I wonder if he's signed with florida so he can be close to the PC, and do both. He's had no wrestling training I would imagine they would train him for a year before debuting properly and he's signed with the florida team for a year (sorry don't know their nickname)

The $4 million number includes all cost-cutting measures taken, from cuts/furloughs to reduction in executive compensation and operating costs to pushing off construction on a new HQ. It has been widely reported since the talent cuts only amount to $700,000 per month.

People heard "Gronk" and "WWE contract" and got worked up over (potentially) nothing. No. I don’t buy it. People getting worked up over nothing would be very, very out of character.

I hate seeing professional athletes get signed to WWE without having to bust their ass in wrestling for years. If everyone else has to, they should as well. The average person who wants to be a professional wrestler has to start at the lowest of the low. NFL players and UFC fighters shouldn't get a fast pass to the big time. If a wrestler with little experience does get signed to a WWE contract, they are in the performance center for months or years. They wrestle on the undercard at NXT house shows. They pray to god they get to be on NXT TV. Then a couple of years later they get on the main roster. it's called a lateral move. If you want to be a wrestler but for some reason you're a god on the football field (not saying Gronk or any NE player is) then you can use the talents and platform you already have to make the transition. Also, money talks.

Good riddance. He took WWE for a ride and used wrestling to get another NFL contract. Once again WWE rolls out the red carpet and caters to a part-time celebrity who is simply a fair-weather fan. When are they going to learn?
