His match against Cena at Summerslam was the most dominate performance I have ever seen, that is my pick.

So I have personally been collecting Mattel Elites since day one. Over the course of time there were definitely some wrestlers who I thought for sure would get made into elites that didn't. Some of these guys ended up as basics, but we never got an elite. Are there any superstars out there who you wished ended up with an elite that didn't?
My List:
Great Khali Beth Phoenix Michael Tarver (would have been a sweet elite figure with his mask) Hurricane Helms Mike Knox Mason Ryan Curt Hawkins
What about you guys?

I have no reason to believe that Hogan wouldnt. He dominated the 80s in the "larger then life" era and once wrestling changed he adapted to it and changed with it. If a 6'8'' Braun Strowman can get over these days, who's to say a 6'7'' Hulk Hogan couldnt? Especially if you've seen his work in NJPW. #truth! I would think Hogan would succeed well in any era. He is so over the top that he'd be able to make his character work no matter what era you set him in.

Couple quick thoughts... I'm okay with Jinder not getting his rematch. Give AJ a lengthy run. Keep Jinder in the upper mid-card and maybe revisit him as Champion in another year or so. I still say let him win the US title instead. Also Triple H will be able to judge where Jinder stands in the ring. If he can go, Triple H will know it. If not, Jinder's time on top could be almost over. This could be make or break for Jinder. Triple H vs Jinder actually sounds promising. Most accurate post I've ever read on this forum

When most of those guys were in NXT, we didn't have a few years of lackluster call-ups souring our outlook on main roster transitions. It's hard to ask talent to stay down in NXT when most of them are making significantly less money when they're down there (with few exceptions.) Ultimately, the goal is always a main roster contract with main roster payday and bonuses. As far as which product I enjoy more, I think weekly NXT has taken a pretty dramatic dip in the last year and a half or so. I'm not as into most of the talent as I was in the "heyday" (2015), but it's still a logically sound, well-booked product. Now, as far as special events go, I think NXT blows WWE out of the water. Takeover is consistently a better product than its main roster Pay-Per-View counterpart. I think the two best Takeovers this year (Chicago & Brooklyn III) have been better than every main roster PPV this year. That's really the big thing to me. NXT has it's PPVs booked properly. They matches they set up are slow built, and they mean something. I'm an Adam Cole mark, so I have loved all of the Undisputed Era stuff, but I agree since Shinsuke came up the week to week has been -as- good. Now, that being said, the build up for War Games = Gold, pure gold.

They’re doing a BOGO for $1 today on t-shirts and was gonna order two, but thought that maybe their Black Friday sale would be a better deal? Anyone remember their Black Friday sale from last year? Not sure, but I'd wait for black Friday, they'll probably have free shipping too. I would definitely wait for Black Friday / Cyber Monday.

I always felt like the TLC match from Raw (02 maybe?) where Kane and Hurricane were a team was an amazing match. I feel like that match doesn't get enough love.

I agree with everyone saying Zayn should turn on KO. It would be a nice change of pace for Owens to go face, as he’s running out of baby faces to fight. Heel Zayn is the most entertaining Sami has been since 2014. This is the first time since his NXT title win that I (and the majority of other fans too it seems) have been invested in Sami Zayn. This is also the first time he’s been a heel in WWE, so he has a lot of fresh opponents to face (AJ, Cena, Ambrose, Rollins, a Nakamura rematch, etc.) without being backed into a face vs face situation. I also have a feeling that Zayn and Orton would have great chemistry together in a big match situation, in the same way Christian and Orton did in 2011 (As long as both are invested in the match). They need to keep the Zayn/Owens team going as long as it can though, as those two are fantastic together as a unit. I’d wait a year minimum before even teasing a break up between the two. Have them go after the SD Tag titles, maybe even have them help each other win singles titles or feuds. They have a unique dynamic right now where they’re on an even playing field, neither seeming like the other is holding them back. Their real life friendship helps their on screen friendship too. Nothing feels forced or fake, it all comes across as organic. As long as Vince and the writing team don’t this one up, I’m really excited to see where this thing goes. Agreed! I was thinking something along these lines. Great Minds

So, with hearing about Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn being unhappy in WWE lately, I was thinking about how amazing it was when they were both in NXT. Then I watched the preview for NXT, Secret to Sensation on the network and I made me realize how much more I like NXT, and have consistently like the NXT product, better than the WWE product for the last few years. Do you guys think guys like Balor, Owens, Roode etc wish they could have stayed in NXT ? How do you guys feel about NXT vs WWE in terms of which product you like better?

I just feel like . . . RAW was so concerned with having a champion after the brand extension that they just HAD to create a title exclusively for the brand. The title has been around for like two years and it's barely on TV. feel like they should just have the WWE champion float between the two brands.

I remember back to the days of Elite 17, 18, and 19, where you had to be sitting at your computer, credit card in hand, ready to purchase whatever you were looking for. That eventually stopped, and pre-orders were almost never nessesary. But as of Elite 54, Elite 55, and ESPECIALLY Elite 56, its seeming necessary again. Elite 56 is on "pre-order 3" after being up for pre-order for just over a week. What's up with this? Are less figures being produced or are more people buying these figures? I feel like it has a lot to do with the holidays coming up . . .but also because lately we have had a lot of much needed updated figures and FTIL too./

I feel like WWE has really got to smarten up and recognize that they are not the only game in town anymore. Whereas NJPW and ROH aren't ever going to outdo WWE in terms of being #1 profit wise in the world, those two companies along with independent wrestling can take away WWE's audience. Losing Aries & Neville might not seem big, but its just the first pull at a seam that could easily give way at any moment. PS: anyone reading dirt sheets will tell you that KO and Sami Zayn have been reportedly unhappy in WWE of late . . . Just image ROH with KO , Zayn, Aries , Neville, Bryan etc . . Not saying KO and Sami are quitting . . . but imagine if WWE made them angry enough and they did . . .

My top favourite figures right now are Elite 35 Luke Harper and the Walgreen's DX It's such a simple figure yet captures Harper's creepy/scary look perfectly. It's fun to pose around especially in the dark with little light The Walgreen's DX come from when i started watching wrestling so this version of DX will always be my favourite, always liked the attires they wore in 2006 so these figures almost represent that time perfectly, posing them against the McMahon's or Rated RKO is always fun and brings back memories. (Only i wish they used a better head for HBK and a more accurate one for HHH with just the stache) Edit: The E1 & E16 Punk are two more favourites but couldn't be bothered getting them out for pics. That Harper is definitely one of my all time favorites!

To those having trouble finding the listing, it has been found in Pacoima, California by the1md. Here are the photos that they included: Hope this helps! Good Lord . . . easily the best Mattel figure of all time!

I'm not so bothered about the attire, but I'd like one with longer hair and the WWE title. This! ...Plus maybe a non giraffe neck?
