3/1/99 DETAILS ON NEW SHOW; SUPERSTAR CALLED BACK UP FROM CAMP; TWO NEW SIGNINGS
-We can confirm a new two hour show will be debuting after WrestleMania XV. It will be taped on April 27th, and aired on tape delay on April 29th. The name of the show seems to be SmackDown!, perhaps after the Rock's popular catchphrase. The Rock is apparently one of the favorites in the back and he is expected to be main eventing his own pay-per-views after WrestleMania. Stars being advertised for this show as of now are among Stone Cold Steve Austin. WWF Champion the Undertaker, the Rock, Mankind, Kane, WWF Intercontinental Champion Val Venis, Triple H, and the Big Show. The main event is advertised as a WWF Championship bout. Card subject to change.
-We reported last month WWF signed Eiji Ezaki, otherwise known as Hayabusa for the Light Heavyweight Championship. (Weight limit was recently bumped up to 225 lbs) Another signing this week was ECW wrestler Yoshihiro Tajiri. There is a lot of excitement about the talent coming in for the Light Heavyweight Championship, as the WWF wants to have a strong divisions for their championships. We should be seeing more signings for these division as the year goes on.
-A new signing for the Hardcore division is Terry Gerin, otherwise known as Rhino. His name seems to be changed from "Rhino" to "Rhyno" as he makes his way to the WWF. He is expected to debut within a month after WrestleMania, right after the new Light Heavyweights come in.
-Rikishi Phatu, having wrestled in the WWF under the names Fatu and the Sultan before being sent off TV to get more training, has also been called up to the main roster again.

WWF @ Cleveland, OH - Gund Arena - March 1, 1999 A video recapped the events of RAW is WAR last week. It started off with Stone Cold calling out the Big Boss Man and WWF Champion Undertaker to the ring at the top of the show. He is only met by Mr. McMahon, who informs Stone Cold he'll have to team with Vader tonight to take on the Big Show and Undertaker in the main event. In the main event later on in the night, all hell broke loose and the referee had to call for the bell as Vader speared the Big Show through the barricade! Austin and Undertaker brawled in the ring until the number one contender whacked him with a steel chair and dropped him with the Stunner! He went after Mr. McMahon, but Vince retreated and grabbed a microphone. He told Austin he couldn't lay a finger on him until or during WrestleMania, or he'll be fired! Austin had no time to react as he got levelled with a Clothesline from Bradshaw, 'Taker looking on in approval.
The pyrotechnics blast off and the commentary duo of Jim Ross and Jerry the “King” Lawler welcome us to RAW is WAR, and WrestleMania is creeping up on us! They say we will have two championship matches tonight, as the Acolytes defend the titles against the Hardy Brothers and Val Venis defends the Intercontinental Championship against Rob Van Dam! They also mention we will hear from Stone Cold Steve Austin regarding the events of last week's RAW and last night's HeAT. The theme of the Brood hits to a solid pop from the Cleveland crowd as they make their way out to ringside, wanting to watch the next match.
WWF Tag Team Championships: The Acolytes(c)(w/The Jackyl) def. The Hardy Brothers: The Ministry started off the night well as the Acolytes got revenge from last week, Faarooq pinning Matt after a double Powerbomb.
Following the match, the Brood shook their heads and left the ringside area. The Jackyl grabbed a microphone as the Acolytes stood behind him with their WWF Tag Team Championships still in tact. He said Rock and Mankind got a fluke win over his men last night on HeAT, and the Acolytes will be avenged. He says they will have to deal with them later, because everyone has been talking about how the Ministry “ran away” from Stone Cold last night. He assures them the Undertaker has bigger plans from Stone Cold, and we will see him take action later tonight! Jackyl smirks, but he is cut off by the Rock's theme. The crowd explodes as the Rock 'N' Sock Connection made their way out. Rock told Jackyl he wanted to make one thing clear; their candy asses now belonged to the Rock and Mick Foley! He challenged the Jackyl to have the Acolytes face the two of them next week on RAW is WAR, and if they can find their balls in time they'll put the tag titles on the line! Jackyl declined and told them they didn't deserve a title match. Mankind said if they weren't man enough to meet them in the ring, then how about they meet them in the parking lot later tonight for a real fight? If you smellllllll what the Rock 'N' Sock is cookin'! Rock told Foley to stop that as they left, will the Acolytes meet them tonight in the parking lot?
