Your Raw layout was very cool, but I think it will make simming a lot harder. The main problem with that format is you cut out most backstage segments, which are essential at most times. Down the line it will become difficult to begin and progress feuds and characters. You have this time frame down to a T which is good. I am most interested in who the mystery attackers are.

Raw 8/22:
- A good opening promo, and a nice set up for the tag main event. - A pretty weak opener with White/Tajiri, but White winning is right. - A steel cage match at Unforgiven sounds great between Hardy/Edge. - Albright getting this opportunity at Angle is sweet, always liked him. Angle winning is the right call, though. - Ah, Victoria's anti-diva time was around here. The assault on Ashley adds to those characteristics. - The Hurricane and Rosey beating The Heart Throbs is obvious; masked men attacking them, eh? - Carlito and Jericho defeating Michaels and Cena in the main event surprises me, but it's nice.
Good show.
Smackdown 8/25:
- Mysterio vs Guerrero for contendership? Obviously this is going further into their feud. - The Legion of Doom defeating MNM I am fine with, Regal and (insert whoever here) attacking is intriguing. - Kazarian debuting is awesome. Him picking up the win against Noble is quite obvious. - Benoit defeating Orlando Jordan again is ... obviously the right call as Jordan lost a lot of credibility. - The Mexicools defeating Christian in a handicap match is fine, Booker's save after is interesting. - A good promo from the Orton's and Taker here, hope this feud continues like it did. - Don't like Kennedy and Kazarian debuting in the same night, but Kennedy winning is the right call. - Guerrero and Mysterio going to a draw was slightly predictable, and a triple threat at No Mercy shall be good.
Another good show.
Raw 8/29:
- I'm really unsure about the layout for this Raw, as it's great and all, but for this it's meh. - Carlito's Cabana sounded like a nice opener to the show, a match at Unforgiven is nice. - The Masked Men strike once again against the good guys! Curious as to who they are. - Edge and Kerwin White vs Matt Hardy and Shelton Benjamin is odd, but the heels winning is for the best. - Ric Flair over Carlito in Pick Your Poison is good, expecting HBK to lose his PYP as well to even the playing field. - Victoria defeating Candice in her continuation of anti-divaness is good. - Oh good lord, Eugene and Angle again. Angle winning is the definite right call. - Yep, as predicted, HBK loses his Pick Your Poison against The Big Show. - Well, Jericho being gone sucks. I hope he goes to Smackdown rather then leave, though.
Yet another good show.

September 1st, 2005. | Jacksonville, FL.The opening video finishes playing, and the fireworks blast across the Smackdown stage, before the lights in the arena come on, the fans cheer, and Smackdown's commentators Michael Cole and Tazz welcome the WWE Fans to tonight's edition of Smackdown! World Heavyweight Champion Batista's theme plays, before 'The Animal' makes his way out. He says last week, he saw his new contenders crowned, when Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio drew thier match, and both were given a shot at his World Heavyweight Championship. He says for the first time in his career, he's going to have to defend the World Heavyweight Championship against two men, as opposed to one. He says that this is a huge challenge for him, as he doesn't even have to be pinned to lose the Championship, but he will do his fans proud, and make sure Smackdown remains the 'Animal's Kingdom'! He begins to walk away, but Eddie Guerrero makes his way out. He starts to speak, saying he has been in Batista's position, he knows what its like being at the top of the mountain. He says he was screwed out of his WWE Championship last year, and its led him down a dark path, but now, he sees the light again, and that light lay upon Batista's shoulder. He says at No Mercy, it doesn't matter if its Rey Mysterio, or Batista he pins, there's only going to be one winner, and his name, is Eddie Guerrero. The two stare each other down, as the first commercial break of the night comes in. COMMERCIAL BREAKBrian Kendrick, Kazarian & Paul London def. Jamie Noble & The FBI:A fantastic opening bout for this week's edition of Smackdown. Brian Kendrick saw his return to the WWE after over a year's absence well greeted by the fans. The pace of this contest was very fast, despite Vito's inclusion, and got the fans excited for the rest of the night's action. Kazarian had a strong showing here, as it looks like he is going to be a big star of the Cruiserweight division, again battling Jamie Noble as he did last week. Kendrick and London looked good, with possible seeds of a future team being planted as they worked together against the FBI. In the end, the contest closed as Kendrick and London took out thier fellow cruiserweights Nunzio and Noble, leaving Kazarian in the ring with Vito, who fell victim to Kazarian's 'Wave of the Future', followed by a successful pin. The three former independant stars celebrated in the ring together, as Kendrick and London posed for the fans, while Kazarian signalled directly to Nunzio that he was coming for the Cruiserweight Championship. A commercial break then began. COMMERCIAL BREAKSmackdown returns with The Legion of Doom's theme playing, as the WWE Tag Team Champions make thier way out towards the ring. They say that last week, they were attacked by two cowards, two cowards who couldn't beat them if it was a fair fight. They say in the WWE, cowards are singled out by guys like themselves, and thier asses beaten. The two then called out William Regal and his mystery partner, and it wasn't long before William Regal's theme played, and Regal made his way out onto the stage. He said that last week, he and his associate simply showed the entire WWE what they were capable of, nothing more, nothing less. He said if the Legion of Doom really think that they can beat himself and his associate in a fair fight, then how about they have themselves one right now? The crowd pops as the Legion of Doom say its on! As Regal walks towards the ring, the unknown man once again attacks the Legion of Doom from behind, nailing a double clothesline to the back of both men's head's. He then began to stomp on them, as Regal climbed into the ring. Regal stomped on Heidenreich, as the unknown man stomped on Animal. The two continued, before the unknown man lifted up Animal, and held him, before Regal nailed him with a shot to the head with his brass knuckles. They then turned to Heidenreich, as the unknown man held him bent over, head sticking out, before Regal charged at the ropes, and hit him with a huge knee to the head. The Legion of Doom were out cold in the ring, as the Regal and his assosciate grabbed the WWE Tag Team Championships, and waved them in LOD's faces, saying these will be ours, before posing with them as the camera's went backstage. On a split screen, Booker T was walking with Christian talking to him, and JBL was walking towards the parking lot. They will clash in a triple threat match for contendership to the United States Championship next! COMMERCIAL BREAKJBL def. Booker T & Christian to become the #1 Contender to the United States Championship:A fantastic contest to close out the first hour of this Smackdown broadcast. Chris Benoit, the United States Champion, was on commentary for this one. Before the bell, Booker T and Christian shook hands, and agreed to fight each other, but not before taking JBL out of the equation with several double team moves. After the two managed this, it looked like Booker and Christian were going to go at it, the Mexicools stormed the ring, armed with cleaning, and gardening, untensils. The three beat down Booker T and Christian, beating them with mops, rakes, and brushes, before finishing the assault with a Leg Drop and Moonsault double team, with Psicosis hitting the leg drop on Booker T and Super Crazy hit his moonsault on Christian. The three then exited the ring quickly, as JBL climbed back in. JBL capitalised on the assault, by picking up Booker T, and nailing him with a Clothesline from Hell as he was groggy, before covering to collect the win. JBL signalled to Chris Benoit that he was coming for him, but Benoit simply looked at the floor, and walked away, almost unimpressed. A vignette then played of Akio and Funaki in the dojo, this time meditating, still with the female dojo master. Funaki says in two weeks, he and Akio return to Smackdown! A commercial break then begins once the vignette is done. COMMERCIAL BREAKMr. Ken Kennedy def. Scotty 2 Hotty: Kennedy's second appearance on Smackdown, and once again he takes