Great read fellas... For my opinion (for what it's worth) I'd not known of Punk on the indies and when he came to WWE I didn't really care for him in anyway. But his feud with Jeff was certainly the best feud I've seen on WWE TV in many years (and I miss it too) but after that feud I liked Punk. So for me personally Jeff didn't make Punk but he certainly made me take notice.

This isn't a knock to anyone, we're all fans, some more passionate than others, but f***, some of you guys need to let it go. LET IT GO. It's entertainment but some of you take it like you're getting a paycheck from WWE, TNA, etc. Whatever happened to just enjoying the product? Yeah, we can debate (which is part of the game), but claiming to know more about the "business" than someone else is like saying Cena knows more about method acting than Marlon Brando.
I am sorry if I offended anyone, but it's get tiring when you're trying to read the topics and it's always arguments from someone who "knows" the business.

It looks to me like he's drunk. Im not interested in sifting through 4 pages to see what everyone else says, but Showstopper has it right. There is nothing wrong with drinking, but you probably shouldn't post it online

The idea that Jeff Hardy - washed up, drug addict Jeff Hardy - MADE CM Punk, is as ridiculous as saying the same Jeff Hardy will be 100% drug free any time for the rest of his life.
There is no way that Jeff Hardy made anybody, especially CM Punk.

^ you really have a hard on against drugs. that 'drug addict' jeff hardy seemed to make it much farther than you in life, so i'd think before throwing a stone.

If I was offered Jeff Hardy's fame tomorrow, knowing that I'd also have to face federal possession charges, I'd turn it down in a heartbeat. Even with wrestling, Hardy's life is a train wreck.

^ you really have a hard on against drugs. that 'drug addict' jeff hardy seemed to make it much farther than you in life, so i'd think before throwing a stone. No he didn't. He's a professional wrestler, I'm not. Never have been, we've never done anything alike. I've never been a musician, or a wrestler, so there is no comparison between my life and his, so you can just f*** right off with that. Also, when he goes away for those drugs charges, and everything he has that makes his life so much better than mine comes crashing down around him, I'll be the one sitting back and laughing. And enjoying my still drug-free lifestyle. Oh, and as you say I have a "hard on" against drugs, you have just as much a hard on against people who are against drugs. What's that say for you?

i think my point is pretty clear, call me a drug lover i don't care. i've met a lot of people who've used drugs, and many of them don't feel the need to self righteously place themselves above others based on what their own personal choices are... get off your pedestal. that's awesome for you if you don't decide to use any substance, but why do you need to glorify yourself? just shut up and live.