Break
Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler talked about the Rock 'N' Sock Connection's challenge to the Acolytes and wondered whether or not they'd fight them later tonight. Meanwhile, Stone Cold's music played and the audience went nuts, the “Texas Rattlesnake” storming to the ring. He took a microphone and said the Jackyl can make any crap up he wants, but the fact is the Ministry walked away from a fight last night. He said they can run all they want, but he will find them and he will open up a can of whoop ass and each and every single one of those sorry sons of bitches! The fans applauded and Austin continued, saying he's not scared of what the Undertaker has planned for him tonight. He says 'Taker and McMahon have thrown everything at him for the past two weeks, yet nothing can keep ol' Stone Cold Steve Austin down and from the winning the WWF Championship at WrestleMania! He called 'Taker out the ring right now, only for the theme of D-Generation X to hit. The crowd boo violently as Hunter, Waltman, and Chyna make their way out to the ring. Triple H talked about how him and Austin still have some unsettled business from January Fourth, the night Austin cost him the Intercontinental Championship. He says after they took out the Outlaws last week, it's the perfect opportunity for them to settle this tonight. Stone Cold told Triple H he's in a pretty bad mood, so he'd like nothing more than to kick his ass all over Cleveland tonight. The two come face to face in the center of the ring when “No Chance in Hell” plays. McMahon and Boss Man come out to the stage, Vince saying he likes what he sees. He makes the match official for tonight's main event, and assures Triple H he has banned the Outlaws from the arena so they do not assault DX tonight. The fans boo as McMahon continues on, saying he just wants to make the match bigger for tonight. He wants to give everyone, and Stone Cold, a little taste of WrestleMania tonight, so he's appointing himself the Special Guest Referee! Austin clearly isn't amused when Waltman remarks, “If you're not down with that, we got two words for you. SUCK IT!” DX leave the ring and head backstage as McMahon laughs at Austin. What a huge main event we have for tonight!
Break
We come back to see a replay of Mr. McMahon announcing tonight's main event. A graphic appears on the screen, confirming Triple H versus Stone Cold Steve Austin with Mr. McMahon as the special guest ref!
Chris Jericho def. Andrew Martin: The commentators noted Andrew Martin's recent losing streak ever since losing to D-Lo Brown in a European Championship match back in January. Jericho actually made Martin tap tonight with the Walls of Jericho.
Chris Jericho grabbed a microphone after being announced the winner. He gloated about his victory, saying it's just another win for “Y2J.” He changes the topic and says for about a month now he's been tormenting Owen Hart ever since he slapped a restraining order on him. He says Owen Hart has spent a month thinking solely about him, but Chris Jericho is used to everybody thinking about him! Jericho says he's starting to get bored with Owen, and he already beat him at the Royal Rumble, so he wants to call him out. He mentions there's no security in sight, just the two of them. Owen makes his way to a warm reception from the crowd, and Jericho eggs him on to face him. As he gets to the bottom of the ramp, however, a wall of security step out and block him from entering the ring. Jericho laughs in the ring and calls Owen a fool before celebrating his victory some more, Owen steaming on the outside.
Backstage the Hardy Brothers are shown trying to recover from the loss of the biggest match in their careers. Jeff tells Matt, “We'll get them next time.” Matt nods and agrees when the Brood confronts them, much like last week. Jeff tells them they're not in the mood tonight, but Gangrel just wants to congratulate them on a valiant effort. Christian says they just need to accept that he and Edge are the next tag team champions. Matt calls them “weird Gothic freaks” and says him and Jeff are the next tag team champions. Edge says they are who they are, dares them to prove why they'd be the next tag team champions. The teams have a tense stare down before the Hardys leave, clearly these two teams want nothing more than a shot at the tag titles!