a victory. As with last week, Kennedy insisted on 'correcting' Tony Chimel's 'incorrect' ring announcing. This week, however, he had a microphone come down from the ceiling for just him to use, and again, as with last week, he dramatically announced his name, and repeated it after a pause. When the match got underway, Kennedy dominated Scotty from start to finish, and really played to the crowd, mocking thier support of Scotty, and feigned concerned for Scotty's condition. After handing Scotty a beating for around 4 minutes, Kennedy ended the match with a Green Bay Plunge, to collect the three count. Backstage, JBL went into the locker room. He saw Chris Benoit drinking a cup of coffee, and went and knocked it out of his hand. Benoit stood up, outraged, and asked him what the hell he thought he was doing. JBL replied, saying he was about to ask him the same thing, wondering why he didn't even acknowledge his victory earlier. Benoit, while wiping the Coffee off him, said he didn't approve of the way JBL won the match earlier, as he didn't work for his victory. JBL said he understood that, but then reminded Benoit that it didn't change the fact he was facing him for the United States Championship at No Mercy. Benoit then picked up the title from his chair, and said its staying with me, as JBL shook his head, before staring down Benoit down. A 'Don't Try This At Home' video then played. COMMERCIAL BREAKThe theme of Randy Orton plays as Smackdown returns from the commercial break, and the 'Legend Killer' makes his way out to the ring. He climbs into the ring, and looks angry. Grabbing a microphone, he admonishes The Undertaker almost immediately. He says since last week, he has searched for his father high and low, but to no avail. He says The Undertaker proved that he is no force to be feared, he is not a 'phenom' he simply a coward! He attacked an old man from behind, and held him by the throat, just to see him squirm. He says his father didn't squirm, he stood, and he took what was coming to him. He says that at the time, he felt powerless to help his father, but in retrospect, its helped him realise that The Undertaker is not a man to fear. He continues, saying to fear a coward would be pathetic, and Randy Orton, Legend Killer, 3rd Generation Superstar, Former World Heavyweight Champion, is far from pathetic, and will never, ever, give The Undertaker the privelage of making him feel so, because at No Mercy, he challenges him to a match that will be certain to eliminate The Undertaker, a Casket Match! Orton smiles sadistically down the camera, as the commentators hype the main event after the break, rivals Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio teaming up to take on MNM! COMMERCIAL BREAK MNM def. Eddie Guerrero & Rey Mysterio: A good way to close out Smackdown, with this match being a throwback of sorts to earlier in the year when MNM upset Rey and Eddie to win the WWE Tag Team Championships. During the match, the camera cut to Batista several times watching on a monitor. As for the match itself, most of the match saw Mysterio wrestling in almost handicap conditions, with Eddie Guerrero moving away when Rey went to tag him in. Eventually, Rey had enough, and went over to Eddie and slapped him in the face, the ref counting it as a tag. Eddie stormed into the ring in anger at Rey, unaware that Johnny Nitro was lining him up for a Superkick, which he recieved when he turned around. The shock of the move was enough to give MNM the victory when Nitro followed it up by covering Eddie, as Rey Mysterio looked on on the outside. After the match, Rey Mysterio climbed into the ring, and began to lay into Guerrero, who had got up with several fists. The two began brawling, until Eddie dizzied Rey with a huge punch, before following it up with a low blow. He then went outside to grab a steel chair, and brought into the ring. As he waited for Rey to get up so he could strike him with it, the theme of the World Heavyweight Champion Batista played, and 'The Animal' charged down to the ring. He slid into the ring, and Guerrero swung the chair wildly at him, but Batista ducked and took him down with a huge spear, to the crowd's delight. Eddie rolled out of the ring, holding his ribs, but Batista had turned his attention to Rey Mysterio. Batista gave Rey a thumbs up gesture, before quickly turning it down, and giving Rey a huge Batista Bomb! He then stared at Guerrero with a look of great intensity, as Eddie stared back at him, and Smackdown ended. WORLD WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT 2005 ©

-Great promo to get SmackDown on the road. Eddie Guerrero could very well become the World Heavyweight Champion. And that'd be awesome. -Londrick and Kaz going over is a good call. -Great match and JBL/Benoit could be decent. JBL doesn't tend to have amazing matches but hopefully you make them look very nice. -Kennedy over Scotty is a good call for his second match. Hope you give him a long undefeated streak or something. -Great main event. Wasn't big on the call. Figured that the WHC is more important than the WWE Tag so I thought that Rey and Guerrero should've won but this a realistic call to keep MNM on the road. Should set up some nice tension. -Good show. No Mercy looks very nice.

September 5th, 2005. | Nashville, TN.A short video package plays, highlighting the WWE Championship match with a 'You're Fired!' stipulation between John Cena and Chris Jericho from the previous week, with the ending of the show with Jericho being dragged away following losing to Cena being focused on. After the video finishes, the usual RAW opening video set to 'Across the Nation' by the Union Underground plays, before RAW opens with a shot of Eric Bischoff, RAW's General Manager, stood in the ring. He says last week, he thought that he, along with the unfortunately fired Chris Jericho, had concocted a plan to finally rid Monday Nights of that 'idiot who wears bling and jorts', and the man is sadly still WWE Champion, John Cena. He says the plan that he and Jericho had always had its risks, but he believed last week he would've seen the back of Cena, but there was no such luck. He says, that by the end of tonight, he will have gone through the entire RAW locker room, and picked out a candidate who is suitable to challenge John Cena at RAW's next Pay Per View, Unforgiven. He says that he also has some other announcements in regards to Unforgiven. He says he's witnessed some tensions rise on RAW between certain individuals, and will confirm that Ashley will make her in ring, and pay per view debut at Unforgiven, when she takes on Victoria. He also says that Kerwin White and Shelton Benjamin will do battle at Unforgiven in a one on one match. He then says that everybody watching better make sure to watch the entire two hours of RAW, because you don't want to miss his big announcement to do with the WWE Championship. He then smiled, as his theme played and fans boo'd, as RAW went to commercials. COMMERCIAL BREAKChris Masters def. Matt Hardy:Masters has been absent from RAW for a few weeks, however, he is successful upon his return to the show. Hardy is banged up badly after Edge's assault last week, where he used the steel cage as a weapon against him. Edge was seen standing with Lita watching this match several times on a monitor backstage. Hardy had a valiant effort here against Masters, but in the end, the combination of Masters strength and Hardy's injuries proved to be too much, as Hardy succumbed to the Masterlock, with Masters signature hold leaving him knocked out in the ring. Masters posed over Hardy as his theme song played in celebration of his victory, however, his theme song soon stopped playing as Edge's played instead, and the sleazy superstar made his way out. Climbing in the ring, with a steel chair in hand, he instructed Lita to pass him another one. She passed him the chair, which he slid under Matt's head, before swinging the chair he had in his hands at Hardy's head, and nailing him with a huge con-chair-to. Hardy's body didn't move, as Edge dropped the other chair to the floor, and walked away, with Lita, pleased with his work. COMMERCIAL BREAKBackstage, Edge is seen in Eric Bischoff's office. Edge asks Bischoff if what he just did was good enough to make Bischoff name him the #1 Contender to the WWE Championship. Bischoff says that Edge's attack was impressive, but he'll have to think about it, as RAW goes back to the arena. Victoria def. Christy Hemme: The 2004 Diva Search winner Christy Hemme tried to step up tonight against Victoria. However, it just wasn't enough at all, as Victoria steamrolled Christy, not giving her much of a chance to get any offense in, before finishing the contest