14th December 2009The usual opening video airs, and was followed by Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler running down tonight’s card, which will be headlined by a tag team match featuring the WWE Championship John Cena & Kofi Kingston teaming against Sheamus & Carlito Vince McMahon kicks off the night to a large chorus of boos. Vince talks about how over the past few months his creation, Monday Night RAW, has been turned into a laughing stock at the hands of celebrities trying to plug their latest product. Vince then announces that it is all coming to an end and that he is scrapping the guest host format, and will be searching for a new permanent general manager. Vince goes on to state that until he has found the perfect general manager he will be taking control of Monday Night RAW. 1) Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes Defeated Montel Vontavious Porter & Mark Henry when Ted DiBiase pinned Mark Henry following the Dream Street.Eve, apparently pulling double duty as RAW interviewer, is backstage with Big Show. Eve asks him about losing the Unified Tag Team titles to Degeneration X. Big Show snarls back that he doesn’t care about any of that, and that his team with Chris Jericho is over and done because he was holding him back, and that from here on he will only be gunning for bigger and better things. Big Show continues on to state that if people think they’ve seen him at his most vicious, they’ve got a lot to learn. 2) Maryse Defeated Kelly Kelly following the French TKO. Post match, Maryse attempted to continue her assault on Kelly Kelly, but was run off by the Diva’s Champion Melina.Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes are shown backstage getting ready to leave when Eve attempts to get an interview with them, asking whether we will see Randy Orton tonight after DiBiase accidentally cost him his match last night against Kofi Kingston. Legacy share a knowing look, and Rhodes just states that they haven’t seen Randy Orton since WWE TLC. Legacy then just walk off. 3 – Royal Rumble Qualifying Match) Chris Masters Defeated Chavo Guerrero with the Masterlock.Backstage WWE Champion John Cena is heading to his locker room when out of nowhere he is attacked by Carlito. Carlito delivers a brutal beating, finishing off by throwing John Cena into a wall before nailing him with the WWE title belt when Cena gets to his feet. Carlito grins, tells Cena that he’ll see him in the main event, and walks off, leaving John Cena hurt on the floor. Vince McMahon is shown talking on his phone backstage in his office, pacing back and forth. Vince appears to be attempting to persuade an unknown person to consider the RAW general manager spot, telling them to put everything that has happened in the past and come into the office and talk. After a few seconds of back and forth talking Vince is hung up on, and looks angrily at the phone. 4) Big Show Defeated Evan Bourne following a Knockout Punch. Following the match Big Show continues his assault on Evan Bourne, eventually chokeslamming him in the middle of the ring. The new Unified Tag Team Champions Degeneration X hit the ring, holding a celebration ceremony in the ring, complete with streamers and giant cake. D-X make a load of jokes about being the tag team division, and then pretend to argue about who is the better champion, when out of nowhere both members of Degeneration X are attacked from behind by the Hart Dynasty. David Hart Smith eventually throws Shawn Michaels into the giant cake, and Tyson Kidd nails Triple H with the Code Blue. The Hart Dynasty hold up the tag titles before walking backstage as security check on D-X. 5) Sheamus & Carlito Defeated John Cena & Kofi Kingston when Carlito rolled Cena up and used the ring ropes for elevation.RAW ends with Carlito running up the ramp and pointing to his head in a ‘I got you manner’ as Cena stares at him angrily.

Really curious who the GM is, no initial ideas. Pretty good opening match, Legacy getting the win makes them look good but doesn't do favors for MVP/Henry. Show on his own is ok, but I'll miss Jericho on Raw. Wonder what you will do to get Show over. Glad Maryse beat Kelly Kelly. Thank you for letting Chris Masters get a win. Unsure about Carlito looking that good backstage. Feel like it could be Bischoff who is the GM. Squash win for Show although I feel like there was someone better to do the job like that than Bourne. Carlito winning the main event is meh but i will see where it goes. Good show, just unsure about this Carlito push without having done anything lately.