Break
In the Corporate locker room Mr. McMahon is shown talking to the Corporation when the Undertaker and Paul Bearer walk in. “Finally, I have a lot of question for you. Where the hell has Kane been for the past two weeks? What are you planning for Austin? Don't you know how to knock?” Undertaker tells him to shut up and says he hasn't seen Kane for two weeks either. Vince asks Paul, and Paul tells him he hasn't spoken to Kane in weeks either. Vince asks Shane and Boss Man to find Kane before re-asking 'Taker about Austin. Undertaker tells him just to wait and see, because tonight he's starting Austin's tour of hell. He smirks and leaves with Bearer as we go back live to the arena.
Hardcore Match; Steve Blackman def. Bob Holly: Steve Blackman made an open challenge for a Hardcore match tonight. It was accepted by Bob Holly, who wanted to throw his name in the Hardcore Division. Unfortunately for him, Blackman punished him with a Kendo Stick and took him down with the Lethal Kick.
The “Lethal Weapon” celebrated his victory until he noticed the Jackyl and Hardcore Champion Al Snow watching from the stage. Blackman pointed to Jackyl and yelled, “I'M GOING TO GET HIM BACK!”
Backstage Ken Shamrock was shown in the locker room when eventually the Intercontinental Champion, Val Venis, walked in. He confronted Shamrock, saying he thought they may not like each other, but they were supposed to have each other's backs when it came to the Corporation, and he was nowhere to be seen when the Mean Street Posse and RVD were kicking his ass on HeAT. Shamrock told Val he was a little busy and he couldn't be there because he was with his sister. He warns Val he just needs to be worried about his Intercontinental Championship, because he's coming for it. Ken storms out of the room, leaving Val behind. After a few moments pass by, a woman walks into the room. Val asks her what her name is and she says, “My name's Ryan. Have you seen my brother, Ken? I've been looking for him all night.” A smirk grows on Val's face as RAW is WAR heads to a break.
Break
JR and the King take us back to HeAT last night where Val Venis was assaulted by the Mean Street Posse during his match with Rob Van Dam. RVD then hitting the Five Star Frog Splash and posed with the Intercontinental Championship. Back in the arena Val Venis made his entrance, but with Ryan Shamrock accompanying him! The two talked the entire time, as they had clearly hit it off backstage.
Intercontinental Championship; Val Venis(w/Ryan Shamrock) def. Rob Van Dam(w/Jeff Jarrett & Debra): Debra tried to interfere in this match, but she was stopped by Ryan Shamrock! This distracted both RVD and Jeff Jarrett, allowing Val to take Van Dam down and hit the Money Shot.
The fans approved as Val Venis was handed the Intercontinental Championship, Val finally defeating Van Dam here tonight on RAW is WAR. Jarrett tended to his girlfriend and he was still pissed off, Val still getting one over the Corporation and “Double J” tonight. Ryan Shamrock joined Val in the ring and celebrated with him. Suddenly, Ken Shamrock bolted down to the ring and shoved Val to the ground. “I told you to stay away from my sister!” Ken took Ryan by the hand and left with her, Val smirking the entire time from the ring.
Backstage Jacqueline was shown with her Woman's Championship talking to Luna Vachon about her plan to rid Sable of the WWF. What does Jacqueline have in-store for Sable tonight?
Break
Returning back to the show, Jim Ross hypes up that he has huge news. Another match has been added to WrestleMania as Val Venis will have to defend his Intercontinental Championship in a Fatal Four Way against Rob Van Dam, Jeff Jarrett, and Ken Shamrock! The commentators talk about what we just saw between Val Venis and the Shamrocks as the Big Show makes his way out to the ring. He takes a microphone and says two weeks ago Vader cost him his WrestleMania main event, and then he put him through the barricade last week. He said he's going to end Vader tonight and calls him out to the ring. Vader makes his way out and challenges Show to a match, and he accepts! The fans pop as we got a huge impromptu match!
