bag of chips with each store so I dont look like a loser who just came for the toys haha. Paid a shade under $70 for 12 of em. I custom, so the ridiculous amount of Stone Cold's were great. Yeah, I'm starting to feel like that with all the times I've been in there now lol. I've yet to see the entire series on the shelf all at once yet but really glad I was able to finally get a Sting on my other trip. Kane is starting to get a little bit more common, I guess the scalpers are starting to cool off on him lol. So far TJ Maxx has been the most reliable and consistent in all my travels. Dude, I WISH I screenshotted the old Ebay listing from summer 2017. Some butthole will always hate himself for winning an auction for Retro "RARE" Kane...$93. People freaked. They wanted S2 right away and they were nowhere in sight. They gave their firstborn on Ebay. It was pathetic lol.

Can someone remind me, which Triple H was the correct version, and which was the error? Reference the logo on tights. The logo Haitch is the correct one. The missing logos are from the sides of the legs. I'm like 90% sure of this. Hes the 2018 Kamala lol.

Man, TJ Maxx must have received pallets of series 2 lol. I just went back today and got the one Kane they restocked and they also had some more of Austin and Rock. I probably just missed the Sting, HHH and Mankind it looked like. So, I just cashed in at TJ Maxx. 8 Austin's, and one each of Rock, Mankind, Sting, Triple H and Kane. theicwguyI since replaced it with the Network Spotlight one. My grandpa bought me that BCA at Walmart. I remember being so happy to see it because the stores by me were always out. I had to be 8 or 9 "Aww sonofabitch, Kang!"

For all the customizers and collectors out there, would you be interested in a 3D scanning and printing service? I'm currently chatting with someone about getting a scanner to provide this service to the action figure community, but it's too big an expense to buy on a whim.
What are some of the benefits of this service?
•Any head can be upsized or downscaled. Those big Jakks heads could finally be used on Mattel bodies, and vice versa.
•Accessories can be created from anything! He could scan a TV or a bottle or a backpack or shoes, and make them accessories for any figure.
•If you have custom sculpts you want to duplicate, he could do it for you. I'm planning on sculpting some luchador heads to be scanned since no toy company seems interested in making them.
I'm sure there are tons of other uses, but the point is, do you think there's enough of a demand in the custom community to justify buying a 3D scanner? Would you regularly buy from him or use this scanning service? Heads would be printed with resin for great looking results with minimal clean up on your part.
Please ask this on all the forums and sites you visit, we need to gauge how much interest there is.
Is there any way to use the Hasbro Series 12 photos of the prototype heads and create 3D heads of those? Like those websites where you upload a pic or two of yourself and they make a figure of you..?

Any word when Series 7 will ship from Ringside? September ...and my Mattel basic HBK head will be here waiting for the swap with my extra. Can't get over the articulation on that face. The Mannix line was closer lol.

Right. I remember him against Jannetty (as pictured), being betrayed by Diesel on that early '96 (house show?) just before Mania 12, and SCM to 123 Kid. That's just off the top of my head. is that jannetty? i think its leif cassidy. not that it matters, just nitpicking haha Well, crap..it is lol. I think there WAS a face HBK vs heel Marty match during this 1996 period, right?

HBK's kind of in that boat with Savage where I think his "everyday" attires are a lot more memorable and iconic than his Wrestlemania/PPV ones. When I think of mid-'90s HBK, this is exactly what I picture. Right. I remember him against Jannetty (as pictured), being betrayed by Diesel on that early '96 (house show?) just before Mania 12, and SCM to 123 Kid. That's just off the top of my head.

So they’ve said before they’re open to making retro women, and that was reiterated in the Q&A. How many women of the past realistically have a shot of getting made? My personal wants: alundra blaze Luna vachon Sensational Sherri But I suspect we’ll get modern women in the retro style, which would be far less interesting to me. Getting a Retro Carmella before a Haku seems...wrong.

Finally things seem to be looking more promising! I just hope they do Diesel right and don't reuse an existing mold with painted on singlet. Glad Angle has hair! He's the only one I want from S7. Don't know how I feel about S8, may get Sheik even though he's really before my time. No jumpers in the next 2 waves, so that's a plus too, hopefully they're cutting back on it. Now they should also forget the app and stands and bring price back down to $10 and maybe they would do better at retail. Also dissapointed that we didn't see any Double J in any line that I saw from the photos posted. Was hopeing to have him as a retro soon since he was finally in the HoF. Ditching those stupid stands needs to be the next thing they do. The first two series, I quickly bought two of each figure but for the few extra bucks I hesitate, and have one loose of Series 5 and 6 due to price. I'm really shocked by no Jarrett, too. Glad to see a Backlund though.

I need the Angle, Strowman, Shiek, Ryder and maybe Jericho and Hardy. Wish the Jericho was earlier in his career. Not sure if that scarf is removable. I’d have to cut that off. Lol. I bet if you remove the head it comes right off. I’m already thinking of removing it and doing a head swap lol Same. I'd be lying if I said I wasnt already scouring Ebay for a better HBK head, too. Great choices, bad production of those two. And wrong stages of career, too.

Seems like finally Diesel is coming! FigureCollections on facebook filmed the mattel panel. If you watch closely - there is an obvious hint. I'm thinking they're using the Strowman body. This is AWESOME.

Same with Jericho - it would gave been great to have a Lionheart WCW or long-haired/early WWE version... I think modern Jericho with scarf would have actually been my last choice, lol. Still, any Jericho is better than none I suppose. We somehow have to trick Mattel into thinking we really do want and demand more current roster and modern looks for the legends. Maybe then they'll actually give us all legends in classic gear that we want lol. "If they give us Diesel WE RIOT!"

"Customs Prototype Avenue" in my collectors cabinet. Lined up next is purple variant 123 Kid, Bastion Booger, blue shirt Akeem, prototype Shawn Michaels, and a fully functional Goldberg.