Thank you for the correction. I did forget that match with JBL. Not that it really changes much. But still. How am I trolling? I keep asking you questions and you keep dodging them. Afraid to make another ridiculous statement? You should be...you've made enough of them. I like how you talk about someone making a total ass out of themselves considering the last few years it seems like no matter what thread I choose to open on here you have a comment. You seem to think you know about every single occurance that happens on this planet. Which is why I asked if you had a job the other day because I seriously don't see how someone can have as much time on their hands to nitpick at every little statement made on this site. You can take a words like "above average" and "elite QB" and go off on a huge rant. "Oh my God! Wendys has new fries.......I just gotta get on WF and talk about them." With as much time as you have on your hands you could be the most helpful person in the community if you put just a fraction of your time posting on here towards the good of mankind. Or go on a damn treadmill. Funny...you know me so well and I have no CLUE who the you are. Why are you bringing up other topics I have discussed? Dude, that is freaking weird. Are you stalking me on WFigs? OMG! You made a fat joke. I am so hurt. I am so damaged. What will I do? You hurt my feelings. Damn him. Damn him to hell. Someone help. He made a fat joke. I hate this guy. Oh I hate him so much. MOMMY! Why dont you be a little more concerned with your own life and less about what I am doing? Please stop following me from thread to thread. Its weird. And God forbid I make a topic to discuss oh...that topic on a message board. You seem to have completely lost sight in what a message board is for. It's not stalking when I look at a topic and you are in every thread. I can't help but find your posts on here where you always have to call people ridiculous for not agreeing with you. Seriously have you ever been wrong about anything on here? And message boards are not meant to take over someones life like it seems to be the case with you. As far as bringing up other topics in other threads. I just got done looking at the NFL thread where you brought up that other user talking about CM Punk and indies. If your going to call me out about discussing other topics in here then dont be such a hypocrite[/quote] Wait...so since we goto the same boards, I am posting in every topic? Yeah ok. Great reasoning. Have I been wrong? Yup.....about a million times. I'm quick to admit it and appreciate the correction. Just read a post or 2 above and you will see it. You prove me wrong....I'm good with it. Not the first time I have been wrong and not the last. If you would like to defend Deskjet's ridiculous statement....and yes, they are ridiculous. Feel free to chime in. He cant do it. Someone might as well try. Why do you think this message board has taken over my life? B/c you read the same boards I do? B/c you like the same topics I do? B/c I post more often than you? What I said in the NFL thread was still on topic. Try reading the post. I certainly didnt make a post in the NFL thread on how stupid Deskjet is or ask people to see my side of it or even try to poke fun of Deskjet. It was on topic. Your post wasnt on topic. It had ZERO to do with Jeff and Matt Hardy, CM PUNK or the video. It had nothing to do with the debate at hand. Instead, your post was made so you could act like an "internet tough guy" and try and take a shot at me. Either contribute to the topic or stop posting this crap. Got a personal issue with me? Send me a PM. So no......I am not a hypocrite. I dont understand why people saying the Panthers need to take Luck if they get the #1 pick, what was the point of Clausen? I understand that philosophy for the Bills, but not the Panthers. Who need to get better in other places, where as the Bills have been dying for a young QB to build around I agree with this. The Panthers drafted two quarterbacks last year. They need to start rebuilding their offensive and defensive lines before anything else, if you ask me. I should stop. From what? Making you look like the ass you are. You came into this post with an opinion that differed from mine. No problem. The problem arised when you started making these absurd statements and I corrected you each and every time. Instead of retracting them, you chose to make a bigger ass out of yourself by continuing to try and spin it into something else. I think the only one you were willing to retract was "Danielson having the same gimmick on the indys as WWE." 10 people on here agree with me? Seems to be about 10 more than you got. Have you even bothered to read the other posts made? You got 2 guys who are making posts, off topic, just to take shots at me. I havent heard one person say they agree with your points. I MOST DEFINITELY havent read ANY person try and defend some of the ridiculous points you made, including yourself. You dont even defend them....you just keep trying to spin them. I'm glad you finally did agree that I won this argument. But 50? Please man.....I have WAY more e-wins than that. Why would you think I feel I have to be right? B/c I have an opinion and I am not afraid to defend said opinion? The last part of your post....I dont get. "I see you! Are you happy now?" Want your autograph? Sorry....I dont collect autos of nobodies who post "WWE wants to sign indy workers to tap into the money they are making". This isn't a knock to anyone, we're all fans, some more passionate than others, but f***, some of you guys need to let it go. LET IT GO. It's entertainment but some of you take it like you're getting a paycheck from WWE, TNA, etc. Whatever happened to just enjoying the product? I am sorry if I offended anyone, but it's get tiring when you're trying to read the topics and it's always arguments from someone who "knows" the business. Some people DO know more than others. For instance, if you post on the sports board and listen to Kliquid. Dude knows his NFL crap. Do I get into debates with him? Damn right. Do I think he is wrong sometimes? Damn right. But if I have a question about something NFL related, especially concerning the draft......I ask Kliquid. Why? Cuz I already know he knows more than me. The dude writes a column for a sports website. And when it comes to this particular topic, I think I have clearly proven I know more than Deskjet based on the absurd statements he has made. I have and DO follow indy wrestling. Deskjet buys dvds of guys after they come to WWE. I have friends in the wrestling business. I work in the business. I have studied it as an art. Please dont take it as me bragging, as I am sure a few folks will. But like I pointed out why Kliq knows NFL......I am pointing out my credentials for knowing the wrestling business. Is there someone else who knows more about the indy scene than me? Definitely. Is it Deskjet? Not after the crap he has posted in here. I actually thought the dude had a fair knowledge. But after reading his posts in this thread.....clearly he does not. It looks to me like he's drunk. Im not interested in sifting through 4 pages to see what everyone else says, but Showstopper has it right. There is nothing wrong with drinking, but you probably shouldn't post it online Well that's the point most people were making. I'll say it once again and I know you heard it before, b/c we talked about it. NEITHER TNA NOR JEFF HARDY NOR ANYONE IN THE HARDY CAMP POSTED THIS ON YOUTUBE. Someone violated youtube's TOS and posted copyrighted material they do not own. Fine. Tell me what got Punk to be the #1 heel. Was it another feud? Was it a match? Was it a single act? Was it a slow build of a story? Something elevated CM Punk from mid card babyface to #1 heel. Whats your opinion? ^ you really have a hard on against drugs. that 'drug addict' jeff hardy seemed to make it much farther than you in life, so i'd think before throwing a stone. If I was offered Jeff Hardy's fame tomorrow, knowing that I'd also have to face federal possession charges, I'd turn it down in a heartbeat. Even with wrestling, Hardy's life is a train wreck. If that was the only thing I to consider, I would take Jeff's life. Are you kidding me? 99% of famous people get away with murder. I dont really see how Jeff's life is a train wreck. The guy who basically married to a woman who adores him and they have been together forever. He has a brand new baby girl. He makes great money, living out his dream. He has time in his life to explore other interests he has. He has fame, fortune and adoration. He has the respect of his fans and his peers. I know why I wouldnt want to be Jeff Hardy.....but his drug use/criminal charges wouldnt hold me back. i think my point is pretty clear, call me a drug lover i don't care. i've met a lot of people who've used drugs, and many of them don't feel the need to self righteously place themselves above others based on what their own personal choices are... get off your pedestal. that's awesome for you if you don't decide to use any substance, but why do you need to glorify yourself? just shut up and live. Eventhough, I am a supporter of a drug free world.....I too know many users of drugs. And the one thing they all have in common.....white, black, latino, asian, fat, skinny, man, woman or child......THEY ARE ALL SUPER ING NICE. They all seem very unselfish, never self righteous and NEVER try and make you use if you dont want to. The govt. would love to have you believe that all drug users want to push that onto everyone else and yet I've never come across it. I have NEVER once been pushed to use. I have been offered many a times. But I say no and they are cool with it. Again, I am not advocating drug use in any way. But some people are pretty self righteous and believe everyone should be the same. We dont all have to see things the same way. I get slammed on here constantly for being me. But I aint gonna change. Its me being me.