Vader versus the Big Show ends in a Double Count-Out: The ring couldn't contain these two behemoths and they ended up brawling on the outside. The ignored the referee's count and they were bout counted out.
After the bell rung the two continued to slug at it until the Big Show tossed him into the ring post. Vader was down as Show turned to the announcers table, ripping it apart. JR and the King quickly got away as Show picked up Vader and dragged him towards the table. He picked him up by the throat and lifted a helpless Vader up, driving him through the table with a Chokeslam! Show stands tall over Vader, showing no emotion as he just walks away from the carnage. This is a Big Show hell bent on destruction!
The Rock and Mankind were shown in the parking lot, waiting for the Acolytes. Rock looked into the camera and told them their time was up, and now is the time for their roody poo candy asses to man up and face them! RAW heads to a break as Rock and Mankind await their rivals.
Break
As RAW came back on the air, the Rock 'N' Sock Connection and the Acolytes were already shown fighting in the parking lot! Mankind and Bradshaw went at it and Rock and Faarooq fought away from them. Throughout the brawl Rock talked trash to the Acolytes, such as when he threw Bradshaw into a car headlight he told him, “You have the brain of a deer and now you look like a deer caught in the headlights you stupid piece of trash!” Mankind used various objects in the parking lot to fight the Acolytes, such as two by fours and garbage cans. Eventually the Acolytes were able to take Rock down and they began to double team Mankind. They did a beat down on him and attempted to Powerbomb him onto a hood of a car, but Rock saved his partner at the last second. Rock throws Bradshaw into the grill of one car and Foley puts Faarooq throw the windshield of another! Rock and Mankind leave the scene, having defeated the Acolytes.
European Champion D-Lo Brown made his entrance, cockily strutting down the ramp with his title high in the air. He took a microphone and said for weeks someone's been leaving him messages about his “return.” D-Lo says he isn't afraid of nobody, so that chump better recognize he is the greatest European Champion of all time, and nobody can beat him for his title. The European Champ raises his title high in the air as Rey Mysterio made his entrance.
Non-title; European Champion D-Lo Brown(w/Mark Henry) def. Rey Mysterio: During the bout, Mark Henry joined the commentary team so he could give a message to Ivory, asking her to meet him next week on RAW. Even though Mark was thinking about Ivory, a distraction from Too Much allowed D-Lo to beat Mysterio tonight.
Too Much reminded everyone they're just taking “their TV time” before leaving. D-Lo climbed to the top rope and hoisted his European Championship in the air. Suddenly, the lights dimmed in the arena and another message appeared on the titantron. “He's coming back. Remember the name.” D-Lo looked on confused, once again holding his championship a little bit tighter.
Backstage the Big Boss Man and Shane McMahon were plotting what to do about Kane in the Corporate locker room. Boss Man tells Shane he will find Kane and he will deal with him when Steve Regal walked in. Regal said Shane wanted to see him, and Shane agreed. He tells Regal he says a lot of potential in him and he wants to offer him a spot in the Corporation, but he needs to earn it. Regal is interested and Shane tells him the Dudley Boyz, two people he knows very well, have been causing a lot of trouble for him. He says he wants them taken care of, so Regal well get to team with Boss Man tonight against them in a tables match! Regal nods and tells Shane he won't let him down before leaving with Boss Man.
Break
Before the next match begins, WWF Woman's Champion Jacqueline and Luna Vachon make their way out to the ring. Luna takes a microphone and introduces everyone to her friend, the WWF Woman's Champion, Jacqueline! Jacqueline takes a microphone too and says Sable is a disgrace to this company. Luna says the way she degrades herself for all the men that watch the WWF every week makes all the women look bad. Jacqueline says she needs to be dealt with, but her and Luna are the only ones willing to do anything about it. She says she has come up with a plan to get rid of Sable once and for all, and she calls Sable out to the ring. Sable makes her way out in some revealing clothes and tells Jacqueline she's just jealous of her beauty, talent, and fans! Sable calls Luna and Jacqueline disgruntled because all of the fans can't stand them! Jacqueline says they don't care about the fans, they only care about the Woman's Championship! Jacqueline says she will get her out of the WWF for good, so she has a challenge for her. She'll give her a title shot next week on RAW, but if she loses she'll have to leave forever! Sable hesitates for a moment before finally accepting. Luna then attacks Sable from behind and the women strip Sable of her clothes, much like they did to Ivory. They leave Sable down and out in the ring as the screen turns black.