RAW- I would really like to know who the GM will be. I have a feeling that it will be Eric Bischoff. Legacy winning is fine, but Henry/MVP didn't really get anything out of that. i would have them get the win next week, to avoid any image losing. No more JeriShow? I might need a moment here. Mayrse winning is the right call, because...... it's Kelly Kelly. Legacy splitting? Hmmm. I hope you will use them right if they do. Masters winning is fine, as he is much better than Chavo. Carlito push I see, interesting. Only one man can make Vince hang up the phone mad, Eric Bischoff. Yes!Yes! Harts attack DX! Unless, DX buries them. . Evan jobs? again. Post match beatdown, I need a twix. Good main event, i wouldn't have had Carlito get the pin. it should have been Sheamus, Carlito vs. Cena at the Rumble maybe? meh. Good first Show, I'll wonder how this Carlito thing will go.

15th December 2009The usual opening video package kicks off the show, and is followed by Josh Matthews and Byron Saxton running down tonight’s show, which is headlined by ‘The Ripper’ attemping to win an ECW contract against The Hurricane. ECW kicks off with the ECW Champion Christian hitting the ring. Christian talks about how at WWE TLC he had one of the best matches of the night against Shelton Benjamin, and still came out on top. Christian goes on to say that he is clearly the top wrestler in ECW, but is quickly interrupted by Shelton Benjamin. Benjamin tells Christian that at WWE TLC they tore the house down, but that Christian only just got away with the ECW Championship. Shelton Benjamin states that he deserves a rematch, but Christian tells him he has to earn it. The two share a stare down as ECW cuts to commercial. 1) Yoshi Tatsu Defeated William Regal (W/ The Ruthless Roundtable) following a Roundhouse Kick after Regal was distracted by Ezekial Jackson & Vladamir Kozlov arguing at ringside. The ECW Champion Christian is shown backstage; talking to ECW’s general manager Tiffany, when out of nowhere Vance Archer just appears behind Christian. Nobody says anything for a minute, before Christian asks Archer what he wants. Archer lets out a little demonic laughter and points at the ECW Championship before walking off. Christian just stares at him as he leaves, and Tiffany eventually says “I told you he was intense.” 2 – Royal Rumble Qualifying Match) Zack Ryder (W/ Rosa Mendes) Defeated Tyler Reks with the Lifting DDT.Backstage all three members of the Ruthless Roundtable are arguing about what happened during William Regal’s match with Yoshi Tatsu. Ezekial Jackson refuses to apologize to Vladamir Kozlov, placing all the blame for Regal’s loss on Kozlov. The two almost come to blows when William Regal steps in, telling them to settle their problems in the ring. Jackson grins, and nods, telling Kozlov that he'll go propose the match to Tiffany, and that when they step in the ring together Kozliv is going to be taken out by a superior behemoth. Kozlov doesn’t say anything, and both Kozlov and Jackson walk off in opposite directions, leaving William Regal standing on his own. 3) ‘The Ripper’ (W/ ‘The Beautiful Nightmare’) Defeated The Hurricane with the Dangerous Buster.Post match ‘The Ripper’ and ‘The Beautiful Nightmare’ unmask to reveal Paul Burchill and Katie Lea, as the two attempt another attack of The Hurricane. They are about to unmask The Hurricane when Yoshi Tatsu makes the save, nailing Burchill with the Roundhouse Kick. ECW on Sci-Fi comes to an end with Yoshi Tatsu checking on the Hurricane while Katie Lea helps the now reinstated Burchill up the ramp.

A solid ECW show, Dale. Yoshi Tatsu vs William Regal always entertains me, kinda wish Regal would rake in a few wins and get back in the ECW title scene. I don't wanna see Christian vs Archer for the title, it just seems far to early. I hope if anything Yoshi gets a rematch at the Rumble. Ryder being in the rumble is fun, I hope he isn't a comic relief elimination like Santino or Ziggler last year. Ripper vs Hurricane in the main event is good, it's been a real fun feud. Ripper getting the win and unmasking to be Paul Burchill. Burchill's been used alot more recently and it's been enjoyable.

