-Samoa Joe is in the ring as the show comes on the air. Joe is making a mess of the ringside area, throwing chairs around and harassing the ringside staff. Joe has a microphone. He DEMANDS CM Punk get out here and bring his IWF World Heavyweight Title with him. Joe says he's taken out all of the obstacles in his path, he defeated Edge's Mystery Man last night, and now, Punk has NOBODY left to hide behind. AJ Styles shows up instead, interrupting Joe. Joe looks confused. He tells Styles this doesn't involve him, but AJ insists, asking Joe to hear him out. AJ says he wants his shot at the Main Event too, last night was just the taste that he needed to get him motivated to that next level. AJ says he KNOWS he can beat Punk when it's one on one, not some Triple Threat Match like last night at the PPV. AJ proposes that he and Joe step into the ring tonight to see who the better man is. The winner? He can lay claim to a title shot at Punk's World Heavyweight Championship. Joe tells AJ to lace his boots up extra tight tonight because he's going to be in for a fight. AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe is made for tonight with the winner getting a title shot in the near future!
1. Mr. Kennedy D. Paul Burchill (w/Katie Lea)
-Kennedy and Burchill had been teaming together for months with the intent on destroying Tag Team wrestling in the IWF, since it seems to be a major point of fan interest. Fan interest and Mr. Kennedy do not sit well. Kennedy set out to destroy tradition and everything the fans of the IWF love. Why? Because he can. He had sought out frustrated submission expert Paul Burchill to aid him in his quest, but the duo hit a brick wall when they met up with The Dudley Boyz, one of the greatest tag teams in IWF history. The Dudleyz and Kennedy/Burchill clashed a number of times before finally ending things in a Steel Cage Match last week on Apex, which saw The Dudleyz victorious. One of the stipulations of the match stated that the losing team would have to break up forever. Kennedy and Burchill embraced after the match, but Kennedy laid Burchill out with The Mic Check immediately after, showing no remorse for his former partner. After Kennedy dominated this matchup and scored the victory with The Mic Check, Kennedy retrieves a steel chair. He BLASTS Burchill with it, putting a giant dent in the weapon! Katie Lea comes in to check on her unconscious brother. Mr. Kennedy eyes her, a sick, sadistic smile spreading across his face. Kennedy spins Katie Lea around, and he HITS HER IN THE HEAD WITH THE STEEL CHAIR! OH MY GOD! Kennedy has shocked the world! A chaotic scene develops as EMT's rush out to tend to Burchill and Katie Lea. Kennedy has a faraway look in his eyes. Officials and security pour out. OH...MY...GOD.
-The new IWF North American Champion Chris Jericho is welcomed to the ring by Joey Styles for a one on one interview. Jericho is all smiles. His dream is ALMOST complete. He's added yet another accolade to his long list of IWF accomplishments. But he still doesn't have what he wants. No. Jericho wanted to be North American Champion, sure, but he wanted the title by defeating Shawn Michaels, the man who retired as Champion; the man that Jericho forced into retirement with a brutal beat down. A few weeks ago, Shawn Michaels made an appearance and he passed the torch to Jeff Hardy, calling Jeff the future of the business and personally strapping the IWF North American title around Jeff's waist. Chris Jericho WANTS that moment for himself. It was meant for him, damnit, not Jeff Hardy! Jericho's entire career, he's been trying to gain the favor of Shawn Michaels, and Jeff Hardy sneaks in and steals HIS title and HIS moment? Where's Jeff Hardy now? Jeff's in a hospital somewhere with his insides all busted to hell. Jericho fails to point out that Jack Swagger caused the damage last night to Jeff, not himself. Chris Jericho says that next week, by hook or by crook, Shawn Michaels WILL be here on Apex, and he WILL pass the torch and personally strap the North American title belt around Y2J's waist! Jack Swagger interrupts Jericho and he looks like he's all business. Swagger points out that it was HE that destroyed Jeff Hardy with a series of Gutwrench Powerbombs. Jericho puts Swagger over for doing so, then asks why Swagger is out here. Swagger says it's simple. He took out Jeff Hardy, the man that took months off of his career, and now, he wants what EVERYBODY wants...he wants a title shot! Jericho says Swagger hasn't done anything to earn a title shot, hell, he's been on the injured reserve list for months. Swagger tells Jericho he's right...but he thinks he has something that might change Jericho's mind. Swagger boots Jericho in the stomach and then plants him with The Gutwrench Powerbomb! Swagger gets back on the stick. On Slaughterhouse this Wednesday night, Swagger is making an open challenge...he wants some REAL competition so he can prove to Jericho that he's worthy of a title shot!
2. The Briscoe Brothers (w/Jim Cornette) D. Beer Money
-IWF World Champion CM Punk is seen arriving into the building with Serena and Luke Gallows at his side. We cut to Edge as he exits the IWF Triad Of Power office. Edge is all smiles. He sees the camera and says he's glad to see the camera back here because he's got big news. See, he just spoke with Paul Heyman, Eric Bischoff, and Vince McMahon, the IWF Triad Of Power, and he pointed out that not only did he defeat CM Punk last week in a non title matchup, but Charlie Haas's right hand that knocked him out before his match last night might have had something to do with Edge not becoming Champion just 24 hours ago. Edge says tonight, that ingrate Charlie Haas won't be able to become involved. It's Edge vs. CM Punk tonight for the IWF World Heavyweight Title, one on one!