with the Widow's Peak. Following the contest, she began to talk about sending in 'bimbo's' like Christy as the competitors in serious competition such as the WWE is just asking someone like herself to become angry. She says that more time needs to spent respecting women wrestlers like herself, and less time fawning over bimbo's like Christy and 'Trashley'. Backstage, again in Eric Bischoff's office, Chris Masters was seen. He says to Eric Bischoff that he should pick him for two reasons. The first being he defeats all his competition with ease, just like he did to Matt Hardy, and two, nobody has ever broken the Masterlock. Bischoff says that Masters makes some good points, and that he'll have a think about it, as another break comes in. COMMERCIAL BREAKRAW returns with the theme of Kurt Angle playing through the arena. Angle makes his way out, not dressed to compete, with a microphone in hand. He said that two weeks ago, right here on Monday Night RAW, he found a rookie named Brent Albright. He said that this rookie, a 'hometown hero' from Oklahoma, came at him with heart and soul, as well as raw wrestling talent. He says he considers himself the best damn technical wrestler in the world today, is an olympic gold medalist, and yet still, this rookie Albright was able to wrestle him, hit him with a trifecta of German Suplexes, and nearly survive the ankle lock to win the final Angle Invitational. He says he has invited Albright to come here tonight to answer a question, and now he'd like to invite him out here. After waiting a few moments, the theme heard two weeks ago by Brent Albright is played, and he makes his way out, dressed in street clothes. He climbs in the ring, and Kurt Angle offers him his hand. Brent shakes his hand, before asking Kurt what the question is he wanted to ask him. Angle says 'well I suppose I should ask you, but there's something I need to do first'. At this, Angle knee'd Albright in the ribs, before stomping on him. He then locked in the Ankle Lock, with Albright tapping desperately, begging Kurt to stop. Kurt eventually lets up, and grabs the microphone again, asking Albright the question 'How does it feel to have your ankle snapped like that?' The crowd boo's giving Angle a lot of heat, as another commercial break comes in. COMMERCIAL BREAKRaw returns with a man in a suit stood in the ring. He is stood with the two masked men who have been attacking the World Tag Team Champions The Hurricane and Rosey in recent weeks. He says that his name is Brian Black, and that he is here to inform everybody, on behalf of the two individuals stood with him, that they have brokered a deal that will allow them to compete on the Unforgiven pay per view, and that his two clients will be challenging the World Tag Team Champions The Hurricane and Rosey for the championships. He says that the two men stood with him have chosen to target the Champions because they are an easy target, and people who aren't worthy of holding championship gold. charge down to the ring as thier theme plays. The masked men make a hasty exit, but Brian Black is trapped in the ring with them. The Hurricane and Rosey double teamed him, hitting thier sidewalk slam / Eye of the Hurricane double team move, as the masked men looked on. The two superheroes challenged the men to return to the ring, as thier theme played. Backstage, Kurt Angle is in Eric Bischoff's office. He asks him if he saw what he did to that 'punk' Brent Albright earlier, and Bischoff replies he did, and that he was very impressed with it. Before the conversation goes further, Bischoff assures Angle he will consider him as the #1 Contender for the WWE Championship. Angle smiles, saying he knew he didn't have to worry, as RAW went to a 'Don't Try This At Home' video, followed by commercials. COMMERCIAL BREAKShawn Michaels & Shelton Benjamin def. Carlito and Kerwin White:A solid main event contest here, as these four rivals clashed with momentum on the line. The match spanned over two commercial breaks, with Shelton Benjamin being dominated by the heels, and needing to tag out to Shawn Michaels. When the contest returned from the break, Benjamin managed to escape the predicament by nailing the Dragon Whip on Carlito, before crawling over to his corner and making the long anticipated hot tag to Shawn Michaels. From there, it was all Michaels, as Carlito had tagged out to Kerwin White. White was nailed with all of Michaels' signature moves, the flying forearm smash, the inverted atomic drop, scoop slam, and elbow drop, before Michaels began to tune up the band. The crowd started stomping thier feet, before Kerwin got to his feet, and was nailed with a huge Sweet Chin Music, before Michaels tagged out to Shelton, so he could have the satisfaction of pinning Kerwin, which he did, giving the two the victory. Michaels and Benjamin shook hands, before going and celebrating the victory, Michaels and Shelton climbing opposite turnbuckles, Michaels thanking the fans for thier support with applause, Shelton throwing his fists into the air. The two climbed down, and nodded to each other smiling, with Shelton leaving the ring first. Michaels then began to leave, but a hand on his shoulder turned him around, and Michaels was nailed by a shot to the head with the Intercontinental Championship courtesy of Carlito. Carlito then chewed his apple, and spat it at Michaels' face. Carlito then said 'Now that's cool', before leaving, smiling to himself. COMMERCIAL BREAKWe return to see Eric Bischoff walking backstage down a hallway towards the arena. He bumps into Carlito, who says it would be cool if Bischoff made him the #1 Contender to the WWE Championship. Bischoff says it would, and he'll quickly have a think about it. He then walks up the steps towards the curtain, and out onto the stage. Eric Bischoff's theme plays through the arena as he makes his way out. He has a microphone in his hand, and is smiling at all the fans. As he gets in the ring, he says that as General Manager of RAW, he is demanding John Cena makes his way out here right now! The fans have a mixed reaction to Bischoff's tone, but the WWE Champion John Cena's theme plays, and he makes his way out. The fans give him his 'controversial' reaction. Cena says sarcastically that all Mr Bischoff had to do was ask him politely to come out to the ring. This enrages Bischoff, but he tries to remain cool and calm. He says tonight, he's seen a number of potential challengers come to him. He says first there was the 'Rated R Superstar' Edge. Cena shoots down Edge, saying the R must stand for 'Ridiculous', because there's no way Edge will ever beat him if he was the challenger. Bischoff continues, saying next there was 'The Masterpiece' Chris Masters. Cena says the only thing he's a Master at is being a meathead. Bischoff shakes his head, and carries on, saying next there was the WWE's only ever Olympic Gold Medal winner, Kurt Angle. Cena says that the medal must have been for being the most lame athlete at the games, because Kurt Angle sucks! Eric Bischoff's anger is increasing, and patience wearing thin, as he says the final person who came to him and made him consider them as the new #1 Contender was Carlito. Cena says that the only thing cool about Carlito is how good he looks with his shoulders pinned to the mat for 3 seconds. Bischoff yells at Cena to shut up! He finishes, by saying after careful consideration, none of the men who came to him were suitable to be named the #1 Contender to the WWE Championship. However, there was one man who he knows very well will get the job done, and with that, he says 'Cena, let me introduce you to your NEW #1 contender.' At this, the theme of The Big Show plays, and Show walks out onto the stage. Show stares down Cena, with a sadistic smile on his face, as Cena has a look of intensity etched on his, and RAW ends with the new rivals staring each other down. WORLD WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT 2005 ©

-Good promo to get things going. Wonder who the #1 Contender will be. -Masters over Hardy is decent. WWE doesn't push Hardy too much. Hope you do. -Victoria over Hemme is expected. Victoria is a better wrestler. Hemme is a better interviewer. -Angle getting the better of Albright was expected since Angle is more expirienced. -Hmmm. Brian Black huh? Well this should be very interesting. -Michaels and Benjamin over Carlito and White was a smart call. Benjamin and HBK are obviously better. -Show is the new #1 Contender is fine. He was probably the best call to be #1 Contender since Kane and RVD are out. Hope Cena wins. -Good show. I'd suggest a new font like Tahoma. It's neater. Very happy to see you found something nice to stick with, Shifty. Keep up the good work.

