The 6 inch figures are definately the ones to buy. Tomar re, Hal, Sur look good. That Lot Rot blob or whatever the hell its name is looks like a molden piece of plastic mixed with a pile of dog crap. I undertand the alien idea in the movie but my god, what apiece of crap for an action figure.

stopped by my local walmart tonight. They had the mm figs and the 4 inch figs in two packs with a guardian. Sinestro, hal, and kilowog each with a different guardian. If they had the constructs I would have picked a few up.

stopped at a tru earlier and found the 4th mm fig, NAUT KE LOI, the fishy looking guy. They had a few of him. for what it is, its kinda cool. the parallax piece is the same that comes with the other 3 figs. Also grabbed a hal/abin sur pack.

Not impressed with this line. They don't look much better than the old Super Powers figures.

Don't get me wrong, I loved the Super Powers line as a kid, but I guess my point was, that I am a little disappointed with the quality of these figures 25 years after the Super Powers line.

Don't get me wrong, I loved the Super Powers line as a kid, but I guess my point was, that I am a little disappointed with the quality of these figures 25 years after the Super Powers line. From what Mattel has said about the movie figures the articulation was left off the smaller figures for two reasons, the first is design. To make the figures look better in a smaller scale and retain detail they had to ax some articulation. The second reason (was well intentioned but failed due to TRU's pricing) was to keep the price down to make them more affordable. $7 a pop is better than the $12 a pop. Overall I agree the figures are lacking but with the MM line starting at $16 and going up to $19 in some stores I understand Mattel's worries about creating the "failed due to cost" toy line of the year.

I picked up the ring last Saturday. But it's still too small for me. It fits my pinky, but can't get by the last knuckle on any other finger

I've been wondering, how are the neck sculpt's made on these? Could you remove the head sculpt and place it on a 3 1/2 Marvel Legends figure body?
