I hate the idea of starting a playoff game at 2:30 in the afternoon

You know the MLB wants a Dodgers/Yankees series.
Who are the starters on Tuesday?

Can't wait to watch the Tiebreaker and the Dodgers hopefully win against the Cardinals when it counts.

I would love a Yankees/Dodgers World Series. I'm sure FOX would as well since it's the two largest markets in the country.

I guess I'll root for the Rockies and Twins/Tigers, cause I generally dislike all of the other teams in the playoffs.

I honestly think the Cardinals are going to be swept by the Dodgers. The Cards have just been bad since they clinched the playoffs. Hopefully they can prove me wrong.

Whoever makes the World Series, that's the 2 teams I picked at the beginning.
But seriously, can't wait for the playoffs to start, and hopefully it's the Yankees and Dodgers. That would just be awesome.

I'll go with the network nightmare of Minnesota/Detroit and Colorado.

They were talking earlier about the Yankees on MLB Network. Basically saying Starters are only gonna have to go 6 innings then go to Joba, Phil and Mo for 1 each and NY pitching could be lights out. I know it wont happen but i would be hilarious if NY could win a world series by only using 6 pictures the entire playoffs haha

The Phillies still kind of have a grudge to settle with the Rockies. The rotation is supposed to be Lee, Hamels, Blanton and Happ. Lee hasn't pitched well lately. Hamels has. Blanton is usually very good or very bad. Happ doesn't have a lot of post season experience. There's no one on the back end of the 'pen. I can see them beating Colorado. I don't see them going further than that. I really don't.

I don't get why the Yankees are going to take 15 positional players. Even if you want to pinch run with Guzman/Gardner, you still shouldn't be pinch running to the point where you need to use 6 players off the bench. I think the Yankees are trying to hard to strategize their way to the World Series. Let your best players and pinch run in the ninth inning of a tie/one run game. No need to have three catchers, five outfielders and six infielders. Its unneeded.

So excited for the playoffs. The Rays aren't in it this year, but at least I don't have to worry.
