so you shame him do to the fact he used a source to further the point so as to end the squabble over the idea that it is bad. 1. It is due not do. 2. He didn't make a point, he just posted a link to a wikipedia page. We knew it was used before Hitler and he attacked us anyways. I didnt know posting info was an attack and thank you for being literary police on a forum....so i will assume first off that your trying to be an a-hole and ignore it because i find fighting over something obvious is ignorant and attacking another just for posting something...granted he may have wrote something of ridicule at the top but for you to take such offense over such a small statement just to further the discussion or what would be the beginning of an argument just seem ludicrous to me I apologize if I have offended and you and please feel free to grammar and spell check me....I wouldnt want for some one to get confused by my words or sentences structure on a forum.

U guys know jacksheet. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swastika In the Indosphere (South Asia, Greater India), the swastika remains ubiquitous as a symbol of wealth and good fortune. In India and Nepal, electoral ballot papers are stamped with a round swastika-like pattern (to ensure that the accidental ink imprint on the other side of a folded ballot paper can be correctly identified as such).[95] Many businesses and other organisations, such as the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange and the Nepal Chamber of Commerce,[96] use the swastika in their logos. The red swastika was suggested as an emblem of International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in India and Sri Lanka, but the idea was not implemented.[97] Swastikas can be found practically everywhere in Indian and Nepalese cities, on buses, buildings, auto-rickshaws, and clothing. [edit] East Asia Swastikas continue to be widely used in Buddhist temples in China, and the symbol is most commonly associated with Buddhism. Japanese maps continue to use the swastika symbol to denote a Buddhist temple.[98] In Korea, maps also use the swastika symbol to denote a temple. The swastika is also a very common sight at both rural and urban Buddhist Temples. [edit] Central Asia In 2005, authorities in Tajikistan called for the widespread adoption of the swastika as a national symbol. President Emomali Rahmonov declared the swastika an Aryan symbol and 2006 to be "the year of Aryan culture," which would be a time to "study and popularize Aryan contributions to the history of the world civilization, raise a new generation (of Tajiks) with the spirit of national self-determination, and develop deeper ties with other ethnicities and cultures."[99] You tell us we don't know anything yet you had to use wikipedia to tell us that. Seems like you didn't know anything either. so you shame him do to the fact he used a source to further the point so as to end the squabble over the idea that it is bad. words and symbols are seen only as we choose to perceive them(as everyone is stating) BUT to generalize the idea that the preconceived notion is bad just because you wish to indulge in it just doesn't seem ok to me. in such an example I choose to use the word gay in its direct definitional sense of happy but am frowned upon continuously for using words with many background to the one that I wish because I might find beauty in it. Symbols and Words should not be able to be put into context because a man misused something of beauty. That would be like saying if I kill a million people with a paintbrush then everyone should stop using them...

Awesome show. Great that I won and get to move on, Jack was a great opponent though. I'm gonna start getting into the storylines more now that I'm back, but the Alex Sean situation is very interesting as is the whole Valorie/Tabitha thing going on. Congrats to the winners. Its also awesome to see the returns of Deathstar, O'Deeves, and Ashton. Glad to have you all back. While the show is titled "Haters Gonna Hate", and as much as I enjoy tongue in cheek satire, I didn't expect the name to come back on me so abruptly, in such a straight forward way, especially from someone I can't identify in a line up. From Yukio? Perhaps. Reverend Shadow? Absolutely. But you sir were an unknown. I congratulate you for slipping under my radar. I skimme for the most part and primarily only paid attention to my segment, which is all that's really expected out of the majority? right? I do like how a few angles are progressing and this ownership seems to have that certain flare that a few previous lacked. Namely Yukio's, man that sucked, Not naming names, but Yukio's a few were a real drag. A toast to 2011, for new beginnings and a bright future to the WFWF Now we just need Kyzer and Drakz and we will have a party in WFWF

Horror said I could reopen WFWFDC under stipulation of 5 sign ups....new or old...give me one card and a chance to show what I am looking at doing instead of assuming I plan to run it has it has been before.

NEW WFWF DEVELOPMENT CENTER With your host, the one, the only, Reverend Shadow
(lame theme music plays)
HereYE, HereYe, Welcome to the NEW WFWFDC. New person running it and because its me, well the chance of failure is relative low. So anyways , this about learning how to roleplay creatively and effectively. Each lesson will be held in the form of a CARD, cards are standard for any Efed and as such we will be using them as a way to teach.
Now let me make this clear, this is not just for NEW fedders, it is about anyone who wants to help development without risking any wins or losses by straying by what works. The worst thing I think an rper can do is get comfortable in the way the rp. Which is why I lose a lot more then I win and I always win what I really feel I need too. I don’t always follow the normal path of a roleplay and I experiment and try new stuff but I know what wins, never let go of what you know can win because that is what you will need along with creativity, to win those big victories.
Now to the first part…I am looking for anyone interested in signing up for the new card. Once I have gained what I feel is a substantial number for a first class, then a Lesson Card will be posted and we will go from there. Anyone who knows me as an rper, knows that I am a little unorthodox but I never will ask that out of any of you. Remember at the end of the day, its just an efed and we all just here for fun.
Sign your name to this post and announce your presents for the first round. Oh and I have to atleast sign 5 up for this card. Horror said anything under 5 and hes not letting it get any farther because it’s a waste of time but hes running the place.

ps, before you go outside the box, you gotta know how the box works first. Most of the new guys here don't exactly understand how to rp. Before you can be creative you gotta understand the basics first. Pushing them too fast might be a bad idea in my opinion. Actually your right, the first few cards were going to be based on the basics and getting the feel for what all you can do with them. im in complete agreance with that.

