Alves was ing DYING at each and every comment Chael made. In fact, Chael was the only guy keeping a stone-face the entire time.

I think Chael has got this one. I seriously think he'll pull the major upset and finally be the guy to defeat Anderson Silva in the UFC.
I think he'll definitely take Anderson down and deliver some serious ground & pound. ANY fighter can be beat and that includes Anderson Silva. His run as Middleweight champion of the world is coming to an end Saturday night, courtesy of Chael Sonnen.

just like you thought Forrest was going to run right through Silva, right? And then you said after the fight that you should have never counted Silva out blah blah blah...
same ol' sh**....different fighter...

If Silva loses, I'll be here ready to accept your apology. ;D Where you go wrong is that you think Silva is unbeatable. NO fighter is unbeatable. We saw that when Fedor finally lost a fight. And he had a more impressive unbeaten record than Anderson Silva does. Anderson has already been beaten in the past. He lost when he tapped out to Ryo Chonan. I firmly believe you can only go unbeaten so long until your luck runs out. I believe Anderson Silva will lose to Chael Sonnen on Saturday night. I have no idea which round or how, I just believe Chael will walk out as the new champ.

YOU'RE RIGHT.....HE DID!!!
I remember that comment because it made me laugh on the account that I think Forrest has one knockout to his name and that is against Elvis Sinosic.

I think he even said Forrest would KO Silva. Yeah, big deal. So I made an outlandish prediction and it backfired. Big time. Whoop-dee-do. Everyone is entitled to make a crazy call, every now and then. If Anderson Silva loses, I bet you guys that are picking him to win are going to feel so stupid because you all think he is unbeatable. Just remember what happened to Fedor and how friggin' crazy that was. If I would've made a prediction that Fedor would lose by submission in the first round, you'd all think I was off my rocker, but look how it panned out. Imagine if the same thing happens to Anderson Silva. The possibility IS there, no matter how unlikely it may be, it certainly could happen. Like I said, just remember what happened to Fedor....Upsets can and WILL happen. Nobody can deny that.

I don't think Anderson is unbeatable. I just don't think Chael is anywhere near his level. No one is unbeatable, but with a matchup like this, it's obvious who the better fighter is.
Chael opening his mouth has honestly made people believers, and I honestly can't blame them. He's a hell of a talker. Look beyond his words.

I can understand the notion that no fighter is unbeatable..
..but the fact that people think Chael is going to be the guy to beat Anderson is f***ing hilarious.
I'd be more willing to accept everyone saying Vitor will beat him..or GSP....but Chael? Really? The guy who hasn't finished a fight in 3 years?
Andersons most recent interview talks about how since he holds the record for the most consecutive wins in the UFC it is almost like everyone WANTS him to lose now. And I think it is so true. The guy is nothing but class but the media makes him out to look like a douchebag. He doesn't trash talk fighters like Tito.....he doesn't flip off the crowd like Brock Lesnar....and he doesn't grab his junk during a fight like Rashad Evans...but yet he is the bad boy of the UFC....the most hated? Why? Because he didn't finish 2 of his fights? UFC fans are f***ing spoiled.

I don't think Anderson is unbeatable. I just don't think Chael is anywhere near his level. And Werdum is NOWHERE near the level Fedor is and we all know who the better fighter was and he still lost. I think you guys are in for another shocker come Saturday night. Seriously, if Sonnen taps out Anderson Silva in the first round, how surprised are you going to be?? I will be surprised, that's for sure. But not totally because I know it's a possibility, where-as you guys don't think it is. Just be ready for a surprise, that's all I'm saying.

So according to Dana, the winner of Fitch/Alves gets a title shot. Why...... If Kos beats GSP and Fitch beats Alves, no fight. If Alves/Kos win, there's a great rematch. But if GSP wins, then he faces a guy who he's already demolished. Fantastic decision. IMO, if Shields beats Martin, Then he should fight the winner of Alves/Fitch for a title shot. GSP's fighting in ing December. More than enough time to accomplish this. EDIT: Hetfield beat me to it. Damn it.

I WANT Chael to win, Silva and Sonnen are my two favorite Middleweights that are in the UFC and I love Team Quest and same with Blackhouse however I think that Silva will take this, i'm sorry but Chael is not on Silva's level, if Silva was gonna lose, he would of lost to guys like Hendo and Franklin, now its to the point where they have him fighting guy who don't really deserve a title shot just yet, seriously who is next if he beats Sonnen? Also if you havent seen this weeks episode of The Ultimate Insider and the PFPC, you need to, the where very funny! Sonnen killed the ing PFPC, I was laughing so much!

I'm rooting for Sonnen to put Silva in his place but get the feeling that Anderson is just gonna maul him.

I am still very undecided on some of my picks. I promise I'll have predictions up before/after the weigh-in.