September 8th, 2005. | Atlanta, GA.Smackdown opens with the usual video package, followed by fireworks booming across the stage, as Michael Cole and Tazz welcome the fans to this Thursday's edition of Smackdown! The two hype the show, mentioning The Undertaker answering Randy Orton's challenge from last week, and a huge Fatal 4 Way to name the new #1 Contender to the Cruiserweight Championship! After they hype these two parts of the show, the theme of Rey Mysterio plays through the arena, and he then makes his way out. The crowd pop as Rey climbs in the ring, grabbing a microphone as he did, looking slightly angry. He says last week, he realised that he was in a World Heavyweight Championship match. Until last week, he didn't think about that, he thought about the match being another chance to entertain all his fans. He said last week when a man he thought was his friend, the World Heavyweight Champion Batista, callously turned on him to prove a point, he realised that he had to wake up, and realise this is a serious chance to put himself in the history books. He said there no more time for clowning around, its time that he proved that you don't have to be 300 pounds of muscle, a technical genius, or a giant to be World Champion. He said he realised all you need is heart, and with this he taps his heart. He says that at No Mercy, he's going in as an underdog, but after the match, he'll be the World Heavyweight Champion! His theme plays, as the commentators hype the cruiserweights in action after the break. COMMERCIAL BREAKKazarian def. Brian Kendrick, Jamie Noble, & Paul London to become the NEW #1 Contender to the Cruiserweight Championship:A solid opening contest here on Smackdown as the Cruiserweight Division seems to have regained some life, with the Cruiserweight Champion Nunzio on commentary. The match was highly competitive, with the crowd happy to see any of the three faces take the victory, with Noble being boo'd whenever he looked to be taking control. The faces weren't reluctant to battle each other either, all knowing a shot at the Cruiserweight Championship is more important than thier friendship. In the end, the contest closed with Jamie Noble on the outside following a double dropkick from Kendrick and London, before London dropkicked Kendrick down, and climbed to the top rope. When he was up there, Kazarian sprung up, and shook the ropes, leaving London defenseless trying to hang on. Kazarian then climbed up, before nailing London with the Flux Capacitor for the win. Kazarian signalled to Nunzio that he was going to take the Cruiserweight Championship away from him, with Nunzio blowing him off, shaking his head and laughing at him. All the cruiserweights had left the ring, and Nunzio was walking away, up the ramp, Kazarian calling him back. When Kazarian realised Nunzio wasn't going to face him, he turned his attention back to the ring, to celebrate his victory, but Vito was in the ring, and booted him straight him in the jaw. Nunzio then returned to the stage, and gave Vito a thumbs up gesture for what he'd just done, as Smackdown went to a second break. COMMERCIAL BREAKSmackdown returns with William Regal's theme playing. He makes his way out with his unknown accomplice, both of them dressed in sharp suits. The two climb into the ring, and smile as Regal and his accomplice grab microphones. Regal begins to speak, saying for the last two weeks, he and his friend here have begun thier quest to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions. Regal continues, saying that the Legion of Doom are complaining that they could beat he and his fellow Englishman in what they call a 'fair fight'. Regal then reminds all the fans he comes from Blackpool, in England, and he learnt his trade battling at carnivals across the country, fighting tooth and nail, beating men in fights that weren't fair. He said despite now being under all these bright lights he always feels like the same young man, still fighting to win by whatever means neccesary. But recently, he discovered a young man who is just as tough as he is. He then introduces his tag team partner, Paul Burchill. Burchill begins to speak, saying that the Smackdown roster better watch out, because whats happened to the Legion of Doom these past two weeks is just a taster of whats to come. At this, the theme of the WWE Tag Team Champions plays, and the two come charging out to the ring. They brawl with Burchill and Regal, manging to get the better of them this week, as Animal clotheslines Regal over one rope, and Heidenreich nailed Burchill with a big boot. The two then began to set up for the Doomsday Device, with Animal pulling Burchill onto his shoulders. Heidenreich began to scale the ropes, but Regal pushed him off, sending him crashing to the floor. Animal then dropped Burchill in an electric chair, before rushing out to check on Heidenreich. The two British men escaped up the ramp as Animal swore this wasn't the end of the matter, as commentators informed the viewer Christian would be taking on Super Crazy after the break. COMMERCIAL BREAKChristian def. Super Crazy:A fantastic first hour main event between two men that have always been underappreciated. The commentators noted that Theodore Long had made a handicap match for No Mercy with Booker T & Christian teaming to face the Mexicools. Booker T and his wife Sharmell were in the corner of Christian for this one, as the two former foes have united against a common enemy in the Mexicools. Christian and Super Crazy put on a great show for the fans, who lapped it all up, enjoying the great fast paced action that Christian and Super Crazy were providing. The Mexicools were at ringside and got some good heat from the fans in attendance, as they tried to throw Christian off by using such tactics as throwing tools into the ring. Eventually, Booker T got tired of them trying to cheat, and attacked 'The Juice' and Psychosis. The distraction of the attack proved to be the beginning of the end for Super Crazy, who couldn't concentrate with his two partners being attacked on the outside, and as he had his back turned, Christian nailed the Unprettier, allowing him to pick up the win. Christian rolled out and helped Booker send the Mexicools crashing over the crowd barrier with a double clothesline, before the two went back into the ring. When in the ring, Booker waited for Super Crazy to get up, and hit him with the Scissor Kick! As Crazy was laid out, Christian offered Booker his hand, with Booker looking round at the crowd to see what they thought. The crowd popped, leading Booker to take Christian's hand, and shake it, the two on the same page, as a 'Don't Try This At Home' video played, followed by commercials. COMMERCIAL BREAKMNM def. Local Competitors:Before the match began, MNM put out an open challenge for next week's edition of Smackdown, challenging any tag team who thinks they are good enough to face them next week. The match itself was incredibly one sided, and was definetly designed to try and keep MNM credible as a team without the Tag Team Championships. The contest finished when MNM double teamed one of the locals, nailing him with the Snapshot, before Mercury covered to collect the win. [/i] Following the contest, the RAW Rebound played. It lasted around 3 or 4 minutes, and highlighted this week's RAW - with Edge, Chris Masters, Kurt Angle and Carlito asking Eric Bischoff if they could be the #1 Contender to the WWE Championship after showing the damage they could do, but in the end, he decided against all of them, and chose the Big Show as the 'big challenger' for John Cena at Unforgiven. A commercial break begins after this package. COMMERCIAL BREAKMr. Ken Kennedy def. Chris Benoit:This week, Tony Chimel didn't bother introducing Mr. Kennedy, instead leaving it for himself to do. When he announced himself, he sarcastically thanked Tony Chimel for not trying to do it for him. However, as he was doing his extravagent ring announcing, the theme of Chris Benoit began to play, and the United States Champion made his way out to the ring. The match was a very entertaining one, with Benoit being a little bit stiff on the rookie kennedy, but the commentators put it over as Benoit being extra intense after his showdown with JBL last week. Benoit was a good opponent for Kennedy, who really got to show what he could do this week, with Benoit being a good opponent for him to try and improve in ring ability on. The match ran most of the