Rick Rude... I would say he did win it wCw tbh. I'm going with Perfect. One of the greatest ever in my opinion. RIP Curt.

Mr. Perfect... And it's really not even close, in my eyes.

This right here. Perfect was the BEST WWE had in the early 90's IMO. But Rick Rude seems to get lost in the shuffle. That guy was great. He needs to be in the Hall of Fame soon too (can't believe he's not already), but that's another topic.

Mr. Perfect. I always thought he should have done a gimmick where he set up a tournament for the IC title while still having it saying he would face the Warrior at Royal Rumble for the Heavyweight belt and had no doubts he would win so he was going to put the IC title up for grabs. Easy way to get a new IC champ and make Perfect not take a loss. Perfect in turn gets the match at Royal Rumble instead of Slaughter and Royal Rumble unfolds like it did. Savage ceptor perfect plex new champion. Sets up Warrior Savage fued and allows Hogan Perfect Wrestlemania. Mr. Perfect could have made Hogan look like a god in that match, and at least giving us a few month title run for Mr. P instead of Sgt. great post.+1. I agree 100% here-Sarges Title reign had a purpose that it did fullfill in fairness but someone else needed to be in that spot.....

Mr. Perfect. He's one of my favorite wrestlers.

I'd also have to go for Mr. Perfect, I think he had the ability and charisma to be World Champion but I guess around the time when he was at his WWF peak, the World Title was for the bigger guys, in terms of size and popularity.