Don't miss the biggest show of the year, WrestleMania XV on pay-per-view! The “Ragin' Climax” is on March 28th
Tables Match: Steven Regal & The Big Boss Man def. The Dudley Boyz: Sable is assisted to the back and the match begins. Bubba Ray had Steven set up for a powerbomb through a table, but Boss Man smacked him in the head with the nightstick! Regal pushes him off the top and sends him crashing through the table, much to the shock of everybody.
Shane McMahon comes out onto the stage with the Mean Street Posse as Regal and Boss Man celebrate their victory. They meet with Shane on the stage and Shane shakes Regal's hand, a sign Regal is now in the Corporation. D-Von tends to his brother as the Corporate Team stand tall on the stage.
Steve Austin is show pugnaciously walking down a corridor, he takes Triple H on up next with Mr. McMahon as the special guest referee!
Break
Mr. McMahon is the Special Guest Referee: Triple H(w/DX) def. Stone Cold Steve Austin VIA DQ: Sean Waltman would constantly interfere, and McMahon would never call for the bell. When the Outlaws surprisingly busted through the crowd and attacked DX, however, McMahon called for the match to end!
The Outlaws did not care what else was going on as they completely went to town on DX. Hunter and Waltman quickly bailed through the crowd and the Outlaws were in hot pursuit. Meanwhile, in the ring, Austin cornered McMahon. Vince was sure to remind Austin if he touched him he'd be fired and there would be no WrestleMania for him. Before Stone Cold could do anything, the lights turned to a dark blue in the arena. The Ministry of Darkness hit the ring, attacking Stone Cold. The Undertaker and Paul Bearer watched from the stage as the Undertaker's symbol lowered behind them. After being so beaten down by Rock and Foley, Austin was able to overcome Hell's Henchmen. Suddenly, Rikishi Phatu ran out to the ring, drilling Austin with a superkick! Rikishi was cloaked in black as he lifted Austin up, hitting a reverse piledriver from over his shoulder! Austin was laid out as the Ministry carried him up the ramp. They tied Austin to 'Taker's symbol as he began to wake up. He had no idea what was going on as the Symbol was raised as Undertaker lifted his arms. The Ministry stood in front of Austin as Undertaker lowered his arms, causing fire to explode from the stage. RAW is WAR went off the air with this awesome shot.

I have no idea the last time I replied, but your roster is insane with the WCW/ECW guys involved. I'm looking forward to see how you use Hayabusa and Tajiri, and I hope to become a steady replier to this with Wrestlemania and beyond. Would like to see Rob Van Dam win the Intercontinental Championship at mania, and I'm hoping there's a really good Light Heavyweight Title match with the stacked division you have.