time allocated, with the end coming when Benoit nailed a German Suplex, and a stray arm of Kennedy hit the ref, knocking him down. While the ref was down, JBL ran down to ringside, and hit an unexpectant Chris Benoit with his Clothesline from Hell. Kennedy capitalised on this, nailing Benoit with the Kenton Bomb while he was down to collect a shock victory over the United States Champion. Kennedy celebrated the huge win, backing up the ramp with his fists flung in the air, as JBL climbed in the ring with Benoit's United States Championship in hand. He put a foot on Benoit's chest, and raised the United States Championship above his head, as commercials began. COMMERCIAL BREAKA vignette aired of Akio and Funaki, this time doing speed training with the Female Dojo Master. Akio says that he and Funaki are ready to return to Smackdown next week! Smackdown returns from commercials with the theme of The Undertaker playing. The crowd pops for the long tenured superstar, who makes his way out slowly. After completing his grand entrance, Undertaker lowered the lights, and took a microphone from ringside. He began to speak, saying that last week, Randy Orton said some bad things about him, he called The Undertaker a coward. He said he simply reacted the same way Randy Orton has done to all the older legends he's targeted in his WWE career. He said the WWE has seen the last of 'Ace Cowboy' Bob Orton, and that his soul will now Rest in Peace. He then refers to the challenge made by Randy Orton last week, the casket match, saying many souls have challenged The Undertaker to a casket match, and many souls have fallen in this match. He accepts the challenge of Randy Orton for a casket match at No Mercy. He continues, saying that at No Mercy, it will be The Undertaker who has No Mercy, when he finally finishes this feud with Randy Orton by locking him inside the casket, with no escape. He will leave Randy Orton with no choice but to join his father, and Rest in Peace! The crowd pops, as the Undertaker's theme plays, and he walks slowly backstage, as the commentators hype the main event after the break, with Rey Mysterio taking on Batista in a non-title match! COMMERCIAL BREAKBatista vs Rey Mysterio was a No Contest:A good way to close out this week's edition of Smackdown. Rey Mysterio wanted to get his hands on Batista after last week's assault. This was the first time these two had clashed in a match, and both men made a good case for themselves being the winner of the triple threat main event at Survivor Series. Rey got a good amount of offense in on the World Heavyweight Champion, nailing many of his signature high flying moves, but also took many power moves, such as huge clotheslines, and Spinebusters from 'The Animal'. As the contest looked to be closing with Batista shaking the ropes ala The Ultimate Warrior, Eddie Guerrero stormed the ring, steel chair in hand, and nailed Batista with a shot to the head, and Rey Mysterio with a shot to the back, as the ref called for the bell. Eddie then threw Rey out of the ring, before hitting Batista with a few more chair shots, to make sure he would stay down. He then placed the chair ontop of Batista, and scaled the turnbuckle, before flying off, and hitting a huge Frog Splash on Batista. Batista held his ribs, crying out in pain. Eddie rolled out the ring, grabbed the World Heavyweight Championship, and gazed at it with a look of glee in his eye, before holding it high to close this week's edition of Smackdown. - A good opening promo from Rey Mysterio, very realistic as well. - Unsure about Kazarian winning contendership as he just debuted a couple weeks ago. - Ah, Paul Burchill. Hoping they get the gold eventually as LOD 05 was horrendous. - Christian defeating Super Crazy is good, and this allegiance between him and Booker is nice. - A victory by MNM due to jobbing is nice to put them over a little. A challenge for next week is good. - Mr. Kennedy Kennedy defeating Benoit is fantastic as it throws him into the title picture already. - A high and low 'Taker promo as some things I can picture him saying and some not. - Eddie causing the no contest was slightly predictable as he is the 3rd man in the match, hypes well too.
Good show.

-Mysterio opening SmackDown is good since Batista and Guerrero both proved why they would be World Champion. -Kazarian becoming #1 Contender is good for his career as he hasn't been around for long. -Decent promo by Regal and Burchill who make a good team. Hope you make them better than they were in real-life (not so good.) But since they got their own promo for this, I'd bet to see some big things for them. -Christian over Crazy is good as Crazy has not been too credible since ECW. -MNM over the two unknown dudes or whatever is good to build them up. -Kennedy over Benoit is HUGE for his career. That would be an awesome feud heading into Survivor Series or so. -Realistic promo with The Undertaker. Heading toward the 2 on 1 Handicap Match was solid like the real WWE. -The no contest finish was smart as it doesn't spoil any kind of grudge heading into No Mercy. Smart call for no one's momentum. -Great show; things are much like real WWE and that's great as you're staying right up there with them. Keep it up, Shifty.

- Solid "underdog" promo from Mysterio. Should be interesting to see if he does take the title at No Mercy. - Shocked to see Kazarian gain contention to the Cruiserweight title, but it's great and I really hope he wins. - Decent promo from Regal to introduce Paul Burchill. Solid stuff with them and LOD. - Good win for Christian. The handicap match for No Mercy should be good. - MNM should really be in the tag title scene soon. Them defeating locals is good. - Great win for Kennedy over Benoit. Very excited to see if Kennedy gets a title shot in the future. Whether it be against Benoit or JBL. - Good promo from Undertaker. The Casket match at No Mercy sounds solid. I can see Bob Orton coming back to help Randy win. - Kinda got the feeling Eddie would interfere since we hadn't seen him on the show yet. It's goo though. Makes for some great buildup for the Triple Threat. - SmackDown. Glad to see you found something to stick with and I promise I will try to keep up with this as much as I can.

I have been meaning to follow this more, but I do get sidetracked at times and miss over diaries. I always thought the FBI could be a decent tag team and can easily be Tag Team Champions if you want them to be. It is funny seeing Randy Orton defeat Bob Holly on Velocity, because he would soon be one of the top stars for the company. I really like the way you are building up Rey Mysterio. Honestly, this is a time that I could take him winning the Heavyweight Championship seriously, so it will be interesting if you pursue that option. Kazarian was someone that the WWE really screwed up on in real life, and I am happy that you are not making the same mistakes. Although he is still pretty green at this time, he has all the tools to be a star. I love Vito attacking Kazarian for Nunzio, as it actually starts giving the match a decent build. I love that you brought in Burchill as I always thought he was a talented individual. I hated this reincarnation of LOD, so I hope to see them lose the titles and disband soon. Christian versus Super Crazy would be a decent contest, but I am more interested to see what is going on with this Christian and Booker T alliance. I always loved MNM. I thought they were gold when they came in, and they should be a top contender for the tag titles rather quickly. Ken Kennedy was someone I watched rather closely at this time, and Beniot still has all the makings to be a World Champion. Both men can do a lot for the brand if you allow it. Speaking of potential main eventers, JBL is still golden at this time and deserves to climb back up the ladder towards a title run. The Undertaker promo was realistic, and I always loved the Orton/Undertaker feud, so I am excited to see how you can alter it to make it better than it was in real life. Their casket match was fun, and I hope to see it remain that way in this diary. Eddie Guerrero could be a monster heel at this time, and I would love to see it happen that way. The no contest to end the Batista-Rey Mysterio match was the right call. Smackdown has so much potential at this time, but I am curious to see if you can extract it all. Besides the show being a little short, I have no true complaints as you have this time period down well.

