Anything to prevent building new stars, eh WWE?? Instead they will sign guys who are in their 40s to come back and wrestle for their company, instead of finding a way to get new, young talent on TV. Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Curtis Axel, Daniel Bryan, Cesaro, soon Bray Wyatt are all on TV every week. You cant just have all new guys try and sell a show or PPV. Their veterans are getting old so they are bringing in other veterans to be used and help the new guys.

awesome news! now lets hope he dosent wasnt brought back just to job to Cena. Even though we all know how bad Cena needs to be put over. I'm positive he will at some point. Cena and the writers are still probably butt-hurt over having him lose to RVD eight years ago.

I hope the RVD I watched for 2 years in TNA doesn't show up. That guy mailed it in pretty much every night. I guess you don't get to use your body as a battering ram for 20 years and not decline but man is RVD's routine stale to me. Probably another guy for Heyman to work with though, which is great.

Shoot, the only thing anyone is seemingly brought to the main roster anymore is so they can put Cena over. Seeing as he is the future it does make sence.

I'm excited. Couldn't believe it when it was announced mainly because I wasn't expecting it. Kinda dissapointed it wasn't kept a secret, would have been great.

the thought of an RVD/Punk feud makes me salivate
me and all my friends were totally marking out when the video was over and it showed "RVD Returning" so glad he's back where he belongs.

Why doesn't the WWE wait and surprise the WWE universe? That's the part that pisses me off. Its simple, the wwe writing staff had no clue how to bring him back. So they figured "let's play a promo for him to return at the next ppv, I'm sure we will have something figured out by then" Its the same group of people who decided to keep the title on Dolph for 5 weeks while he was injured, just to have him lose clean upon his return.

RVD vs Punk at MITB, with Heyman turning on Punk and aligning with RVD would be sick.

Let's hope he realizes he can't be making apple bongs backstage during promos like he did in TNA.

RVD's washed up at this point. At least this means his unmotivated ass doesn't show up in TNA again.

I was at Payback, and I marked out. Once his music hit EVERYONE went wild, and I mean EVERYONE. When I saw "coming back at MITB"...I was speechless. It was truly awesome.

Best moment of the PPV was seeing that RVD video. His return means more money for the E plus more ratings. Hopefully we can get good matches/feuds from RVD and hopefully RVD gets back in shape. MITB shall once again be epic. Wouldn't mind one or two more Title reigns from RVD and to all the haters don't worry, RVD will also be there to put over the young talent but at the same time I'm hoping his return isn't a flop.

Assuming he realized getting a good steady paycheck was more important than weed.

Guys, guys, I think we're overlooking a really important feud here:
Battle of the Attires: Winner Gets the Services of their Airbrush Artist
Rob Van Dam vs. Ryback