Solid opening title defense for the Acolytes against the Hardy Brothers. Loving the interactions between them and the Rock 'N' Sock Connection. Still believe this will lead up to a title match, and change, at WrestleMania. Great promo with Stone Cold Steve Austin and Triple H to set the stage for tonight's main event. I do admire having Mr. McMahon as the guest referee to give a taste of what's the come at 'Mania. Pretty big win for Chris Jericho over Andrew Martin, I must say. What a dick move by Y2J afterwards though. I love it. Owen finally getting his revenge against Jericho, presumably at WrestleMania, will be a great moment after all of the build up. Pretty interesting segment with The Hardy Brothers and the Brood. I'm sensing a No. 1 contenders match at WrestleMania, perhaps in a Ladder Match? Good win for Steve Blackman in the Hardcore Match. He and Al Snow for the Hardcore Championship seems all but confirmed for WrestleMania. If that's the case, then it seems that Hell's Henchmen will see their downfall at WrestleMania. At least that's how I see it at the moment. I'm not Ken Shamrock's sister. Jokes aside, I look forward to seeing where this story goes. The perverted Intercontinental Champion getting his ass kicked by Shamrock sounds pretty good, honestly. Good successful defense for Venis against Rob Van Dam. Big brother Ken to the rescue, I see. Maybe not necessarily to the rescue, but whatevs. Finally, the Fatal Four Way match is set for WrestleMania. Would love for a Van Dam victory. Good god, Vader got Chokeslammed through the announce table? That's a huge table break. Expecting a gimmick match of sorts between Vader and Big Show at WrestleMania to settle the score. Pretty chaotic brawl between the Acolytes and Rock 'N' Sock. I wonder if this victory means a title shot next week for Rock and Mankind. Solid match between D-Lo Brown and Rey Mysterio. D-Lo getting the win is fine. The mysterious vignette again, still no clue as to who it is. So I guess Sable's Women's Championship victory will come next week as opposed to 'Mania. Wow, surprise that Regal and the Big Boss Man got the win over the Dudley Boyz in their own match. Regal now in the Corporation is fine. Their comeuppance will come at WrestleMania, I presume. Lastly, great main event between Stone Cold and Triple H. Liked the New Age Outlaws interrupting the match and chasing away Hunter and Waltman. Holy crap, Rikishi? Very unexpected to see him here, especially as a member of the Ministry of Darkness. Austin being sacrificed on the symbol makes for a hell of an ending. I do hope that at some point on the Road to WrestleMania, Austin ends the show on a positive note for once. The Ministry constantly getting the upper hand only makes the the WWF Championship match more predictable than it already is. Overall, a good edition of RAW is WAR.

Another good episode of Raw to continue the build to Wrestlemania. I see you are going for a four-way match for the Intercontinental Title, and it seems like Show vs. Vader and Jericho vs. Owen are both locks as well. The Rock and Mankind are having a decent feud with the Acolytes, though I expect the match next week to end in a scrum to set up the final blowoff at Wrestlemania. Solid main event, thought I didn't expect Rikishi to join the Ministry. I do agree with HeelRyan, it seems like Austin is getting laid out every episode and its getting a little tiring. You need to change it up by having Austin standing tall a few times. Overall good job as always.

WWF @ Pittsburgh, PA - Civic Arena – March 7, 1999 The Sunday Night HeAT opening video plays and we are greeted by the commentary team of Shane McMahon and Michael Cole. They hype up being only a matter of weeks away from WrestleMania and we're going to get one half of a WrestleMania match tonight! Jeff Jarrett will take on Ken Shamrock in the main event, but how is Shamrock feeling about what happened between his sister on Val Venis on RAW is WAR? Will the Mean Street Posse come into play once again? As they are done talking about the main event, and Shane is done denying the Corporation would interfere, the Rock 'N' Sock Connection make their way out to to a massive ovation from the Pittsburgh Crowd.
Mankind starts the promo off with a cheap pop, telling the Rock it's great to be back in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania! Rock tells Mankind to let him do the talking. He talks about how he and Mankind laid the smackdown on the Acolytes! The crowd laughs as Mankind he'll give them credit for fighting them like men for once, but the “Rock 'N' Sock Connection” isn't done with them just yet! Rock tells Foley again that is NOT their name as Mankind continues speaking. He says three weeks ago the Acolytes took the WWF Championship away from him and the Rock, so they want an eye for an eye! A tooth for a tooth! They want the WWF Tag Team Championships! Rock says they aren't going to wait any longer, so he wants the Jackyl to round up all of those roody poo candy asses and bring the freak show parade out here! The Rock 'N' Sock Connection waits in the ring and finally the theme of the Acolytes hit. Jackyl leads the WWF Tag Team Champions out to stage with a microphone in his hands. He calls Rock and Foley foolish, and says they have started something they will regret. He says they have unleashed the fury of the Acolytes, and they will pin for their sins with their blood! Rock tells them to “just bring it,” but Jackyl says he has a proposal for them. He says he'll give the both of them a tag team championship match at WrestleMania if they prove they are worth it. He'll give multiple challenges and if they can overcome all of them, they will get their title match. Mankind accepts on the behalf of his partner and dares the Jackyl to throw everything he's got in their way. Jackyl accepts and tells Mankind he's up first, and he'll face Bradshaw one on one! Foley says he likes the sound of that and tells Bradshaw to bring his ass down to the ring so they can do it right now! Jackyl tells Bradshaw to go and the Acolytes march down the ramp, HeAT will return with this bout!