I think they were disgusting stains on life. It's not badmouthing them because it's the truth. Anyone who could kill somebody and then wear their body parts for a mask is, in fact, a sick f*ck. That's not a comparison between Gacy/Gein and Jeff Hardy. Drug use is nowhere near the severity of murder, and I am not even close to saying it is. It's just a comparison in general. Gein = murderer = sick f*ck. Truth. Not badmouthing. Hardy = drug addict = truth. Not badmouthing. And again, Hardy did not make CM Punk. Punk made himself by paying dues on the Indy scene before signing to WWE. He is not a WWE homegrown talent, therefore nobody in WWE gets credit to his success.

And finally you should get off your high horse about "being in the wrestling business" Im done arguing about you. I've stated my case on how I feel about you. It's pointless to continue wasting anymore of my time on you. I wish I would have never said anything about you because it's a no win situation with you. You HAVE to be right and that's how people like you are. I will not respond to you again. John Wayne Gacy was a perverted murderer, Ed Gein was a sick f*ck who killed his victims and then skinned them to make masks, and belts out of their body parts. This guy is right. He never did trash talk anyone. Ever heard the saying "the truth hurts"? That applies everywhere even here. I mean I am a big time fan of Jeff. I think he is great. So great my XWA and WFWF efed characters are based off him. And at this time I am listening to his music. I mean gotta face facts Jeff uses drugs. Hardy did not make CM Punk. Punk was made way before he ever stepped in the ring with Hardy. However, they did have epic matches. So CM you need to chill the heck out man.

Agreed to an extent. Hardy had some great matches with people, and yes, those people benefited from those matches by being remembered for those matches. Like all the matches that Edge and Christian had against the Hardyz. The 2 teams were put on the map by virtue of the matches against each other. I'll say this. Wrestlers may be put on the map by others, but not one wrestler MADE another.

I am asking someone to explain how Punk got there. Please keep in mind that Punk was not scheduled to be a heel when he cashed in his MITB against Hardy. Also keep in mind, that I think we all already agree that if Jeff Hardy was never there that Punk would still have gotten there eventually anyway.
