Hopefully. I mean they've had my money for like 6 months , it'd be nice to have a set window by now. Influencers will have theirs first, and then the rest of us a month later. Influencers will have theirs first, and then the rest of us a month later. Unfortunately you are correct. It'd just be nice to have a concrete date or at least window instead of it being delayed twice, coming up on three times after 6 months of waiting. Guess that's what I get for buying day one. No, he isn't correct. I am not an influencer. I have mine (especially our RSC exclusives) typically a month or so ahead of shipments. This one has obviously been longer due to the issues in the Panama Canal which still exist. As I've explained in the past, my reviews/samples are not an indicator of a ship date, which anyone could see as I don't even have an Elite 107 unboxing out yet and most of you who preordered already have those. No one is withholding your figures.

We live in a world where RSC makes toys now. So who do I spam in regards to why you guys haven't made ___ yet or why haven't we gotten ___ in ____tights from ____? Me thinks Ringside knows not what they've started... I'm ready for you rascals

Some details: These are close to scale with WWE Superstars. They are Remco style with similar body parts. Since it seems unclear for whatever reason, to clarify, RSC (including me since I work here which also seems unclear) are developing and producing these. They are 100% our line. This will be an ongoing series, possibly with variants and 100% with new names as time goes on. There is more in development. This will not be the only line we debut, so keep your eyes peeled for the future. I have been working really hard lately and could use some good news. Is there a crumb of a hint you can give us involving the other line you are speaking of? The crumb of the hint is basically what I've already said, sorry. In due time you'll have more info. I will say this - a big part of my job has been the curating of this and other lines and I can tell you I am personally very thrilled and proud of the work that has gone into and will go into all RSC Exclusive figure productions...certainly in our partnerships with major toy companies, but now also in our very own RSC Toys brand releases. It may seem like a long wait now that you know about this but it's to be sure we're not rushing anything and not even coming close to overpromising and under-delivering. It's also to be sure everything released is of the best quality possible. I wouldn't put my name on something I didn't feel was on par with major toy company releases and that will be true of the items we work on and release in the future. Consider this me letting you know that we take pride in wrestling figures and that Ringside Collectibles is and always will be the cream of the crop for a reason.

So, does this mean Mattel lost the Steiner's? When will these be available? We are expecting to see these ship by the end of this month at the latest.

I personally don’t think the Ringside Fest Q&A is fully targeted at the users of this forum anymore. I’m pretty active here so the feedback from forum members is largely accounted for. To Tom’s point, it’s really for those who don’t visit these forums and may not be in the weeds as much as many of you. If you were to guess, what % of fans/collectors out there that arent members of the boards but would watch a Ringside Fest Q&A annually? Purely based on viewing statistics that I can access it's a lot higher than you would think. If literally every single person that's a member of the forum was watching (which we know isn't the case) there are still views far beyond that. So there is an outside audience.

I appreciate the thoughts and suggestions. I think what some seem to miss is that despite our Q&A being 'vanilla' and Steve having a major presence here, there are definitely people beyond the boards that watch or see this with almost no window into what we have going on or see on a regular basis so it has it's audience, though it may be exhausting for WFigs. But to that point even they are getting repeat questions a lot of times.
Something can be nailed down eventually

I have been trying to think of a fresh take - or even a replacement - for the Q&A for a long time. It's a bit of 'comfort food' for us but it's starting to be more like 7-11 pizza than anything else. It's been clear to me that Q&A's are stale and would work best maybe once a year, but until I can come up with something better, it's what we have. For the record I also miss in-person Ringside Fest...it feels more natural, it's more fun and obviously Caroline's was a legendary setting, but unfortunately that's gone for now. Who knows what next year holds.
It is an absolute waste of time, more so than what we already have, to rifle off a list of 90% of the fan questions (when are we going to get Pedro Morales) because the answer is the same. I know some people want this just to feel affirmed regardless, even if it's a no, but I'm just not doing it like we used to.
I am also never, ever going to ask any distribution question or controversial dig or anything like that. It's not beneficial for anyone. I understand people's frustrations but that avenue is not the place for that question. Really it's better to pester Wal Mart.
So we're down to asking about tech updates, things like updates on the Nitro Stage (which we already know the answer to and also have heard previously) and a various Macho Man situation here and there.
What else can be done? I'm a professional with a lot of experience in a lot of different things but I'm admittedly stumped with this. I don't really know what else we could provide that isn't too far behind the curtain, doesn't upend obvious marketing strategy or necessary secrecy (many, many people forget the level of approvals toys go through right up to their final production run) other than give it a break and do it less often which has been my suggestion lately.
Also it's no secret it puts me in a tough spot just as a person with a job as a lot of you who know me know I absolutely hate to 'game show host' my way through things since actual wrestling began for me all those years ago but Ringside Fest requires it, perhaps more than anything else. So people can save their comments calling me 'cringey' because I get it and I do my best to avoid it.
I'm going to continue thinking on it and seeing what we things can be presented with a little more freshness but I hope many here will appreciate what they get at least in terms of reveals and semi-transparent discussions because it definitely doesn't happen with other toy lines like it does here. And that's just on the Ringside side. Keep in mind as was referenced in the end of the video, we are still 'beholden' to Mattel, and I mean that in the nicest and most polite way possible, and what they are able and unable to reveal, so there's a whole other side of what's ultimately going to be shown or discussed at ANY of the many reveal situations that no one has any control over other than the toy company itself.
That said, I understand disappointment with high hopes and expectations (I still want Hardcore and Crash Holly myself, I can relate) and hope things feel more substantial for some of you in the future. I'm open to suggestions and I'm always going to be as transparent as possible so feel free to meet me in the middle if there's something more direct you'd like to say that I can try to get done.

I don't like how the presenter said at the end of the video "ok that's enough reveals for you people"......it suggests that the video today will be just Q&A video of "if he becomes available to us in the future" and no reveals. I was only kidding, man!!!

if you are posting in this thread and you don't eat any servings of fresh fruit, you should start What does that mean??? Are you hinting that we're not getting The Steiners?? I'm hinting that people overanalyzing this would relax with some natural sugar intake that's it

Poor xpac xcluded from the dx set. Feels wrong without him. I kind of felt this way too but in my mind X-Pac is always at the center of daydream booking a DX vs. nWo feud. WHO WILL HE CHOOSE?! Maybe we'll get a Retro in the future..

I know this question will not be picked, because rsc will not pick any tough questions. They do not want to upset there overlords and suffer any potential consequences. If they want to be bold and prove me wrong, by all means. Here my the question. Why is distribution of wwe mattel figures so terrible at walmart stores the last few years ?? Walmart exclusives have been horrendously distributed just as bad as main line elites, basic, and 2packs. Who is more to blame, mattel or walmart for this issue ?. I am not going to ask the Wal Mart distribution question. It's not a matter of upsetting overlords. That's a question better suited for the Steve thread.