17th December 2009The opening Superstars video airs, and is followed by the three announce teams welcoming us to the show, which features two Royal Rumble Qualifying matches. 1 – Royal Rumble Qualifying Match) Eric Escobar Defeated Kung Fu Naki following the Pure Escobar.Following the match Eric Escobar grabs a microphone, and declares that this is only the first victory on his road to the World Heavyweight Championship. Escobar declares that it doesn’t matter who gets in the way, whether it be The Undertaker or even that ‘old hag’ Vickie Guerrero, because no matter who gets put in his path they will fall at the hands of the “Puerto Rican Nightmare”, Eric Escobar. 2 – Ezekial Jackson Defeated Goldust with the Chokeslam.Kofi Kingston is backstage alongside RAW’s interviewer Eve. Eve asks Kingston about his plans now that he has overcome the challenge that is Randy Orton. Kofi talks about how defeating Randy Orton at WWE TLC was the biggest win of his career, and that he’s still got bigger things in his future. Kingston states that tonight he will qualify for the 2010 Royal Rumble match, and that he intends to go on and win the match and then headline WrestleMania 26 and become the WWE Champion. Kingston states that he’s a star on the rise, and that he’s just going to keep in rising. 3 – Royal Rumble Qualifying Match) Kofi Kingston Defeated Jack Swagger with the Trouble in Paradise.

Not sure what you can do to follow up a Shelton/Christian ladder match that involves those two. Tatsu winning is fine as it conitnues the problems between the trio. Glad Ryder qualified, and I'm curious to see how you book a Zeke/Kozlov match. Burchill getting his revenge there was fine, like the unmask tease. Decent ECW.
Haven't seen Escobar so can't comment on that. Zeke winning is the obvious call if he's going to face Kozlov. Kofi qualifying is all good, but I hope Swagger can get in there.

