My dad. One day, he sat me on the couch and I watched Smackdown with him. From that moment, I was hooked. Totally thought you were saying your significant other was your dad at first! xD

Yes. I am 19 and still don't have my license. I got over the fear by just practicing. Drive defensively! P.S. I havent tried to get my license yet because I'm not the best at parking yet

Yeah that guy is right pop is bad, fruit juice can be staggering in amounts of sugars and calories seriously. Here is what helped me, get a food journal and write down everything you eat. Stop guessing and actually measure it. If you want a handful of chips measure it and write down what you eat (this stunned the hell out of me when I did it). Awesome healthy snack is tuna fish (I have a can at my desk always incase I get hungry at work)1 can is 100 calories and 24g protein. Without working out at all you are maintaining your weight of 225lbs with 2456 cal/day (perhttp://caloriecontrol.org/healthy-weight-tool-kit/assessment-calculator/)so taking in fewer than that, either through diet or exercising burning calories or a combination of both you will lose weight. If possible I would recommend joining a gym, building muscle burns more calories than cardio (muscle as rest burns more calories than fat so the more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest)if you'd like I am more than happy to help you come up with a good starter routine. As for the man boobs, here is the bad news, you can not spot reduce fat, this is why people (kevin owens) can be pretty fit but have a gut. However chest exercises help build up the muscle under the fat which will help firm up your chest as you work towards the body that you want. While you are working on your food journal, also write down how you feel, all your thoughts because man this will get hard at times so stay positive, write down the little wins, like I did not eat the doritos today or I passed up free donuts at work. Don't let friends or anyone pressure you in to eating poorly, you know the body you want and you are going to work hard to get it. I've gone from 375lbs to 280. I know what you are going through bro, and if you ever want to talk let me know Would love help with a starter routine! Thanks for the info man

Anyone know how I should go about dieting? Never been on one and cant find one. Im about 5'11 and about 225. Big part of my weight is fat cause all I do is eat and game. what is your goal? any idea what your body fat percentage is? My goal is to lost these man boobs and lose da belly fat. Depression totally kicked my ass. I eat way too much and cant help it. I have no idea what my body fat percentage is.

Sounds like you already recognize part of the issue. Motivate yourself to slow down on the gaming and hit up even some light cardio in that time. Do it progressively - first 10 mins, then 15, and so on. Stairs at the gym is a great option as well. Once you are burning a steady amount of calories a day, consider how many fats and sugars are currently in your diet. I personally don't worry about my carb intake or outtake, other than making sure that I'm eating a steady amount of them daily. Unless we're talking hardcore training, I think you're in the same boat. So just focus on the fat amounts and sugars. If you're exceeding roughly 25 grams of sugar a day (you are), then you're going to be gaining weight unless you're doing serious activity. If you drink pop at all then you need to stop. Drink water and milk only. Even juice has unprecedented sugar levels. Yeah, I only drink water. I refuse to drink anything else tbh. I have that my fitness pal thing. How much fat should I try to stay under per day?

So, I didn't watch RAW last week. I regretted it.
I watched RAW this week. I regret not missing it.
Can someone even explain to me what WWE is even doing anymore? This is just pathetic. I love WWE and have been watching for 15+ years, but jeez.
I as well as a lot, thought WWE would get worse with Roman on top and I was right. The thing I wasn't right about, Roman being the whole reason. He is only part of the reason. I am in the minority and can't care less about the Roman/AJ feud. The reason being, Roman is just boring to me. His promos make me want to play hangman by myself. AJ's promos aren't good either. The match placement throughout the show was just so weird to me.
Here are my notes from this week's RAW: - AJ/Roman feud needs less Bloodline/Club crap. - Shining Stars have burnt out before they hit the ring. - Dana Brooke isn't ready for the main roster. - Poor Becky. - Stop the "We want Sasha" chants. - Dean Ambrose's character is so hit and miss to me. - Jericho's scarf is nice. - Someone please stop Golden Truth. - Love the team of Fandango and Breeze. THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED FaBreeze. - Usos really need a change of moveset and attire and everything. - Kalisto and Del Rio was boring. - Why did that contract signing close the show?
I'm just so dang upset with RAW and WWE, atm.

