He hasn't had a figure released with this Championship. Your best bet would be either the Legends 2 or the one that came with the blue steel cage and Warrior, though both of these figures are based on SummerSlam 1990. Was there any difference between these two figures? Kinda forgot that this figure came with the cage ring.

When I think of Rude, I think of the Simply Ravishing Ravishing Ravishing and IC belt airbrushed tights and while Mattel typically nails their designs, I feel the execution of the Chase is a bit off.

Love that Kona Crush, that is the exact attire I would have wanted from Mattel. Are you going to have an Evil Crush made as well? I already do - maybe you just missed him in the pics - actually had Evil Crush in my collection before Kona Crush.

Apologies if this has been asked/answered on here already, but here goes...
If Bob Holly ever becomes a reality - are we looking at Spark Plugg first? Or Hardcore Holly first? I’ll vote for Spark Plugg. Also - any thoughts given to Headshrinker Fatu? Lastly, on a related note - anything you can share regarding attempts at getting Headshrinker Samu (or Barbarian) under contract for obvious reasons? Thanks Steve!

Also are BAF JR arms the same as Triple H or Paul Heyman? JR has a navy blue suit, so no, they are not the same. It's not navy. Corporate Kane is navy but JR is a charcoal/dark gray.

Awesome job MattelDesignTeam! Cannot wait for so many of these figures! As a legends/flashbacks only collector, my excitement for some of these recent reveals and conventions has been tepid. That isn't because the figures have been poor but because there's been a small number of figures (sometimes figure - as in singular) that I've been excited for. This is a personal preference and has a lot to do with the fact that I only collect figures from WWF roughly 1987 through around 2000. Alot also has to do with the great job Mattel has done with the WWE line and making my collection more complete than anything I could've ever imagined. With that said, the recent reveal has me excited for several figures for the first time in a while. In no particular order: the Rudes, Valentines, 'lizaBET, Razor, Mark Henry, Chyna/HHH 2-Pack, and to a lesser extent Weasel, Orndorff. Not to mention the friggin HULKSTER. I can't wait for the additional looks of Hogan like Hulk Rules, Python Power, Hulkster Rules but even as a WWF only collector, nWo Hollywood is LONG overdue and I'll be picking this one up for sure.

JP thank you my man. So the ankle joint just comes out by boiling? I thought those were literally integrated into the boot? If so, that’s what I’d like to do, buying another booker for the design would be a hassle. I can't say for certain that it's the same on every figure, but I have done it in the past with other figures. It is very fiddly though, so you will need to set a good hour aside to do it. Even though I'm not the person who asked the question, I appreciate this info. I've got a Yokozuna foot in the same position but am guessing I'm out of luck because an elite barefoot isn't easy to come by? Any thoughts on how I might be able to fix my one Yoko foot?

Most of the suit BaF parts are the same. I know the arms are all similar, as are the chest pieces, the difference being a tie vs. a bow. Legs are different in height but Fink and Ricardo have the shorter legs. Blazer torso can also vary between the bigger mold (Heyman, Bearer, Monsoon) or the thinner one, Fink uses the latter. Thank you sir!

Miss. Way too many poor character/attire choices (that could’ve just been elites) and/or poor execution (HBK heads, Lesnar heads, Becky heads). I love the Warrior and Bret personally and own the Bret, Triple H, and HBK figures but had much greater hopes for the line.

Is the torso on Ricardo Rodriguez the same one used for BAF Finkel? If not what’s the difference? I’m guessing the arms and legs might be different but if anyone knows the difference there, I’d appreciate this info also. Also what other suited Mattelfigures with bow ties exist? Is it just Fink and Ricardo (excluding Danny Davis)? Appreciate any helpful responses!
EDIT: also is JR BAF Gray arms Same color as Paul Heyman or triple H?

Blassie is incredible! Fantastic figure! Rude is a bit disappointing after seeing the render. I think maybe the way he’s posed? Kinda looks like a case of E43 Anvil gorilla arms. Still buying it though as this style Rude headscan is long overdue.

Is there anyone who has any suggestions or ideas for using new hands with the thinner pegs in older figures with the larger wholes? Thought about using blue-tac type of substance but don’t want to get it stuck in the wholes? Probably no good solution but figured I’d ask and put it out here. Thanks.

Steve - appreciate your ongoing attention and responses to this thread. Quick question - likelihood of getting an new attire 1-2-3 Kid perhaps circa 1994 or 1995 : Would prefer his blue look from Oct 95 IYH (Great White North) instead of purple but here's an idea:

I like the smackdown live with Jinder ring. Ropes are a little low but no big deal. Don't know about adding a cage to it though. Most rings that come with cages are the smaller sized ones and wouldn't fit. Ok so this was the first disappointing reply. Nice enough to try and provide a legit response though.

It's going to either be somebody heavily sought after, or somebody not really sought after who gets a boost solely on account of scarcity. As it was in the beginning is now, and ever shall be, store exclusives without end. Amen.

I have to say I agree with you for the most part. The first set was a great choice with warrior and ronda. I only bought warrior cause it was the wcw version. But all the other choices could have just been regular elites. The price point is expensive for parents. But for adult collectors it would be great if they had better choices such as hogan, macho man etc. Triple h, john cena Becky, and nakamura all have tons of elites already. If this line fails its mattels fault for putting the wrong people in this line Collectors begged for hHh for a decade, they wanted a Bret jacket that could be posed; everything in this line except Nak (and i guess Brock because he’s not in pants) has been asked for by people on this board They were literally going to give y’all a Flair until something out of their hands happened, and they just did a Savage with a jacket last year and they’ll probably do another one sooner now because the retro spot got bumped forward due to Flair. I swear some of you can’t possibly be pleased, because I consider myself pretty hard to please and between WWE and AEW I thought Toy Fair was great "I swear some of you can't possibly be pleased... I thought Toy Fair was great." Please stop putting words into my mouth and adding more to what I've said than what's there. I thought Toy Fair was great too - I never even remotely implied anything else. My comments were strictly about how I feel the UE line continues to be mishandled. Not how the character choices were bad figures, but bad choices for the $30+ Ultimate Edition line. I own the Bret and wanted that Triple H too but you're telling me HHH or Brock or Shinsuke or Finn or Shawn or John or maybe even Ronda couldn't have been done as part of the regular elite line? Maybe not all but you get my point. And look at some of those heads - did I miss the overwhelming demand for multiple more Brock and Nakamura and Shawn headsculpts? I didn't say EVERY choice was poor but for what the Ultimate Edition line was branded as (and could've provided), ALOT of choices weren't great. Too many given the limited number of figures per series. I appreciate a good civil argument- if you successfully debate your take to the point that you've made me reconsider mine, job well done. Even if not, I love hearing alternate points of view, it's how people stay open-minded and grow. I genuinely love that and wish more people were capable of it, but when you start generalizing and stereotyping and creating imaginary subtext to my comments and adding negativity to me personally, that's where you lose me. If you're going to have that attitude and subject the debate or conversation to that level, leave my name out of it I don't appreciate being painted with the same brush as 'some of you can't possibly be pleased' when that's no where near accurate. I loved Toy Fair: AEW figures were great, Mattel figures were great. UE character choice and Becky head sculpts? Poor in my opinion after a run of questionable decisions surrounding that line, but Greg Valentine, Mania XI Razor, Chyna/HHH, return of Legends in general to name a few details? All great jobs and excellent news that I agree made Toy Fair 2020 fantastic.
