What 5 characters from fiction, any type of fiction are your favorite?
Mine?
5. Chandler Bing 4. Ricky, of sweet and power chicken fame 3. Hank Kingsley 2. Kenny Powers 1. Carl Brutananadilewsk
I would've listed Sunday Jeff, but as I'm sure you all know, "He is above us".... Also, not fictional!

Lets hope somewhere we see: - Flashback Goldust- Luna Vachon - Dude Love - Mick Foley - Flashback Randy Orton - Lita - Dusty Rhodes - Gobbledy Gooker - Flashback Kane (Reverse colours) - King Mabel All of those MATTEL would ace! Flashback Goldust? 'the heck is a Flashback Goldust? Are you talking about "Dusty-Dust"? Or a Dustin Rhodes? They're not going to do the S&M TAFKAG, and there's not a difference between the outfits he wore in '95-'98, '98-'99, '02-'03, '05-'06, '08-'12, and now. Him and Marty... lol, WOW

Ok, so we get Rocky F****** Maivia but no Magnum TA!?! I love you MDT, but WTF! I want Magnum as much as the next guy (been clamoring since Jakks), but I'm not sure that's a fair comparison. Either way, i hope they figure out a way to give him to us before his deal ends. Also, I was one of the few people who liked Rocky during this time, so I'll be getting it. Still need an attitude era one too (wish I could find the DM one cheap) then I'll be done buying his figures forever. I loved his theme song back then. It was on WWF The Music Volume 2.

If they did spend a couple of extra years on a game rather than putting the same old crap out each year, I'd give them more of a shot. Look at Rockstar Games, they spend five years creating each of their games and the quality of each one shows it. If Yukes were to do the same, maybe we'd see a major improvement instead of a minor one. The problem is that WWE wants a yearly product. It's not up to 2K and Visual Concepts how often they release games. Plus, as the whole Foley ordeal has taught us, the boy's biggest paycheck sans Wrestlemania comes from the games. After THQ went bankrupt, nobody got paid for being in the game and WWE didn't step up and pay the people who were in the game.

I was looking to check up on a thread I started this past week and can't seem to find it... Am I to believe that a thread about Napster was deleted? Please please please tell me that people started fighting in the thread and that it wasn't deleted because of the whole P2P discussion. I mean, Napster isn't even around anymore!
So uh... could someone please tell me why my thread about a 15 year old, defunct, DEAD computer program was deleted? Like, someone had to have started talking about porn or started being racist or something, because there's... I can't fathom someone seeing people talking about Napster and being like "Oh man, I can't let this go on, Napster is illegal!", because it's not. Napster became a legit music service, then was bought out.
but please, don't mistake this as me being angry about the thread being taken down, on the contrary, I'm cracking up over the thought of someone going Nazi on a thread about Napster, because that image is HILARIOUS! lol....
So was it taken down because of fighting/porn/ect or was it taken down because...lol, we were talking about Napster?

There's a guy on the roster now who was convinced my roommate was Sid's son. From the guy's first day in town for training we had this charade going. Honestly, I'm not even sure he was ever smartened up to the fact that he wasn't Sid's kid.

I think they should just hire the 4 dudes who made King of Colosseum, lock 'em in a room for a year, and see what they can do.

'the hell is an AE figure? I also wondered this and the only logical thing I could think of was attitude era. And I'm not quite sure I'd classify that as an attitude era figure Yeah, Survivor Series '96 is in no way shape or form the Attitude Era... That's like buying a Doink and saying I only got it because I collect TD* figures. *Territory Days

Once again, congrats on the 10 Years! I'm only a year away from that milestone myself. Can't wait to flaunt that 10 Year title. When I thought about memories in the Wrestling Video Game section, first thing that popped in my head is how about 25% of my Summer in 2012 was dedicated to talking about Billy Gunn's Mr. Ass trunks. #goodtimesintheWWE13thread That brought back memories of the winter of ought-nine, when my buddy Terry and I spent a week perfecting the look of our Mr Ass trunks. OTE, I don't think we've ever interacted or anything, but every time I see your name on a post or a thread, Owen pops into my mind. That's a good thing! Congrats on 10 years, and can someone get this guy his watch?! Wait, what? A banner? I thought we got watches! Well if all we get are banners, where the hell did I get this watch?

Sunday Jeff be Flutterin' too!
My little brother went to the doctor and got a sleep apnea machine last year and he claims it's changed his life. With the weight loss and family history, it wouldn't be a bad idea to start getting regular check ups in regards to your cardio health.

Could you imagine an X-Men The Animated Series type opening with all the faces and heels running toward each other?
Great idea, great thread!

We'd likely get a classic WWF setup before we get any WCW or ECW stuff. I'd love a WCW Monday Nitro entrance stage so long as we get a ring with it. To me that's the greatest era in WCW. There were like, I dunno 4 or 5 different Nitro entrance set-ups... Nitro was on for about 6 years, WCW was around maybe 12 or 13 years. Which era/entrance stage are you talking about?