The title says it all.
I recently broke up with my ex back in January about two weeks after our one year together. She was just mentally unstable and it became way too much for ya boy to handle.
I met her through my brother who was dating her sister. Definitely was very weird at first and I can only imagine how many of you think I am wrong for that.
The girl before her, I met through school.
Happy sharing.

Yep, part time retail job. Take more classes and forget the part time job. The more you take the less time you have to focus on stuff that is irrelevant to school. I understand you may need the cash, but finishing school is the key to avoiding part time jobs. Forget the job? You mean the thing that's helping me pay for school?

im going to college currently. unfortunately, i can only take 2-4 classes a year. i work full time and have to take summers off. i run my dads business when he isn't available or when he takes vacations. its very hard for me and im paying college out of pocket also. id rather take my time than try to struggle to get done early. i only took 1 class so far this year I thought you were required more than that!

I went to community college for a little while too. I really only went to meet women. I met one and she tried to pin someone else's baby on me. Sounds like a nightmare!

I'll tell you what, I was in almost the same exact boat after my first semester. I went to Community College too at first, I recommend that to anyone not pursuing a trade/that isn't getting some kind of ridiculous offer from a four year school. Four classes, failed one, college algebra. I'll admit that I was lucky with my advisor, she was also my History professor and we'd become friends so when I was scheduling my next semester of classes I was able to go to her and say "Hey, I know that professors are only hired because they're experts in their field and no one is better than another; but with math I've always been terrible at it. Is there a professor that's better at helping students understand the core concepts?" She recommended a professor that taught College Algebra I and II in an eight week per class course, saying it may sound daunting taking what should take 32 weeks and getting it done in 16, but the course is there so people who aren't good at math can cram everything quickly as to not forget concepts and to help them get two core classes out of the way and not be behind if they fail the previous semester. Came out with an A in Algebra 1 and high C in Algebra 2, I'll freaking take that any day of the week. The rest is history. I've since graduated and I'm working towards a PhD in History, and I'm still receiving educational advisement from that history professor today even though she's no longer my instructor. None of this would have happened, however, had I not gone down to advisement and spoken to someone. Some advisers are more compassionate than others but I've noticed in my years that when dealing with thousands at Community College and tens of thousands at a major university most of the advisors will make sure you're set. I'll tell you this though, all advisors will tell you not to ****foot around and to take 4 classes a semester not 4 a year for your sanity, so you can get the Federal Pell Grant which EVERYONE under 25(?) is entitled to 10 of them, covering eight semesters (four years) then one extra year because not everyone passes every class and has to stay for an extra semester or two depending. You'll be fine. No clue what your major is, no clue what you failed and ultimately neither matter so long as you talk to an advisor. Passing the classes is your job, putting you in the best position to succeed and be able to move on is theirs. Thank you so much man. Words cant begin to express how much I appreciate this.

So, I just finished my first year in college. I took 4 classes in total and passed 3. I just feel so discouraged. All of my friends are taking 4 classes per semester and it makes me frustrated how they are all so far ahead of me already. I just feel like I'm going nowhere. Any tips or encouragement would be great. Feel free to share your college experiences too! You aren't going to get any better advise then what you got from bad guy™. I'm curious though, what do you do in your spare time? And do you have a job? What kept you from taking more classes? Yep, part time retail job.

You took 4 classes for a full year? Wow! I would talk to a guidance counselor immediately. I took 6 per quarter. College isn't for everyone. If you are serious about higher education, then you need to buckle down and talk to a counselor to try and get you back on track. Don't you have to have a certain amount of courses to be enrolled at the University? I go to community bro.
