Dude, I just wanna thank you and your helpers for re-uploading everything. I know myself and a lot of other people really appreciate the work.

It's disheartening to think that someone has been a member of this forum for over 3 years, yet never ran into Tommy's work. Who ever decided to kill the Custom board by putting the "fix up" thread in the Mattel section, CONGRATULATIONS. You succeeded in making sure new fans don't come across Hasbro customs. Be proud! You guys won!
I think it's funny that you, The PREMIERE Hasbro guy had to make sure that we knew that you yourself didn't buy one of these, but were rather GIFTED the figure. Once more, I think that the first person to respond is under the impression you "jumped on the bandwagon" with these MATTEL retros and only made the arena because of them!
Anyways, since I'm too lazy to look at your archive, which Hasbro body do you prefer for Austin?

Reversal Styles are something I've wanted in this series forever. Day of Reckoning had them, and Firepro still has them. Another good point. To be fair, 2K does have a sort of "Reversal Style" system, it's just that there's only 3 or 4 styles. Where as, something like King of Colosseum 2 had like 100. 2K also has some crazy, wrestler specific reversals. Although, they're only applicable in weirdly specific way. Like, The Rock can reverse a top rope Spanish Fly (because, we've all seen how many times Rock has came across that move!) into an avalanche Rock Bottom. HHH can reverse some crazy, junior esque top rope move into a Pedigree. Honestly, I don't think that anyone who's in charge of moves/reversals at 2K has ever watched a match in their life. I think that they played the video games, but considering the choices they've made... whoever is in charge of that is just not good at their job.

Haven't watched the game play video yet. Anyone know if they've fixed reversals? Like, is Zack Ryder still going to counter HHH's Pedigree with a fireman's carry take down, or is Sin Cara going to counter a Nakamura forearm shot with a single arm DDT? Really, outside of the stupid move set choices and "never done ever" reversals, I found 2K17 to actually be enjoyable (if you edit the move sets). Really hoping 2K18 follows that path, but with real move sets. I think we should get an option on create a moveset where we can pick what reversals we give a wrestler. I mean, that would take care of 90% of my gripes right there. Great suggestion.

Oh, haha. Didn't mean to make it seem like I was coming down on Tyson. For sure, a great look for a (early to mid 00's) pro wrestler, and a great looking figure.
I stand by my Tomko/Jack O' Lantern comparison though! In the way that they're both (or were) 3rd-4th tier guys to pick up. Because the only people buying 3rd/4th string figures are either little kids who don't know any better, or hardcore, dedicated collectors.

I still have my Ruthless Aggression 2002-2008 collection displayed on my shelf. The funny thing about my collection is that I have figures of Matt Striker, Shannon Moore, Jimmy Wang Yang, Funaki there but I dont have HHH or the Undertaker. Some must-haves IMO are John Cena Batista Edge Rey Mysterio Jr Eddy Guerrero Chris Benoit Booker T Rob Van Dam Shawn Michaels Goldberg Ultimo Dragon Stone Cold in T-shirt and jeans Kurt Angle Randy Orton Tyson TomkoIt really is an awesome figure, I got mine in the Taboo Tuesday 2 pack with Rob Conway. That being said, I look at Tyson Tomko as an example of how out of control I was 03-08 when it came to buying figures. Because in all honesty, Tyson freaking Tomko? I use the phrase "Tyson Tomko" to describe things that I don't necessarily need to buy. For instance, just the other day a friend of mine was going to pick up a Jack O' Lantern Marvel Legends figure. This friend isn't particularly into Spider-Man, nor was he buying the whole line to build a figure. I said, "Do you really want to pick up a Tyson Tomko?" and he put it back. Fast forward 20 minutes, and we run into the whole Netflix Marvel Legends line and he happily picked up that Castle figure instead. This is why I still can't bring myself to buy a Ryback and/or Brodus Clay figure.

You can reset everything by turning the game off while saving. I learned this the hard way, thus deleting a good 2-3 years of work. But yeah, reset everything, hit the CAW cheat (it's like ALL WRESTLERS CLEAR as the caw name) and you should be set up.

You just gotta love the fact that the video's name mentions Stephanie. Sorta like the way Steph "invented" good Women's wrestling and was best friends with Connor and his family, even though it was Cody and Danielson who got the whole thing started. It's also like how HHH was the guy to present that Sami Zayn fan with a title, even though the guy was a SAMI ZAYN fan.
All that aside, it's awesome that Mattel does this sort of thing.

If Sid friggin MAIN EVENTED Wrestlemania 8, then he counts. HBK (character debuts in 1991) counts. Diesel (May 93?) counts.
Also, this "Attitude Era" starts in November 1996. Not November 1997 or the night after Wrestlemania 14 or whatever.

Very disappointed, as I thought this was going to be about my motorcycle (I don't ride) gang, "The Four Colored Demons". The first (and only!) motorcycle gang for comic book nerds.
However, who can stay upset when there's a cool Finn custom to see?
Do you have plans to commission any of Prince Devitt's NJPW attires?

Great idea man. Looking forward to the finished product.
Is this your first time making accessories for your figs?
Also, will you be making custom EDDIE MONEY tickets for the guys?

Are we all positive that there wasn't a cage put out for the Hasbro ring? Not a UK exclusive or anything like that? Or, am I suffering from the Mandela Effect on this?

Nice finds. I have a feeling that that Kane figure is going to be highly sought after in a few years.

New body molds, new titles, new people, new lines, the new ring, new NXT guarrails... I understand the let down by not seeing the Hardy's, but, this was a great SDCC.
Truth be told, considering that Angle was shown, maybe not showing the Hardy's was a well thought out decision, as not to be overshadowed by everything else.