3. Triple H D. Desmond Wolfe (w/Maryse) by DQ
-Triple H had his ribs taped up, selling an injury that he suffered at the hands of Rhyno and Arn Anderson a couple of weeks ago. Triple H looks to be cruising to victory in this match, setting Desmond Wolf up for the Pedigree after a hard fought match. However, Arn Anderson shows up at ringside, distracting Triple H. Triple H goes after Arn, but Rhyno comes from the crowd and DRILLS Triple H with a Gore to his injured ribs! Desmond Wolfe and Rhyno double team Triple H! Arn Anderson barks orders! Wolfe and Maryse stare down Arn Anderson and Rhyno after the match. Is there some sort of alliance here?
-Joey Styles welcomes to the ring his guest at this time, IWF Legend Bret "The Hitman" Hart. Bret emerges to a very respectful standing ovation. Last night, Bret and Randy Orton joined forces, something Bret himself thought would never happen. But the two of them, they had to join to battle a pair of young guys who's attitudes were very dangerous. Legacy, Ted Dibiase Jr. and Cody Rhodes, are a couple of punks that want to make their name by taking out established IWF veterans like himself, and Randy Orton, yeah, Bret says Orton fits right in with the rest of the IWF greats now. Orton is a former World Heavyweight Champion himself. Bret says now, he's convinced that Orton is indeed the next generation of this business. So, Bret wants to give Orton what he's wanted for months...Bret Hart says in August at SummerSlam, he WILL step into the ring with Randy Orton ONE FINAL TIME. Bret says his match with Randy Orton at SummerSlam will be his LAST match of his career! Bret says that every week until SummerSlam, every Monday Night on Apex, Bret will compete against a different IWF Superstar that the fans choose. Bret calls this his "Retirement Tour"!
4. Kane D. Hernandez
-Sheamus attacks Kane after the match with a lead pipe, beating the hell out of him. Sheamus busts Kane wide open, trying to gain some revenge for the loss he suffered at the hands of Kane last night at Let Freedom Ring. The lights go out...the bell tolls..and the newly returned Undertaker emerges! Sheamus isn't backing up an inch though! Sheamus stands his ground, begging the intimidating Undertaker to get into the ring and fight him. Taker tells Sheamus that next week, he will have to account for his actions..next week, it will be Sheamus's judgment day, because he will meet Sheamus in a NO DQ match! Sheamus laughs and tells The Undertaker he's already beaten and buried him once, he knows he can do it again. A bloody Kane sits up! Sheamus doesn't see him, focusing instead on Taker. Kane spins Sheamus around and plants him with a huge Chokeslam! The Undertaker and Kane eye each other from the aisle and ring respectively. Taker turns and leaves.
-The new IWF Television Champion Rob Van Dam is Joey Styles guest in the ring. RVD is amazed that he's Television Champion again. His last reign began in May of 2000 and lasted until May of 2001, an entire year. RVD says he is here, TEN YEARS LATER, and he says he's set for another year long title reign! The former Champion The Miz interupts. The Miz is in his ring gear. He calls RVD's win last night unfair. Miz says he was totally unprepared for RVD, although it was Miz that made the open challenge. Miz calls RVD's win a fluke and then says he wants his rematch, and he wants it RIGHT NOW. RVD tells Miz to get in the ring and let's do this!

Cena finally gets something out, telling everybody to shut their god damn mouths because the Champ is here and he's got something to say. Cena says he's ALL business right now. He's PISSED off that The Rock RUINED his plans, his attempt at getting into the history books last night with The Rock's name next to his as Tag Team Champions. Cena says The Rock is JEALOUS of Cena and he doesn't want Cena to pass him as the greatest IWF Superstar of all time. The Rock joins us LIVE via satellite from the set of a movie that he's filming. The Rock says Cena has a weird obsession with him. John Cena has been obsessed since last fall with outdoing The Rock. All of The Rock's accolades and accomplishments, Cena has made it his lifes work to OUTDO all of them and to totally erase The Rock from the record and history books. Cena asks The Rock to face him ONE LAST TIME at SummerSlam, and Cena promises, the obsession will end. Cena says he know the obsession will end then because he KNOWS he will beat The Rock and then, he will FINALLY become the greatest ever. Rock thinks about it for a second. He tells Cena to get a life and to stay out of his. The Rock says he's not wasting anymore time on John Cena and he's certainly not stepping into the ring with John Cena, because quite frankly, The Rock knows he can whoops Cena's ass again, just like he did this past April at WrestleMania XV. Rock says he's got nothing left to prove. Rock turns his camera off. Cena is left gawking at the snowy video screen that once displayed The Rock's image on it. Nana cannot believe the filthy, god forsaken place that America seems to be. Nana says the only thing he has to look forward to now is his arrival in the International Wrestling Federation. He has more then enough money to buy the IWF and run it as he pleases, but that would be no fun, no no.
