Why is everyone so obsessed with Adam Cole going to AEW? This is the WWE board. Why wouldn’t it be just as exciting to see him move up to the main roster and possibly dominate there? Probably because we've seen how many talents have been released by WWE since the pandemic. Look who WWE has pushed on the main roster. People who are Adam Cole fans are rightfully worried that he won't be used to his full potential and might ultimately end up getting buried and let go by WWE. Whether Cole stays in WWE or leaves to go to AEW, I wish him well and hope he suceeds. Why would anyone worry about him getting let go? If he gets let go then he’d have somewhere else to go anyway. They would t be actively pursuing him just to let him go. |

That pretty much seals the deal on Cole, right? Why would this “seal the deal?” He wasn’t staying in NXT regardless. He’s either going to AEW or moving up to the main roster. This doesn’t say anything. |

What does one have to do with the other? The way that Target handles their preorders, and website in general, has absolutely nothing to do with this crowdfunding project. I am have very unhappy with the way Mattel and target have poorly distributed there exclusives. So buying one of these sets is like me saying, yes Mattel and target please continue what your doing because it's perfect fine when it is not. Still has nothing to do with this crowdfunding project. Target has absolutely nothing to do with this. |

Part of me wants this to succeed, but the other part of me is very unhappy about the terrible distribution of the target exclusive legends. What does one have to do with the other? Not baffling at all he probably just wants to wrap up his NXT story It is actually if the deal was up a month ago. It’s not baffling for the exact reason the other guy said. Maybe Cole wants to finish the story first. Also, who said he wants to leave? Maybe he’s willing to sign another deal with WWE. Only Adam Cole knows. |

I don't want Mattel to lose the license ... I love their product - I just want better ways of getting it and will try to pursue that until it is no longer fun. I truly wish if people didn't like what people say who are looking for better solutions or they don't think it applies to them just move on and let it die ... The name calling of "Martyr" or "complainer" only seems like trolling and hostile instead of allowing us to seek better solutions. I don't get it. There is nothing trolly or hostile about my response. You created a thread and people are going to respond to it. You can’t just expect every person to agree with you. Some are going to agree and others won’t. To assume that everyone will agree to you is kind of conceded. I gave a lengthy, well thought out response. I truly (not in a trolly way) believe that this is the best they can do and there really isnt need for change. You must not have read my response at all. I guess you completely disregarded it as soon as you realized that I was t going to agree with you. As I said in my previous post, the majority of their action figures ARE easily accessible. You are complaining (sorry if you don’t like this word but that’s what is happening) about a few EXCLUSIVE lines. They are exclusives, meaning they are only available at certain times (cons) or places (like Target). You literally complained in an earlier post that Ringside doesn’t get cases of Legends. They are TARGET exclusives. Target orders/requests this line. Ringside can’t get everything or else there wouldnt be other exclusives. We should actually be happy that Target continues to request this line or else we wouldnt get as many legends. Then we’d have people complaining that there arent enough legends or that we no longer have a legends line. There really is no way to make everyone happy and that’s why there is no reason to argue or complain about this. And, by the way, Mattel honestly has no reason to change there distribution because the figures are selling. That’s really all that matters to them. |

I’m over the constant whining and complaining on this forum. Selling your entire collection because you couldnt preorder something is a complete overreaction and just childish. The main line basics and elites are easily accessible on Ringside and many other websites and stores. Those are the majority of the figures released by Mattel so the majority is accessible. But let’s start with the collectors edition figure. The collectors edition figures are only one figure per set. I’ve accepted the fact that I will never find one in stores and I buy each of those on eBay. But it all comes down to patience. Everyone complains that the figures are sold for ridiculous prices on eBay, but the prices go down after a few weeks. For example, Kama was selling for over $100 when it was first hitting the shelves. Now you can find it for $40 including shipping. That is not a bad deal, especially since I don’t need to waste any time or gas. As for the Target Legends, the preorders are always a nightmare, but the majority of those figures can be found on the shelves (sometimes even before the preorders ship out). And don’t lie and say “you’ve never found one.” Heenan, Orndorff, and Guerrero were (and are) clogging the shelves. I rarely doubt anybody would know what another man wore 25+ years ago. If I weren’t being sarcastic , I could have easily googled the stuff just like he did, it’s 2021 not 1950 Wow. I can honestly say I’ve never seen someone double down and get this defensive when they were clearly in the wrong. You could have easily been the bigger person and say, “Good catch. My bad.” And btw, you are on the wrong forum if you think people here don’t know what attires wrestlers wore. This forum can get very particular with details. |

If you don't like the Goon then don't get it. He is still someone new. You can't complain that we don't get new guys, but then also complain that they aren't the new guy(s) you would rather see instead. When have we ever seen a Goon figure? I personally think it is pretty cool and will absolutely get it. Also, I saw a previous post of yours where you knocked the Strongbow figure as well. Strongbow is a HUGE addition to the legends line and there really isn't anything you can say to dispute that. |

Very slow start. I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt and check the numbers after this weekend. If they aren’t at least 1,000 by Monday then I don’t see this thing hitting its mark. The Slaughter drop really upset a lot of potential backers who aren’t gonna shell out 250 after watching an item go out of stock when they put in all their card information after being forced to sit in a queue. The Slaughter selling out should have absolutely nothing to do with this item getting backed or not. It would be ridiculous if someone doesn't back it just out of spite. I am not backing the item, but that is because it is too expensive and I am not interested in an Ultimate Diesel. This can't "sell out," so there is no reason that the Slaughter affects this. |

Per AFA, no pre-sale for Legends 11. Arrive in stores late July/Early August. Presale for Legends 12 Wow what a joke. This is probably the final nail in my collecting. I’m not paying $60-100 for each on ebay. This is just Mattel creating artificial scarcity of this set for no reason whatsoever. The new Flashback Series 3. This was the only store exclusive series that I’ve been able to get at retail prices. Guess Mattel put an end to that Overreacting much? |

Exactly. I don’t know why it’s taking people so long to understand that Mattel figures shoot up in price quickly and you can’t sit on something when it’s low. Especially $30! Hey, um, really don't feel like getting into this debate again, but some of us don't have an extra $30 just lying around for a figure, regardless of how low it gets. I went for Elite Zelina over Elite Ruby. I only had enough money for one of them and, of the two, the Elite Zelina was a bigger want. Am I sad about Ruby? Yes. But technically, her basic is the figure that goes with the other two Riott Squad ladies, so I'll be just fine. I am not saying that money comes easily to everyone, but you can't expect a Mattel elite that is already a few years old to be retail price. And to find one at $30 years later is a steal. You may not have $30 lying around, but you can't really complain about that price. |
