Didn't see one made, so thought I'd make one
Just saw it, and thought it was really quite good, in short, not to go into too much detail, I would compare it to Batman Forever, dark in moments, however still with alot of material to keep it child friendly.
Also loving how they are building up the Avenger's movie, however I would have wanted Fury alittle more mysterious, but yea, really good that alot of the film was actually about SHIELD and the post credits scene, I waited for it, one of only 2, but it was worth it
So yea, discuss

the whole SHIELD subplot and ost credits scene just shows the clarity Marvel have for the whole Avengers project.

yah the only thing i am worried about is all this build up to the avengers wasting tons of plot in these films only for avengers never to happen or be half assed with none of the actors like norton or downey
in fact didnt sam jackson tell downey they only wanted his suit and him only as a consultant

Loved it, I gotta agree with JokerFC, it's great seeing Marvel handling their own films since they can create their Marvel Universe on the big screen. I dig the name their using to, MCU, Marvel Cinematic Universe.

yah the only thing i am worried about is all this build up to the avengers wasting tons of plot in these films only for avengers never to happen or be half assed with none of the actors like norton or downey The contracts that Downey, Evans, Hemsworth, Cheadle, Jackson signed were for sequels and Avengers. There's a big chance norton won't be in Avengers, while the Hulk is only. If what I read is true.

The AC/DC soundtracks makes it so much better for me. Ya know, as much as I love Nirvana, Elliott Smith and The Smashing Pumpkins(just to name a few)I wouldn't want to hear there music in a film that should be taken seriously. Why doesn't Iron Man have an original score? Even Spider Man had one. Anyways, I want to see Iron Man II, I didn't like the first all that much, but from what I hear there is actually some form of compelling drama so I should be pleased.

Its movie of the year so far, and a hell of a lot better than The Dark Knight.

I thought it was good, but for a reason I just can't explain, it just felt a little lame. Maybe just enters my top 10 for the year thus far.

I loved it, I thouhgt it was funny as hell when they had Caps shield I thougt it was going to be of great importance lol. I was a bit dissapointed with WHiplash's armor at the end I thought he looked much cooler on the race track.
Also am I the only one who is not bothered if Norton is back for the Avengers I mean whe gives a crap about Banner its The Hulk I want to see smashing stuff up. I hope they go the route of Loki controling the Hulk. To me whoever plays Banner is not important in the slightest maybe if it was a Hulk sequel, But as far as The Avengers go just give me crazed Hulk up against Hulk buster Iron Man.
Hell they could even do the Loki controlling War Machine thing as well which would be pretty cool.
A wee bit off topic but I really hope Marvel do a animated Civil War movie at some point.

I had alot of fun seeing this film, one of the best action films in the last 12 months, in my opinion. I loved the amount of screentime they gave Rourke. Vanko was badass!

There was like, 2 or 3 AC/DC songs in the whole film.
