41 out of 50! Everyone from Hogan's first run till Jinder a few weeks ago. So there's two things we've learned here... First, I watch too much wrestling.
AND... second, I'm old as f***. Same here. I was there from the tail end of Hogan's first reign until now. I started watching wrestling in 86, so would that be Hogan's second reign?

So does this mean 'How many you've seen in person' or you've been watching during their reigns?
Also, does it mean you've seen them while they were Champion or can it be that you've seen them wrestle in person at some point?

So the HIAC was in October 1997 and then the match with Bret Hart was in November? Yes. October 5 maybe? Anywho, the hiac was because Shawn hit taker with the chair at SummerSlam costing him his title. Bret won vs Taker at SS. Taker pursued revenge. I don't think Bret wrestled at Badd Blood 97, which is when the cell match was. He might've wrestled but I don't remember it. If he did not then that's odd the champ didn't wrestle at a PPV. I thought Bret teamed with Bulldog to wrestle Patriot and Vader at that Badd Blood...but that may have been Ground Zero from the previous month.

Been a regular viewer for seventeen years and remember twenty nine of those initial championship wins.

Seth Rollins Roman Reigns (booooo!) Sheamus Dean Ambrose (I think) AJ Styles John Cena Bray Wyatt Orton Jinder Mahal
Assuming you mean the WHC which later became the WWEC. I want to say that Alberto Del Rio had it for a while too but I found his run kinda boring.

I know I've seen everyone from Iron Sheik through today with maybe the exception of Backlund. AJ Styles I've seen at TNA house show in 2007 but don't think I've seen him in WWE. Its possible I've seen Superstar Billy Graham when he managed Don Muraco but never seen him wrestle. I am sure I've seen Pedro but can't recall. Bruno I may have seen when he returned to try to put over his son David but again can't recall. I know with certainty that I've never seen Buddy Rogers, Stan Stasiak, Ivan Kolloff, or Antonio Inoki (I know he's not credited). I was watching prior to WM1 but my first solid memory is The War to Settle the Score. So on TV I would've seen everyone from Hogan on which would've included Backlund's third reign (2nd official). Plus would've seen former champs like Iron Sheik, Pedro Morales, Ivan Koloff, and Bruno Sammartino in an active role. Everyone listed above is who I have seen live.