September 12th, 2005. | Little Rock, AR.The broadcast begins with the video package shown in the 'RAW Rebound' last week on Smackdown, showing the many candidates for the #1 Contendership making a statement as to why they should challenge John Cena at Unforgiven, but ultimately all of them were turned down, and Eric Bischoff chose The Big Show instead. After the video finishes, the usual RAW opening video set to 'Across the Nation' by the Union Underground plays, followed by the pyrotechnics display, as JR and Jerry Lawler welcomed the fans to Monday Night RAW! The theme of the WWE Champion John Cena then played, as the fans gave him his mixed reaction, and he made his way out into the arena, holding the WWE Championship up high. He went to the ring, grabbed a microphone, and with the crowd anticipating what he had to say, began to speak. He said that last week, he realised that Eric Bischoff really was serious when he said there was going to be a big challenger, he really was serious! He chuckled to himself, saying that since becoming WWE Champion, he's fended off an array of different challengers, all of which said they could definetly beat him. He said he knows The Big Show well, and he doesn't fear him. He reminds the crowd that at Wrestlemania XX, he defeated The Big Show to win the United States Championship. He carries on, saying that he was the underdog then, and even though he's the WWE Champion now, some people will still see him as the underdog simply because of the sheer size of The Big Show. He finishes by saying at Unforgiven, he's going to prove the saying's true: That it isn't the size of the dog in fight, but its the size of the fight in the dog that counts. He then drops his microphone, raises his WWE Championship, and begins to walk backstage, but the theme of Eric Bischoff plays. Bischoff says tonight, Cena gets a chance to prove that what he just said is true, when he takes on Snitsky in tonight's main event! Cena looks at Bischoff from the bottom of the ramp, as Bischoff smiles to himself, walking backstage, as a commercial comes in. COMMERCIAL BREAKVictoria def. Michelle McCool:An okay opening contest, as another former Diva Search Contestant in Michelle McCool stepped up to face the 'Anti-Diva' Victoria. Victoria dominated McCool, once again aserting herself as RAW's dominant diva, though she wouldn't call herself that. The contest came to a close after Victoria had been beating McCool down for around for 4 or 5 minutes with no comeback attempts from the former school teacher, which led to Victoria then decided to finish it, hitting McCool with the Widow's Peak to take the win. Victoria celebrated the victory over yet another one of what she describes as 'divas', by raising her fists in the air. She then began to make her way up the ramp, but as she did, the theme of Ashley played, and the 2005 Diva Search Winner charged out from the back and took her down with a huge tackle. She unloaded lefts and rights onto Victoria, who was took down by the surprise of Ashley's attack. Ashley was pulled off by referees who had come out from the back, as the crowd cheered her getting 'one-up' on her tormentor, the Anti-Diva, Victoria. Backstage, Brent Albright is seen inside Eric Bischoff's office. Bischoff says he recognises him, to which Albright smiles, but the smile turns to a frown when Bischoff says he knows Albright was the person Kurt Angle beat up last week. Albright says thats what he's here about, saying since Kurt Angle wants to make an example out of him on live television, he wants to do it back live on PPV, specifically, Unforgiven. Bischoff says he likes Albright's fire, and says that as long as he signs a RAW Brand contract right now, he'd be more than happy to make the match. Albright smiles, saying 'Where do I sign', as a commercial comes in. COMMERCIAL BREAKKerwin White's theme played as RAW returned from the break. He made his way out to the ring with a microphone in his hand as he drives his golf cart. He climbs out and begins to speak, saying that for so long, he was proud of being a failure. Happy to coast along, with his career going nowhere fast. But now he has denounced what he once was, his career has took off. He's booked on Pay Per View, getting time to tell everybody what he thought. And why is all this happening to him? Because he's white of course! He tells the WWE fans to think through the history books. He says every great man was a white man. The United States has never had a coloured president. Even in the WWE, the white man has always been more successful. All the icons of days gone by - Bruno Sammartino, Hulk Hogan, Bret Hart, Steve Austin - All of them were white guys. And then he questions why people wonder why he denounced his Mexican heritage? He says all he ever wanted was to get ahead, and be a success story, and now he's a white guy, he's getting that chance. White's theme plays, and he begins to climb in his golf cart, but Shelton Benjamin jumps out from behind it, taking him off his feet with a huge clothesline. Shelton waited for Kerwin to get up again, before hitting him with another clothesline, sending him tumbling over the barricade. Shelton's theme then played, as he left the arena pleased with getting some payback on Kerwin. COMMERCIAL BREAKKurt Angle def. Ric Flair via DQ:A solid first hour main event here, as Angle put on a good contest with the 'Nature Boy' Ric Flair. Flair battled resilently against Angle, working his legs in preparation for the Figure Four Leglock, but he was completely outwrestled by the Olympic Gold Medalist. Angle nailed Flair with several German Suplexes, before lifting him up and planting him with the Angle Slam. He then pulled his straps down, and locked in the Angle Lock, Flair desperately trying to claw his way to the ropes. As it looked like Flair was going to have to tap, Brent Albright slid into the ring behind Kurt Angle, with a steel chair in his hands. He whacked Angle on the back of the head, taking him down, as the referee called for the bell. Albright then grabbed the arm of Angle, and locked him into a High Angle Armbar, that he calls the 'Crowbar'. Angle cried out in pain, tapping frantically. Albright held onto the submission for a while longer, before releasing the hold. Albright then grabbed a microphone, and asked Angle 'How does it feel to have your arm snapped like that?'. He then dropped the microphone, as Angle used the ropes to help himself up, and a commercial break came in. COMMERCIAL BREAKRAW returned from the break, with Edge's theme playing. The 'Rated R Superstar' makes his way out towards the ring, with his girlfriend Lita. The two kiss on the stage, before walking down to the together. Edge then grabs a microphone, and begins laughing into it. He says that everybody in this arena tonight is an idiot for feeling bad for Matt Hardy. He is, and always has been, and will be, a loser. He says that even back when he and Christian were competing against the Hardy's in various matches for the Tag Team Championships, it was always Jeff winning singles gold, never Matt. Its always been Jeff who had the fans support, its Jeff who's challenged for the WWE Championship, not him. He then points to the ceiling, where the steel cage is hanging. He says that come Unforgiven, he's going to prove once more that Matt Hardy is a loser, and that Matt Hardy should have stayed away from the WWE, because losers don't belong here. Matt's theme then plays through the arena, Edge looking up at the stage, anticipating him making his way out. Matt instead jumped Edge from behind, having come through the crowd, taking him down. Lita quickly jumped out of the ring, and grabbed a steel chair, before coming in to assist Edge by hitting Matt Hardy with it, but Matt took the chair off her, and pushed her out of the ring. He then called for the steel cage to be brought down, and as it descended, Hardy battered Edge with the steel chair. When the cage had come down fully, Matt used it as a weapon against Edge, banging his head off of it, grinding his face across it, and throwing Edge on the ground, and squashing his face against the cage walls. Edge tried to pull himself to his feet, using the cage as leverage, but as he did, Matt swung the chair at his head, hitting him, and leaving him knocked out on the side of the ring. Matt then left the cage, with Lita distressed by what she'd just seen. Matt threw his V1 hand into the air, as the crowd popped, and his theme played as another commercial break began. COMMERCIAL BREAKMasked Men def. Local Competitors:This match was designed to put the Masked Men over as a threat in the ring. The match also showed the difference in the height of the masked men, with