Comment: Well it says you tried something different, first off props and to be honest I enjoyed it. It wasnt neccesarily the perfection in how it was written but the feeling it invoked while reading. I would go with it having a very raw feel to it which some use here very well but also the way you wrote felt gritty and had purpose. Critique: Now with that, I am saying you have "Natural Ability" but you need to keep working at the way in which you write. What I mean is sentence structure and repitition in usage. I will never say grammar is an end all but repitition can be either poetic or cluttered. Conclusion: This will be one of my favorite rps this week. Not because its the best but because I could feel your writing, where as most writing in feds is cold, every so often you will find them that stick out because their words speak about more then just what they are saying.

Comment/Critique: Solid Roleplay.
Conclusion: To be honest there is absolutely nothing wrong with being a solid rp. When you rush and its solid then I think that that is the way it should be. you should be able to rely on what you know to get you by when you have little time.
But in essence, I do find solid roleplay the precursor of the average rper in the fed. The midcarders. Zmaster was notorious for this, he would be solid but would never would be amazing. He could match the best but he would rarely outdue himself. I find that to be a problem but a rushed rp thats solid and can win is something to be held up. Truly kewl man ;D

Comments: I think it has an ok flow. Its a little choppy and seems like the convo is just convo but atleast it gets somewhere somewhat.
I enjoyed the "promo" part though I find your interuptation of my character to be invalid as of this run. He has little to do with a bible or God. In fact he is everything but involved in it which makes me laugh that you missed that and your reading all the rps everyweek but its all gravy.
The promo was still excellent. And for the record. everytime i disappeared it was due to somethine huge messing up my life when I had it where I could rp and enjoy myself again. But yea im a bit of a flake, and yet people asked me back this time and thats the reason I came back..funnier things I guess
Critiques: Maybe the length, I dont know why people still see as length as needing to be part of how a person rps. Its always about quality, which I think it was immune who found that out against johnny michaels but i may have my history off.
The promo could have settled it for me and still have been just as useful.
Conclusion:
Honestly, solid roleplay through and through. I am going through and knitpicking everyones your was just the first one I clicked on lol.

It’s really none of my business but I have to say reopening WFDC seems a bad idea to me, the roster isn’t that big yet, there are a few no shows still on each show and so the last thing the normal cards need is extra distractions for the RP’ers. If people want to help the new comers get better then reply to there stuff with decent feedback or talk to them on messengers or PM’s about their ideas and writing to help them improve. Eventually the new comers will get better and hopefully decide they like rp’ing and stick around and the roster will grow and whoever did help the new comers the most would be the logical option to run a WFDC. Anyway, the place seems to be doing ok, some good rp’ers and decent results so well done to those working on it just keep going and try to cut some of the stupid little fights. Well i respect your opinions, always have. Regardless of my pettiness which I both equally admit and equally indulge in. I felt the WFDC could be used more constructively to help all rpers help eachother... Commenting is great when every rper stays safe, never goes outside of what they know they can do and what wins them matches and they just continued to focus on the usual. So all your really improving is what they alreayd know how to do. I lose quite a bit because people assume what I am doing is crap lately due to length. I just wanted a chance to give people a place to do things outside thenorm and not feel the restriction of having to win like you do on the main card. Extended deadline timeline and voluntary cards can be used to draw people in without hurting the fed and if it falls it never got up then. But im not wanting to seperate the fed as we have in the past. I just wanted the new and old to have aplace to try something different without risking their established abilities. For instance, Calvin pointed out he assumes that I am writing short due to me lacking in my rping. When he says he is a man of music but he cant find poetic beauty in writing. He can't find what I am seeing and I dont anyone see's what I do and maybe I see to much into it. Regardless I just was looking to enlighten a few on what they could do and not trying to just keep coaxing the same old stuff they have been pushing out just because it is definitive.

Thought I want a Kindle someday soon and would use it just as religiously. It can never take the place of paper in my ideas. The smell of a bookstore, the feel of thepaper. The way the library makes you feel. I have a bookcase with what I enjoy on it displayed and let people borrow as they wish as well. There is something about physical books that will keep them alive. While ebooks are fun....and time saving, and cost efficient. My ritual of going to library or book store and the hunt for the next book I want to read. The coffee shop where I relax and start it. Yea physical books all the way...sometiems its not about sensibility, sometimes its about enjoyment in the ritual of it all.

I read them, but I hardly reply. I don't feel like I've contributed enough to the league to really give any advice/constructive criticism, feels like it's out of my place when I do. When I do reply, it's usually just "That was funny," or "I love you Mike." >.>; you're one of the best new comers I've seen come into this fed since well... honestly I can't remember the last one lol. Hey, you dont get to walk around these parts without my hug...come here ;D

Mine would be completely voluntary card basis....and anyone can be a part of it....it will be alot different and more so fun and about really working on your rping...opposed to winning...
And if it doesnt work...it goes dead again..no harm no foul...to behonest
