so......a lot of talented guys held the IC title and used it as a platform to win the big one.....Savage,Warrior,Hart,HBK,Austin,Rock,HHH the list goes on.
bu theres plenty of super talented guys who didnt get there......Tito,Perfect,Steamboat,Rude,Hall......again-the list goes on.
so whos your pick?I found this decision tough-very tough.
but Im gonna go with Perfect here.I think he could have been a top heel guy for Vince during the New Gen era especially
so discuss........

Steamboat.
Really necessary for 3 threads?

In my eyes, it's Scott Hall.
The fact that EVERYBODY ended up winning a World Championship in WCW, but one of the most talented guys never got the big one has always bothered me. Hall could have easily been world champion in his career and I think it's a shame he'll never be remembered for any sort of big championship win - as he more than deserved it.

perfect. he was the best in the wwe from 88-90 imo its a pity his back injury sidelined him for a spell.....Lord knows where his push would have ended up.I would have loved a Perfect vs HBK feud in 96 for the World title

I have to say Owen, simply because I really felt he should have gotten the belt from Bret at Summerslam, or Survivor Series even, and have Bret take the belt back at Wrestlemania 11. It would have put Owen over even more of a heel than he was.

I'll go with Perfect too, an amazing talent
Although he did win the AWA title, but I understand that we're talking WWE or WCW titles

I think Hall. He was over pretty big in the E' and WCW.
But I would otherwise have to say Owen.

The British Bulldog IYAM. I was gonna say Perfect but he has been mentioned so my next pick would have to be Bulldog.