one being around 5'10, the other 6'2 or there abouts. The Masked Men dominated the contest, beating down on the two local competitors for around 4 minutes, before finishing the contest with a double team move, where the larger man lifted the local by his legs, and the smaller one hit a diving leg drop on his chest. The smaller man then covered the local for the victory. Brian Black then climbed in the ring, and raised the hands of both men as a generic theme played. Black then began to speak, saying in two weeks at Unforgiven, those overgrown children The Hurricane & Rosey will be beaten for the World Tag Team Championships. Black then passes steel pipes to the two masked men, but The Hurricane and Rosey's theme plays, and the two run down to the ring. The Masked Men and Brian Black quickly run away, through the crowd, as The Hurricane and Rosey challenge them to come back. The SmackDown LoDown then plays. It highlights the end of SmackDown, with Eddie Guerrero beating both Batista and Rey Mysterio with a steel chair, before hitting a Frog Splash on Batista was covered by the steel chair. After the package finishes, a commercial break comes in. COMMERCIAL BREAKCarlito's theme song plays as RAW returns from the commercial break. He makes his way out to the ring with his Intercontinental Championship over his shoulder, and an apple in his hand. He puts the apple down in the corner as he grabs a mirchophone from ringside. He says for the last three weeks, he has proven Shawn Michaels is the past. He has gotten the better of this apparent 'future Hall of Famer' time and time again, with no comeback from Michaels. He says when he and Shawn first came to blows three weeks ago, he warned him that he should've stayed gone, and that he will use him as a Stepping Stone to greatness. Carlito says he isn't a liar like Shawn Michaels, and that he will be true to his word, and defeat Shawn at Unforgiven. Shawn Michaels' theme then plays, and he makes his way out to the ring. Shawn reminds Carlito that within a few months of him returning from a four year hiatus, he won an Elimination Chamber match, for the World Heavyweight Championship. Since then, he has main evented countless PPV's, including Wrestlemania, and stole the show more times than Carlito can EVER hope to. He's far from old news, and the past, because HBK is just as much the present as a punk like Carlito. Carlito says its cool that HBK has an opinion, but its not cool that its one thats wrong. He then nails Michaels with the Intercontinental Championship, sending him crashing to the mat. He looks over at his apple, and grabs it. As Michaels, begins to get to his feet, he takes a bite, and begins to chew. Michaels is now on his feet, and Carlito prepares to spit, but Michaels nails him with Sweet Chin Music, sending chunks of apple flying everywhere! Michaels then grabs his microphone, and says 'Kicking your teeth down your throat... Now Carlito, that's cool.' He smiles as the crowd pops, and the final commercial break begins. COMMERCIAL BREAKJohn Cena def. Snitsky:A decent main event to close out this edition of RAW. There wasn't much time left on the broadcast, so the match was kept short, with Snitsky dominating early on. The tide's turned around 3 or 4 minutes into the match, as Cena began to hit his signature moves. He hit a huge shoulderblock on Snitsky to send him toppling into the ropes, before ducking a clothesline attempt, and nailing the Protobomb. Cena then hit the 'Five Knuckle Shuffle' on Snitsky, before waitng for him to get to his feet. When he did, Cena lifted him up, before slamming him down to the mat with the FU, before pinning for the three count. Cena's theme plays as the referee hands him his WWE Championship. He raises it as the crowd cheers, and boo's, and he heads up the ramp. As he gets to the stage, he again raises the championship, and begins to walk through the curtain, but he comes flying back out, falling onto the stage. The Big Show then steps through the curtain as the fans boo. He grabs the fallen WWE Champion by the neck, pulls him to his feet, before chokeslamming him onto the stage. He then looks down at Cena, and grabs the WWE Championship, and raises it high, giving out a warcry as he does, with RAW closing with Big Show holding the WWE Championship over the body of the champion, John Cena. -Good promo to get things going saying Cena's the underdog. Hope he does prove it though. Cena/Snitsky should be good. -Victoria over Michelle McCool is a good call. Hope that Ashley wins though. She's yet to prove herself as diva search winner. -Brett Albright's contract signing thing was fine. I hope he does well in the company. -White's promo was fine. Don't care too much for his prejudice gimmick. None the less, Shelton beat Kerwin hopefully at Unforgiven. -Kurt Angle over Flair via DQ was nice. Wow. Some deja vu from a few weeks ago. It'd really help Albright's career to shock Angle like Cena did in his first couple of matches though he lost his debut. -Fine way to help the the Masked Men look credible beating the two jobbers. So they look kind of strong over the weaklings. Good to add to their W/L record. -Great promo. I love that HBK gave Carlito the Sweet Chin Music and I think it'll be a classic for Unforgiven. -Cena over Snitsky is a solid way to gain some momentum for him tonight on RAW. Show standing tall also gives him some momentum too. -Good RAW; can't wait for Unforgiven.

September 15th, 2005. | Little Rock, AR.After the opening video and pyro finishes, the theme of Eddie Guerrero plays. He makes his way out to a shower of heavy boo's, as he makes his way out towards the ring. He climbs into the ring, and gets some heat from the crowd as he prepares to speak. He says last week was fun for him, because for the first time in around nine months, he was taken seriously, and people realised he was the only true World Heavyweight Champion on Smackdown. He says people need to forget about Rey Mysterio, because he'll never be World Champion, and that as for the 'Animal' Batista, lets say that the Animal is tamed, and caged. The theme of World Heavyweight Champion Batista plays, as he makes his way out towards the ring. He says that if Eddie is so damn certain that the Animal is caged, then why not take him on tonight! The crowd pops, as Eddie says that Batista's got a nice suggestion there, but he thinks he's going to have to turn down such a great offer. Guerrero begins to walk away, but Batista taunts him, calling him chicken, and saying that he's only someone who thinks he can be World Heavyweight Champion when he's holding a steel chair. Guerrero continues to ignore him as he walks up the ramp, but Batista then reminds Eddie that Guerrero in English means 'Warrior'. Eddie turns around, as Batista mocks him, saying 'Some warrior you are, huh Eddie?' Eddie has now had enough of Batista, and to shut him up, says enough, and accepts his challenge for tonights main event! The two stare down, Eddie on the stage, Batista in the ring, as Smackdown's first part ends. COMMERCIAL BREAKKazarian def. Vito:Kazarian has really begun to get over with the crowd in his fast ascent to the top of the Cruiserweight Division, and tonight's bout was no different, as the crowd was firmly behind him. He battled against Vito, the man who attacked him after his match last week, and was doing well against bodyguard of the Cruiserweight Champion, Nunzio. As the match looked to be coming to a close, Kazarian looked to have the victory in his grasp, but Nunzio slid the Cruiserweight Championship into the ring. He then climbed on the apron, and tried to distract the referee, Nick Patrick, who was having none of it, and told him to get down or get out of the arena. Unfortunately tonight Patrick's no nonsense approach meant that Vito was caught in the act of hitting Kazarian with the Cruiserweight Championship, thus getting himself disqualified. Not bothered by the matches outcome, Nunzio instructed Vito to hold Kazarian down, while he climbed to the top rope. He then flew off the top rope, hitting Kazarian with his 'Sicilian Slice' Leg Drop. He then brushed himself off in a gesture to Kazarian, before being handed the Cruiserweight Championship by Vito, which he raised high as he stood over Kazarian's body, a commercial break starting up. COMMERCIAL BREAKBackstage, Christian is seen getting a coffee from the machine. As he is making it, he is jumped from behind by Juventud, who has a steel chair in his hands. Juventud lays into Christian with several chair shots before lifting Christian, who is bloodied, up. He aims Christian at the wall, but security, as well as SmackDown! General Manager Theodore Long, come and stop the attack. Long