18th December 2009The SmackDown opening video airs, and is followed by Todd Grisham and Matt Striker running down tonight’s card, before being interrupted by the music of the former Unified Tag Team Champion Chris Jericho. Chris Jericho hits the ring, and begins to rant on how at WWE TLC he was cheated out of the Unified Tag Team titles by Degeneration X, and that he deserves to be main eventing pay per views as the World Heavyweight Champion. Jericho goes on to say that he wants to be named the number one contender to the Undertaker’s title at the Royal Rumble, but is soon interrupted by Batista, who tells Jericho that the only man deserving of a world title shot is him. Jericho reminds Batista that he couldn’t beat the Undertaker at WWE TLC and that he’s had his chance. They begin to argue but are interrupted by Theodore Long, who tells Chris Jericho and Batista that tonight they will team up against The Undertaker and Kane in a tag team main event. 1) Drew McIntyre & Dolph Ziggler Defeated John Morrison & Matt Hardy when McIntyre pinned John Morrison following the Double Underhook DDT.SmackDown cuts backstage where Eric Escobar is once against arguing with Vickie Guerrero in Spanish. Theodore Long walks in, and tells them both to shut up. Vickie tries to put Escobar in another handicap match but Theodore Long tells her that he is giving Eric Escobar the night off, and that if she doesn’t stop victimising his superstars then she will find herself being given the night off – indefinitely! Escobar walks off grinning while Vickie just stands around angrily. 2) Maria Defeated Layla following a Diving Crossbody. Following the match Maria was attacked by Michelle McCool.CM Punk, accompanied by Luke Gallows, makes his way to the ring for his Royal Rumble Qualifying match, but first requests a microphone. CM Punk does his usual stuff about how he is the saviour of all the fallen addicts out in the audience, and how his Straightedge Society will continue to grow. Punk goes on to say that his opponent for tonight his nothing but another guy not strong enough to take control of his destiny. Before he can continue he is interrupted by the rapping of his opponent for tonight, R-Truth. 3 – Royal Rumble Qualifying Match) CM Punk (W/ Luke Gallows) Defeated R-Truth with the GTS following interference by Luke Gallows.SmackDown cuts backstage where Chris Jericho is getting ready for the tag team main event. Batista walks up to his partner for tonight, and the two stay silent for several seconds. Batista tells Jericho that he had better stand back tonight and let him rip the Undertaker’s head off, and then go on to get another shot at the World Heavyweight Championship. Jericho laughs and tells Batista that the only one who is getting a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship will be him. Batista grabs Jericho and pushes him into the wall, telling him to keep out of his way. When Batista walks off Jericho just grins and stares at him, clearly formulating some kind of plan. 4) The Hart Dynasty (W/ Natayla) Defeated Cryme Time when Smith pinned JTG following the Springboard Hart Attack.Following the match the Hart Dynasty request microphones, and show a video of their attack on Degeneration X from Monday Night RAW. David Hart Smith talks about how Degeneration X have had their run off the World Wrestling Entertainment ever since they reformed, and the Hart Dynasty have let it pass, but as soon as they won the Unified Tag Team Championships it became too much to ignore, and they decided that they had to do something. Tyson Kidd promises that not only will they become the next Unified Tag Team Champions, but thay they will also do what so many other teams have been incapable off here in the WWE – put an end to Degeneration X once and for all. 5) The Undertaker & Kane Defeated Chris Jericho & Batista when The Undertaker pinned Batista following a Tombstone Piledriver after Chris Jericho walked out on Batista. As this edition of Friday Night SmackDown comes to an end The Undertaker and Kane pose in the ring while Batista is laid out in the middle of the ring. - There’s some huge news coming out of World Wrestling Entertainment this week. Bret Hart, who has held the WWE Championship five times and the World Heavyweight belt twice, has signed a short term contract with the WWE. It is currently unknown what role Bret Hart will be taking, although it is highly expected to be an on screen role and to have some involvement with the Degeneration X vs. Hart Dynasty feud. - The decision to scrap the weekly guest host idea was made after ratings showed little improvement following the implementation of the guest host. It is currently unknown on who will be brought in as the permanent general manager, although a number of names have been thrown about, including Eric Bischoff, Shane McMahon, Paul Heyman, Dusty Rhodes and Ric Flair. - Carlito is not expected to challenge John Cena for the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble match. Carlito has recently been complaining about not being pushed and has even gone as far to request his release, but WWE do not want to take the risk of Carlito heading to TNA, hence his current push. It is not expected to go too far, and there’s a possibility that it won’t go any further than his pinfall over John Cena on RAW. - The main event for this week’s RAW will feature a Unified Tag Team Championship match between Degeneration X and the Legacy team of Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes. This won’t be the first time that these two teams have faced off, as they engaged in a series of tag team matches just months ago. It is still unknown if Randy Orton will make his return this week on RAW. - The main event for this week’s ECW on Sci-Fi has been announced as a six man over the top rope battle royal to crown a new number one contender to the ECW Championship, featuring William Regal, Yoshi Tatsu, Zack Ryder, Shelton Benjamin, Ezekial Jackson and Goldust. - This week’s edition of SmackDown will feature a number one contender match, according to WWE.COM. According to the official WWE website Chris Jericho, Batista and Kane will face off in a triple threat match with the winner challenging The Undertaker at the Royal Rumble.

Batista and Jericho vs. Brothers of Destruction! Awesome. Should be a good contest to close the show. I hope that Jericho eventually does get named as top contender to the World Championship. McIntyre pinning Morrison is good, I hope he gets the Intercontinental Championship at some point. Meh, Maria.
Glad to see that Punk got into the RR. Hart Dynasty getting a win is always a good thing. I hope they get the Unified Tag Titles. Not a huge fan of Undertaker pinning Batista, but Jericho walking out is interesting. I think it would have worked better with Batista walking out on Jericho. I'll continue to read.