What's the Chinese New Year's deal? Did Pawder say that was the reason for the TTL arms or whatever? Or was is some inside joke I wasn't privy too?

I saw someone I grew up with on one of those sites a few years ago. I hit her up, something along the lines of "I won't tell anyone if you won't!" We ended up hanging out a few times, nothing really happened. We still hang out when we both happen to be back home though.

When the X-men were reunited after X-Tinction Agenda & the Muir island saga? EVERYTHING became great. New Mutants turning into X-force and becoming a strike team? GOLD. Cannonball,Boom Boom,Sunspot,Rictor of the original crew finally grew up and the new additions in Warpath,Feral,Siryn & Shatterstar were awesome. X-Factor II and the use of Sinister in that title was also amazing. Havok, Polaris, Multiple Man, Rahne & Strong Guy were awesome as a team. The later additions of Quicksilver and the specialist in Random were great too. Then you had all the X men back under the same roof....aside from Nightcrawler,Kitty & Dazzler(pity she had became quite a character) and with the return of Magneto his "death" and 2nd return with the teases etc?f*cking awesome. I would have kept Forge & Banshee active though. Banshee on Team Gold and Forge on Blue. Also the revival and reintroduction of Emma Frost as a heroic character was INSPIRED IMO. Phalanx Covenant remains a seminal favourite because of that and the use of Creed. then you had ol Creed himself.....slowly recovering from the injury Logan inflicted on him just before the crystal wave hit and the hints that he and Remy went way back......the revelation that Gambit was the opne that let the Mauraders into the tunnels rocked my socks. Even the retconning to explain the massacre because of Dark Beasts presence was great. Also giving Sugar man some credit was amazing too(Mutate Process on Genosha) but best of all was how terrified they were of 616 Sinister discovering them.....and he knew they were out there because of the traces of his work he found in the Morlocks and Mutates ah here I could go on all day Did you ever check out Claremont's X-Men Forever?

Ah love it love it love it. Trying to build a complete run of UXM from the Giant Size issue #1, to mid-90s. Love the 90s X-Men so much, the costumes, the art, the characters and the storylines. Got Uncanny 270-310, and X-Men 1-30 to read. This summer's gonna be a big binge on X-Men goodies, seriously can't wait. And to cap it off, I'm going to make a custom Jim Lee Cyclops Marvel Legends figure, it'll be this summer's big project. Can't wait till the movie either. I'm with you. Nothing, ever touches Jim Lee's X-Men run IMO. The art style is the best, the costumes were all the best costumes that each character ever wore (in Wolverine's case, he wore both of the best costumes he ever wore). And of course it spawned the awesome tv series and capcom games. Jim Lee saved the X-Men series. They were a complete mess for a long time until he took over. I will say that Dave Cockrums story's were probably better though. If you've never read the 4 shot Nightcrawler mini-series that he did, you should. It's one of the best things ever (I bought the original issues on ebay a few years ago). Are you saying that Claremont's story telling was a complete mess or that Marc Silvestri was a complete mess? I read a lot of comics, my current reads - Extinction Parade Empire of the Dead The Walking Dead Avengers Captain America Iron Man Jupiter's Legacy I have a load of graphic novels and collected novels, too. Is Extinction Parade any good? I read the first issue and was "meh" about it. But if it's cool enough I might go ahead and read it... What issue are they on?

Marvel All New X-Men All New X-Factor Amazing X-Men Uncanny X-Men X-Men Magneto Nightcrawler Daredevil Deadpool Hawkeye New Avengers - My favorite at the moment Avengers Thor God of Thunder Black Widow - Noto is my favorite artist ever. Especially when he colors himself. Punisher Thunderbolts Superior Spider-Man - I'm gonna wait for the trade on the ASM reboot though Superior Foes of Spider-Man Uncanny Avengers Invaders Moonknight Empire of the Dead Kick-Ass 3 Dexter Down Under
DC Animal Man - It's over, but it was such a great book - Ditto for the new 52 Justice League International Batman Detective Comics Justice League Just League of America - Or United...whatever Batgirl Nightwing - I'll be reading Grayson as well Flash - I haven't read since issue 12, but I'll be catching up sometime Earth 2 Injustice Gods Among Us The Wake
Other The Walking Dead Revival Saga TMNT Tomb Raider Afterlife With Archie
I'm such a Marvel slut... I'm obviously reading a lot these days, but I don't watch tv, so I've got plenty of entrainment time to fill. My highest recommendation is by and far Y - The Last Man. I have a certain lack of respect for the type of person who would rather spend their time watching a Pawn Stars rerun as opposed to read Y. I've forced that book on to at least 10 people at this point and they've all thanked me a million times over for showing them how empty their lives were lol...
So do I win? Can I expect my No Prize in the mail soon?