orders someone to go and get a medic, as well as telling the security to throw Juventud out of the arena, which they do, before camera's return to the arena. England's Elite def. Brian Kendrick & Paul London: A solid contest here between to great new teams who are looking to make a splash in the SmackDown! tag team division. The two Englishmen Burchill and Regal, who were announced as England's Elite, dominated the contest, though this is more than likely because of the upcoming WWE Tag Team Championship match they have at No Mercy with the Legion of Doom, as announced by the commentators. The contest came to a close when Regal hit his Knee Trembler on London, who fell, unfortunately, into the path of Paul Burchill, who grabbed the arm of London, and snapped it back in his Royal Mutilation submission, forcing London to submit. Following the contest, the two Englishmen signalled to LOD that they were going to beat them for the WWE Tag Team Championships at No Mercy, as a commercial break came in. COMMERCIAL BREAKPsicosis def. Booker T:A match that saw the odd's stacked against Booker T, following his partner Christian took out earlier in the night by Juventud. Super Crazy was still in the corner of his buddy, Psicosis, and he really affected the outcome of the match. As the match was progressing, and Booker managing to get the better of Psicosis, Super Crazy motioned to Psicosis to come towards him. He handed him a gardening trowel, before jumping up on the apron, distracting the referee. Sharmell came round to his side of the ring, and tried to pull Super Crazy off the apron, only distracting the referee more. While the ref's back was turned, Booker went to lift Psicosis off the mat, but recieved a shot to the head from the trowel for his troubles. Psicosis then hit his Guillotine Leg Drop, before covering Booker for the victory. The Mexicools quickly jumped on thier 'Juan Deere' Lawnmower, and drove up the ramp, as Sharmell, filled with rage, tossed thier utensils at them, and her shoes! She then got in the ring, and tended to her husband Booker T as he came around, and a commercial break started. COMMERCIAL BREAKSmackdown returns with the theme of MNM playing. The trio makes thier way out to the ring, as paparazzi try and get a photo of them. When they get to the ring, and Melina finishes her splits display, Mercury grabs a microphone. He says last week, they set out an open challenge to any team who felt they were good enough to beat MNM. Nitro then speaks, saying tonight, they await an answer. The two take thier coats off, waiting for a team, before Funaki's theme plays, and he and Akio make thier way out with the mysterious female dojo master. Akio & Funaki def. MNM:Mercury and Nitro were laughing as Akio and Funaki made thier way towards the ring, thinking this was a big joke, but they weren't laughing at the end of the contest. Akio and Funaki had matching white trousers on, and were both sporting white wrist tape, and thier three week traning regime with the mysterious female dojo master seems to have worked wonders for them. After Nitro misjudged a Superkick, and was sent crashing over the ropes, Mercury was left on his own with the two cruiserweights. He went for a clothesline on Akio, only to miss, and be nailed with standing enziguri, which dizzied him, and as he turned, he fell into the path of Funaki, who hit the Rising Sun to take the shock victory for him and Akio. Akio and Funaki rolled out of the ring, and backed up the ramp with the female dojo master, as Melina sat in the ring, crying out that this outcome wasn't right, as Nitro tried to comfort her. The RAW Rebound then played, highlighing John Cena's match against, Snitsky, and the aftermath which saw Big Show chokeslam Cena on the stage to close RAW. The package was followed by a commercial break. COMMERCIAL BREAKJBL def. Hardcore Holly:Quite a stiff match between these two veterans, with the offense being given and took seeming a lot more painful than usual. The United States Champion Chris Benoit was on commentary for this bout, and perhaps his presence threw JBL off his game a bit, because Holly was able to get in a lot more offense than he usually would. The contest came to a finish when JBL avoided a dropkick attempt from Holly, to nail him with the Clothesline from Hell when he got to his feet, before covering to take the win. JBL celebrated his victory by raising his arms in the air, as Chris Benoit applauded his effort, as he walked towards the ring. He climbed into the ring, and walked towards JBL, saying 'That's how you win a match!' before offering him his hand. JBL shook Benoit's hand, before the champion walked away, leaving JBL to bask in his victory. A "Don't Try This At Home" video played afterwards, before commercials began. COMMERCIAL BREAKRandy Orton def. Kamala:This match was set up by Randy Orton as a way of him proving he could beat the people Undertaker has beaten in casket matches. The crowd was pleased to see Kamala, but unfortunately for him, this bout was all Randy Orton. As the match went on, the 'Ugandan Giant' found the match was beyond him, as Orton just continued to dominate him with punishing offense. Orton eventually tired of beating down the early 90's legend, and closed the bout with his RKO. After the match finished, Orton grabbed a microphone, and instructed some stagehands to bring out a casket. They complied with his wish, and placed it at the side of the ring closest to the stage. Orton went out of the ring to open it, and as he did, an arm shot up and grabbed him by the neck. It was The Undertaker! Taker climbed out of the casket, and squeezed hard on Orton, before lifting him up, and hitting a chokeslam on him onto the canvas. He then rolled his eyes back into his head as he raised an arm into the air, and the lights fell dark in the arena as the night's final commercial break began. COMMERCIAL BREAKBatista def. Eddie Guerrero:A pretty good main event to close out this week's edition of SmackDown! Batista was definetly out for revenge as he battled the darker than ever Eddie Guerrero. Guerrero used his lucha skills to try and out pace Batista, but that method was thrown out of the window when the champion and challenger began to brawl at ringside. The two were fighting, but Batista managed to hit a huge clothesline on the outside to Eddie, laying him out. He then stripped the announce table, grabbed him in powerbomb position, yelled 'This is for last week!' before nailing him with a huge Batista Bomb! The count was at 8, and Batista rolled into the ring, just in time to collect the win in this week's main event. Batista was handed his World Heavyweight Championship as his theme played. He pointed down at Eddie, and warned him he wouldn't be taking the World Heavyweight Championship away from him. As he did this, the crowd popped, as Rey Mysterio had come in the ring. Batista turned around, saw him, and swung at him with a Clothesline, but Rey ducked, and hit Batista with a dropkick, sending him crashing into the middle rope. Rey then launched himself at the ropes, bouncing off before nailing the World Heavyweight Champion with a 619! He then grabbed the World Heavyweight Championship, looked at it, before raising it up as his theme played, and Smackdown ended. WORLD WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT 2005 ©

-Two shows in one day, Shifty. Great job. You were in the zone today. I tend to do that alot. -Decent promo to get us started with the whole "warrior" speech. Eddie Guerrero/Batista happened in real life at No Mercy so I'm excited to see the result. -Happy that Kaz went over Vito. Kaz is much better and Vito is just, weird. -I consider Booker losing to Psicosis a huge shocker since he is the five-time, five-time, I really don't feel like writing it over and over again. You get the point but I like it since Christian attacked Booker. -I'm liking England's Elite. I think they could become WWE Tag Team Champions in like a Triple Threat Tag Match involving a face team like Londrick. Good call. -Akio and Funaki over MNM is a fine way to cool them off after the huge main event win from a few weeks ago or last week over Mysterio and Batista. -JBL over Holly would be a decent matchup but JBL is better. So good call. -Orton over Kamala is a solid call to get him all filled with momentum for No Mercy. -Solid main event and Batista winning is a nice way to end the show with some revenge and making him look strong since he is champion. I liked how all the superstars in the Triple Threat got to hold the title high. Wonder who will hold the title high to confirm a new champion. -Good show, Shifty. Looking forward to both PPVs and happy to see a good diary for you.
