I've been farming brown houses. I've got my Nighthawk Diner building. Trying to recover cash now.
A coworker of mine added me on there and then told me today, "Dude, your town is nothing but brown houses.

Once you get 50 non spam posts you can get into the Classifieds board. You can buy and trade things there.

I've already decided that I refuse to spend real money on the game. If that means I don't get certain things, so be it. I've got Milhouse's place building. I can get the Nighthwak Diner...I just need $11,000.. I'm like 8k from that. Farming like a mofo to get it before it goes away. Not sure when that is. Sent from my GT-N8013 using proboards I think it's through the 25th. |

You can't do it for all them. I believe it's the School, Moes, Town Hall and the police station are the only ones you can do it to. If you go to a friend's town, and a spray can is over one of those buildings where the dollar sign is usually, you can vandalize it, and get money. Likewise, if you visit and one of those buildings is already vandalized, you can clean the graffiti off for cash. I can't decide if farming houses if fun or not. I'm not sure why I'm hooked on this game, but I am. I just started playing today. Started growing triffids on Cletus' farm. No idea if that will end well or badly. I haven't made it that far yet. So far I just have Flanders house and the Kwik E Mart. And after posting that, I got the farm... |

Just as an FYI guys. Get a hold of an Admin and not a MOD. MODs can't do anything about warning bars, just Admins.

Wait...so THEY sent you to a class and docked you sick time for it? I'm not so sure that's legal. Personal and sick days are the same where I work. My supervisor knew I would be out to take the class, but I am not sure if the Human Resources dept was aware. I'm just confused why they would use leave time if they are the ones who sent you to take the class. |

My job requires me to be there everyday and stuff piles up when Im not there. I didnt take a day off for the first 13 months I was there and I was getting burned out after 8 months. I arranged to use 2 vacation days next week and I hope I can still keep up with what I missed when I come back. Also, on 2 days, the company sent me out to take a Microsoft Access class and I was docked 2 personal/sick days for it. As a result, I had to come in sick on a couple of days. Wait...so THEY sent you to a class and docked you sick time for it? I'm not so sure that's legal. |

I don't take many sick days. Pretty much only if I'm vomiting, have a fever, or don't feel like it's safe to drive feeling how I do.
I hate doing it. I work retail and we're pretty short staffed at the moment. So, if anyone calls out, it puts the entire store in a bind.
We do get sick days to use though. You can't feel too bad about it when they give you days to use.

This is why I support IP bans... this guy has joined this place at least 5 different times in the few years I have been here... IP bans happen. Unfortunately, there are ways around those and people use them to come back. Chip and the other Classifieds MODs do an amazing job in catching these people and getting them banned again. |
