I mean I'm 15 and does anyone else feel like people stare at you when you go down the wrestling fig row and are generally in a kid store? Or it just me?

Nah, but these people started making fun of me for liking wrestling, I called their scooter gay so they walked away. Five minutes later they came back, teased me some more so I just said ¨Listen dudes, do you really want me to take this outside?¨ so they walked away but didn´t come back. Don´t feel embarrassed, if anyone makes fun of you just tell them to off.

15? You are a kid, there's no shame in you being in a shop for kids. I'm 27 and I do it, so it's a lot more shameful. I don't get too embarrassed walking in, but actually taking toys up to the counter is usually a little embarrassing. Except at Christmas, when there are loads of adults buying presents. It's all part of the fun of collecting children's toys though.

I'm 20 so kinda.
I hardly ever buy any figs though but it is always nice to look but I only do it if I have the area to myself.

i'm never embarrassed to go, but most of my friends hate wrestling, scince it became PG they say its all childish. and some of my friends sometimes tease me about playing with wrestling figures to try to be funny make me chase them..... but my TRUE friends dont. So i'm always on the lookout for people i know and i try to aviod them. Luckily none of my friends have ever see me. but i buy most of my figures online anyway. cant wait till i leave school. F*** most of my "friends".

If a cashier gives me lip, I just mention "I have a good paying job, I don't work for minimum wage behind a till like you".
That shuts them up. I've said it like 3 times now. None has answered me back. If they did, I would just go to the manager and say how rude their staff is.
In general though, don't be embarrassed about what you like, I'm 26 and I really couldn't give a crap what people think. It's not like you're going around doing something creepy or socially unnacceptable, you're collecting plastic representations of something you like watching on TV. I fail to see what's wrong with that.

Iam 16 and Yeah I am, to I get really embarrassed, I can’t even buy figures in the shop I have to get my Dad to get them for me and half of the :/, But that’s why I order online, I mean when I was about 14 I use to do stop motion on YouTube and then a bunch of people from my school found out :/ and it was hell, In early 2010 I was in a huge msn chat with my friends then , they added there friends etc to the convocation and one of these girls said my name and posted isn’t he the one who plays with toys? :/So that made me feel even better about my hobby, Hopefully I grow out of it.

Not at all. I'm 23yrs old and I don't get embarrassed by any means. I rarely buy figures anymore but I always tend to stop by and see if anything catches my eye. It's my hobby, just like seeing the same 70+yr old man getting hot wheel cars every week.

Is normal to me. last time that i whent to TRU was this pass Monday and i just go to the wrestling toys and look and pick up WM26 Christian and 2 Pack Seires 7 CM Punk and Luke Gallows.

I'm 27 and i'm a Sgt in the US Army Infantry and I'm a proud TRU Rewards card holder(it works, you get mad discounts on figures after a while w that card lol) Everyone knows my name at all the TRU's and Toy Stores I goto. Dont be embarrassed about a hobby that makes you happy. Hell i got the most manly badass job in the world and I'm not affraid to go in and buy a couple Diva figures for my collection.

I'm 32 and it doesn't bother me.
The way I look at it is, there are worse things I could be doing with my time & money then buying wrestling toys. Plus I don't smoke, I rarely drink, & my wife & son are both spoiled so it's all good.

Hell no, I'm 29 and could care less what someone thinks of me buying wrestling figures.
If you enjoy collecting them, then there's no reason to feel uncomfortable about going into a toy store to buy them.

i used to collect CS figs a few years back (stopped around CS14) and used to get into a lot of good convos with people my age and older who were in the store. "Wow is that ____ i remember watching him grow up". i never have any issue. i collect UFC now and buy stacks at a time when i find them. so no, i got no issue doing so (i'm 24)
