I'm not one to jump to conclusions, but it's hard for me to pretend that there isn't some substance behind this. It's all just too coincidental.
First of all, you can't tell me that the grand plan before Summerslam was to have a payoff Match at Hell in a Cell, a Match that has out of the blue been announced on a Tour Promo, with a SummerSlam finish that was pointed towards a payoff at Wrestlemania between Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker. Something has happened between Summerslam and now that has prompted them to push the conclusion of this feud forward, and a rush for network buys is just not a sufficient reason in this instance.
The second point, is the emphasis on the Location of the Podcast between Brock Lesnar and Stone Cold during the Go to Hell Tour Promo. I know you could say that Heyman did also mention the locations of the other two dates (One being the Location which is primarily selling the Event itself in MSG, the other a PPV), but why would you need to push the location for a talk show, which just so conveniently happens to be in Dallas, Texas, the same City for Wrestlemania 32, just one month before tickets go on sale. I know that Wrestlemania sells itself, but in Events as big as this they sometimes prefer one marquee match to be inevitable at the time of ticket sales, or at least to have the signs leading to one showdown put in place.
Time will tell, it may simply be a push for Network Sales, but the Match between Undertaker and Lesnar does at this point look to have been brought forward, leaving them both in need of opponents for the April showpiece. At this point, and I could be wrong, but it all just seems too coincidental right now.
Now, jumping the gun, if to say this podcast was to set up a Match at Wrestlemania, there is already enough material for them to go by. Heyman planted the seed on his podcast. Austin could mention that they wanted him to kick Leanar's as* for free on a Raw and he thought the Match was bigger than that. Lesnar could agree by saying you were right, Brock Lesnar taking the Texas Rattlesnake to Suplex City would be big enough to fill 100,000 at a Wrestlemania..

I mentioned this in the night of champions thread. It seems like they could do it.
You had Heyman rile up Austin on the podcast and turn into Stone Cold, saying he can beat Lesnar. Now Lesnar will be a guest and I bet he says something to Austin about it or brings up king of the ring, saying Austin walked out as he's afraid to face Lesnar. It's something that would garner attention if they meet at wrestlemania.

Stone Cold would be in the hospital with a broken neck if he went to Suplex City

Stone Cold would be in the hospital with a broken neck if he went to Suplex City Then Vince sneaks into Suplex City General to finally get his sweet revenge...

One of my biggest dream matches ever, but with that said I would be shock beyond belief if Austin ever wrestled again and more so against Brock Lesnar.Keep in mind Austin's health issues which have gotten better but even more so the fact by the time WM 32 roles around he wouldn't have had a match in 13 years.I would love sometype of Street Fight/No Holds Barred type match between the two which could cover up some of the ring rust for Austin but again his health issues, just don't see it happing.
In terms of what to do with Taker/Brock at WM 32 ideally Taker would wrestle Sting but if Sting can't go do to his own health issues and has to retire then Cena makes the most sense and would be the biggest marque match up for Taker with a distance second being against Reigns. While Brock to me should face Randy Orton and theirs always the shot of him facing Rocky once again if the WWE decided to go a different route then Triple H/Rock.

With Taker/Lesnar not happening at WM32, I'd be lying if I said this hasn't crossed my mind. But I'm still leaning towards Lesnar winning the Rumble instead.

I prefer Brock/Austin to Brock/Taker again, but it's not something I've been dying to see.

Yes if Austin was in a match with Lesnar, Austin probably would be so injured following the match that I don't think we would ever see him in a ring ever again seeing as how Lesnar when he takes on his opponents he is as stiff as hell in that ring

Can Austin even pass the physical to get clearance to wrestle again? I thought his neck/back were in too bad a shape for "one more match".

TBH Ive been worried about Stone Cold's neck since he had returned full time in 2001, I cringed at every bump he took then, so I'd panic now in 2015 seeing him slammed and whipped around on his neck.

To be honest the only two modern guys I've ever wanted to see Austin wrestle are Punk (who's gone now) and Cena... so I'll pass on Austin/Lensar. I don't really see it happening either.

Yes exactly and if Austin/Lesnar were to happen then it is safe to say Austin's neck would never be the same again hell he could even risk paralysis especially if he is ever in a ring with Lesnar so no I would pass on that but if it were Austin/Lesnar in 2002 then I wouldn't have a problem with it at all

For some reason I have no desire to see this, I fear Stone Cold getting in some type of injury due to Brock's strength. Don't get the huge desire for Taker and Cena either, actually I don't want to see Cena try and pull his usual loyalty, respect crap especially with the Undertaker. This might also come off as an unfavorable opinion but I would love to see Taker work a program with a heel Reigns. It could be a big match if they pull it off right.

If he were ever physically capable of getting back into the ring we would have seen Austin/Goldberg at a WM.

Austin left in the best possible way...for him to come back would not wash well with me.

I doubt the match will happen now since Austin is to busy with his reality show commitments. I would like to see them go hunting together, that would be great tv.

No way this match happens. Lesnar doesn't seem to care much for protecting his opponent, so it'd be basically asking for Austin to get seriously injured. I think it's much more likely that the Lesnar/Undertaker match was moved to Hell In A Cell because it just made more sense to end the feud in with a Hell In A Cell match. Sure, there were rumblings of it happening at WrestleMania again, but I'm guessing they've got their eye on Lesnar vs The Rock for that.

Honestly this is the one match that I want to see happen. If WWE wants to legit sell out Cowboys Stadium this is the match to do it.
It would draw in a TON of Attitude Era/Casual fans and a lot of crossover/mainstream fans with Lesnar.
I also hate when people say Lesnar is careless. He looks rough but in all honesty, how many people has he been careless with? Compared to Seth Rollins or Ryback, the guy may be the safest in the company.
I honestly hope that Lesnar asks Austin about the KOTR qualifier and why he dodged him, and then goes ape crap and trashes the set and Austin in a "reality shoot" angle. Then Austin could cost Lesnar a title match at the Royal Rumble, and bingo the match is in motion.
