Great pickups
I picked up both the Wild Samoans and the Papa Shango / Warrior 2 packs for $10.50 each a couple days ago. $21 for 4 decent Elites isn’t bad.
Can’t wait to run across an Angle at WM, myself.

I hope it is distributed better than last years (Shawn and HHH) & the Summer Slam Elites were. At Target, I never saw any of the four, and as far as the WM 33 Elites, if a Wal Mart didn’t get that shipper, along with E48, I don’t think they got them. And then the SS Finn and Mankind were spotty at best in my area

I don't think the dolls even have a wide enough distribution to make a dent in action figures, even if that were true (which I don't think it is in this case). I've only seen the dolls at TRU. None of the Targets or Walmarts in my area stocked them, and from the post a pic thread that seems to be the case elsewhere as well. Both the culture and the toy market have shifted quite a bit since He-Man. But I'll have to check out that show on Netflix. It sounds pretty interesting. Targets new ‘reset’ has them in with the WWE figs in the boys section. A couple of mine have already set them up |

Interesting. Walmart would rather sell these off to a discount retailer rather than putting them for sale on Walmart.com Makes no sense to me either We don’t have Marc’s in my area, but I wonder if Ollie’s or Big Lots were able to get hold of some. May keep an eye out |

While searching a couple Barnes & Nobles for a SHF Star Lord (w/ no luck) each store had full run of Black Panther Legends sets. May be another spot to check Didn’t oil at price, but I imagine they’re $19.99 each Did you try searching their website? They have a story locator and you can reserve items. No I didn’t. Wasn’t aware of that, but thank you for the info. |

Does anyone think 2018 will finally be the year we get the announcement of a 6” (Black Series or Legends style) Joe line?
I can’t understand for the life of me why it hasn’t happened yet. The army building would be so great B.A.T.’s, Officers, Troopers, Crimson Gaurd’s
Maybe one day. Maybe the upcoming movie will spark enough interest

It probably will lead to E53 never showing up at most Wal Mart’s They’ll reset with E54 or E55.
53 will end up being at Big Lots, Ross and the other discount stores (like 40,41, etc last year) or they’ll sell them to Wal Mart late in ‘18 or ‘19 like they did this Thanksgiving lol
Speaking of discount stores getting Wal Mart products, I expect to see the rings w/ Goldberg start flowing in. To my knowledge Wal Mart nor Target ever got them in. There’s bound to be a huge overstock of those things

7 Asuka’s and 6 HOF Pipers have been at my Target since before Christmas. I can see Asuka warming hard, but didn’t think Piper would
They did finally get in Retro Series 3. $12.99 at Target too. Don’t see them selling very good for that price TBH

It was just snoke dying that made no sense, he had tons of hype. Rey’s parents reveal let me down very much. Do either one of these revelations have any bearing on the story moving forward? To what end will become of snoke if kylo is to ascend in his arc? Kylo either turns bad and kills him or turns good and kills him. Either way the story is still about a skywalkers journey not some old man that for honestly we don't know for sure if he's really dead or not. And why do we have that doubt? Because the las two movies have taught us that anything can happen in the Star Wars universe and should. And to Rey's parentage, it shows that anyone can be someone in the Star Wars universe and should. And again, we don't know if kylo is telling the truth or he just said that to get her to feel bad about herself. Regardless, who she's related to should be of no consequence for a franchise that should be moving on the same story we've seen for 40 years. And, How quickly we forget that some of the most powerful force weilders were not skywalkers, yet because that's what we've been conditioned to expect, that's what we want. Why can't Star Wars be more than about the skywalkers after 40 years. And not you, but people whine about Luke's legacy...what happened to yoda and Ben, did that hurt their legacy? Are these characters supposed to live forever? Great films take you on journeys to an end that makes sense within the story. If every time people are gonna jump off when the ride gets bumpy then why even bother getting on? Not that you are wrong because I agree with everything you’re saying, but for rational fans it’s not jumping off the ride. It’s complaining, but it’s complaining to have made a more compelling movie. It took 30 years to get another great Star Wars movie after ROTJ. And then the followed that up with IMO, another great side story to the originals. Then this comes out. I’ve had a few days to think it over since seeing it. And still feel the exact same way. Almost like nothing happened, at all, of any significance. Other than Kylo gaining more power and the hermit going away for good, nothing Anyway, it’s just disappointing, but I will be seeing Han’s movie and probably every other SW movie for the foreseeable future And, the more I’ve thought about Snoke and how they revealed nothing, it has made his book or comic book series a must have for me. So they did accomplish that much |

Picked up 2 Balors at mine. (Not a scalper or hoarder, just attempting to army build my SW BS FO Stormtroopers, Deathtroopers, OG Troopers, need all the good cheap figs I can get For trade LOL)
They had two entire cases I believe

I would’ve only saved $4 on my order BUT I would’ve added Tyler Bate, E54 Charlotte, E55 Undertaker & Neville and possibly a 2nd DX Shawn. Just frustrating
I could have pulled the trigger then, when ‘Black Friday’ funds were available, but since not so much

Great prices, but it looks like the prices would reward those who purchase 1st not last
I would have spent double, maybe triple on my original order with some of these prices on my Thanksgiving night purchase

My Wal Mart’s WWE section looks great. TNF3 litrrallly 5 different restocks, up to date Elite Series. Behind on Basics but I don’t collect those, so don’t mind that
But their Star Wars Black Series 6” section looks identical to this OP’s photo. Looked that way for Force Friday, Black Friday, and still today. I don’t get it.
It’s really pitiful that shelves can look like this for months on end

Anybody finding anything new lately? I've noticed Walmart stores throughout the piedmont are getting wiped out of all the Survivor Series shipper goodies from last month and nothing new is showing up in place...yet. At any rate, while in the areas between Salisbury and Concord earlier tonight, I did find some remains of a case of the Hall of Fame Elite 5 figures at the Kannapolis Target. I recall two of Roddy Piper and possibly Jake Roberts, but I don't recall seeing the Diesel or George Steele from the case. They also had both members of the Revival representing the NXT Elite wave 2, but nothing else new or worth noting. Sorry for a vague report, but I was in a hurry to make a few other stops. As far as new stuff, I found Elite 53 at a Wal Mart along 64 when I was headed to Raleigh Saturday evening. Not sure if it was Asheboro or Siler City or Pittsboro to be honest. I picked up Alexa Bliss. They had everyone else there though, besides Kevin Owens I still can’t find Piper, Diesel or The Rivival though LOL |