21st December 2009The usual opening video package kicks tonight’s edition of RAW off, and is followed by Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler running down tonight’s card, headlined by a Unified Tag Team Championship match between Degeneration X and Legacy. - Carlito hits the ring to kick off tonight’s RAW. Carlito asks for a microphone, and begins to speak about how last week on RAW not only did he take out the champion before the match, but he also got a pinfall victory over John Cena as well, and that means that he deserves the next shot at the WWE Championship. He is interrupted by Sheamus, who tells Carlito to shut his mouth, because he should still be given a rematch against John Cena following WWE TLC. Carlito reminds Sheamus that he lost that match which almost leads to a brawl breaking out between these two. Vince McMahon interrupts, and tells the two that he’ll give them both a chance to gain a title shot, as tonight it will be Carlito vs. Sheamus with the winner challenging John Cena for the WWE Championship next week on RAW. 1 – Royal Rumble Qualifying Match) The Miz Defeated Primo following the Skull Crushing Finale.RAW cuts backstage, where Chavo Guerrero is arguing with Vince McMahon. Chavo wants another shot at qualifying for the Royal Rumble, claiming that his last qualifying match, in which he lost to Chris Masters, wasn’t fair. Vince asks Chavo why he deserves another chance, and Chavo tells him that he’s a Guerrero and wants to reclaim the Guerrero honor. Vince tells Chavo that he’ll give him another chance, but that if he doesn’t win he’d better stop wasting his time. Chavo agrees, before Vince McMahon tells him that his qualifying match will be against Mark Henry. Chavo looks horrified as RAW cuts to commercial. RAW returns from commercial to the site of Sheamus getting ready for his match later tonight, when the United States Champion The Miz walks past, having just qualified for the Royal Rumble match. The Miz rubs it in Sheamus’s face that he is the United States Champion and that Sheamus couldn’t get the job done against John Cena. Sheamus grabs The Miz around the throat, telling him that if he doesn’t learn to keep his mouth shut he won’t be the United States Champion for long. Sheamus then throws The Miz to the ground and walks off, while The Miz gets to his feet and looks angrily at Sheamus. 2) Maryse & Jillian Defeated Melina & Kelly Kelly when Maryse pinned Melina followed the French Kiss.RAW cuts backstage where Eve is standing by with the WWE Champion, John Cena. Eve asks Cena his thoughts on tonight’s match, where either Carlito or Sheamus will gain a WWE title shot. John Cena states that it doesn’t matter which one of them wins the match because he’ll take on all challengers no matter the time or place. John Cena goes on to say that he has already beaten both Sheamus and Carlito, and that he’ll defeat one of them once again next week on RAW to retain his WWE Championship. 3 – Royal Rumble Qualifying Match) Mark Henry Defeated Chavo Guerrero with the World’s Strongest Slam.RAW cuts to Eve alongside the Unified Tag Team Champions Degeneration X backstage. Eve asks Triple H and Shawn Michaels about their match with Legacy tonight, and on their thoughts about being attacked by the Hart Dynasty last week on RAW. Triple H states that they’ve faced Legacy before and beaten them, and that tonight they’ll do so again to retain their tag team titles. Shawn Michaels goes on to talk about the Hart Dynasty, calling them two punk kids who come from a long line of successful superstars, but clearly that they never learnt to respect the legends of this business. Triple H states that once they beat Legacy tonight, they’ll head to SmackDown Friday night and confront the Hart Dynasty. 4 – Winner Receives a WWE Title Shot Next Week) Carlito Defeated Sheamus via Count Out when The Miz interfered, delivering a Skull Crushing Finale on the outside to Sheamus.RAW cuts to Vince McMahon’s office backstage, where Maryse is flirting with Vince McMahon, using her feminine charms to try and get a Diva’s Championship match next week, stating that she already pinned Melina earlier tonight anyway. Vince McMahon considers it, when Maryse offers to make it worth his while, which immediately leads Vince McMahon to accept her request and give her a Diva’s Championship match next week on RAW. The screen then fades to black. 5 – Unified Tag Team Championship Match) Degeneration X [C] Defeated Legacy when Triple H pinned Cody Rhodes following the Pedigree.Following the match the Hart Dynasty’s music hits, and the tag team, along with Natayla, walk out onto the ramp and stare down Degeneration X as this editon of Monday Night RAW comes to an end.

A great start here, very realistic in your booking. All it needs now is the push into your own vision and you'll have a solid diary on your hands. And let's face it, Bret Hart is gonna be named General Manager of RAW. A great move though. Keep it up.