Break
Mankind(w/The Rock) def. Bradshaw (w/The Jackyl and Faarooq) VIA Disqualification: The Jackyl's first “test” for the Rock 'N' Sock Connection was nothing more than a set up. After he distracted the Rock, it allowed Faarooq to run in the ring and attack Mankind!
The WWF Tag Team Champions were already in the process of a beat down by the time the Rock realized what was going on. Rock quickly bolted down to the ring and started brawling with the Acolytes. Mankind got up back and helped his tag partner before it was too late. All four men traded shots back and forth until Rikishi Phatu and Al Snow ran down to the ring! The attacked Rock and Mankind from behind and it was now a four-on-two beat down at the hands of the Ministry! The Jackyl smiled as Rikishi picked the Rock up, drilling him with his piledriver! The tag champs picked up a beaten Mankind and immediately sent him back down with a double powerbomb. The Ministry stands tall over the Rock 'N' Sock Connection as the Jackyl clearly has a one hell of a plan for them!
We were taken to a video from “earlier today” where Mr. McMahon was shown talking to Pat Patterson and Gerald Briscoe with Boss Man watching over. The Big Show walked into the room and asked McMahon if he saw how he DESTROYED Vader on RAW is WAR. Vince told him it was extremely impressive, and that's why he's so glad to have someone like himself on his side. Show reminded him how he was the one that got Stone Cold fired in November, and how was the winner of the Royal Rumble match. He says he should main event WrestleMania, not being sent down the ladder by someone like Boss Man. Boss Man tells Show to watch his mouth and Vince tries to cool everyone down. He tells Show he understand why he's been upset, perhaps even with himself, but he is going to settle everything. He says if he wants to get revenge on Vader, he can have him at WrestleMania XV! Show nods, but Vince makes sure he promises one thing. “Finish the job,” says McMahon.
Break
A video is aired, highlighting the events of RAW is WAR. Stone Cold comes out to the ring to call out the Undertaker, after suffering weeks of brutal attacks at the hands of the Ministry of Darkness. Instead, he is interrupted by Triple H, who has some unsettled business with Austin. After some words, the two agree to a match when Mr. McMahon interrupts. McMahon approves it, but names himself the special guest referee in a “WrestleMania preview.” Later, in the main event, Austin is disqualified when the Outlaws attack D-Generation X. He goes after Mr. McMahon, but is assaulted by the Ministry of Darkness again. He fights them all off until Rikishi Phatu lays him out with a huge piledriver. Undertaker's men carry Austin up the stage and tie him to the champion's symbol before raising it in front of the titantron. The video ends with a shot of the Ministry standing in front of Austin, hanging from the symbol.
Back in the arena Shane McMahon takes a microphone and stands on top of the announcer's table. He says in case anyone hasn't heard, the Big Show versus Vader has been made official for WrestleMania XV! The fans cheer until Shane promises a Corporate sweep at the pay-per-view. He guarantees Show will end Vader once and for all, and either Rob Van Dam or “Double J” Jeff Jarrett will take the Intercontinental Championship from Val Venis! He also says the Undertaker will defeat Stone Cold in the most important WrestleMania main event of all time, and that Austin will never be the WWF Champion again!
The Brood(w/Gangrel) def. The Headbangers: The Brood was extremely popular with the crowd tonight and Edge finished Mosh off with the Spear.
As the Brood celebrates their victory, the Hardy Brothers come out onto the stage. They watch the Brood carefully as the trio notices them on the stage. They smile and a standoff between the teams ensure.
Tonight, in our main event, “Double J” Jeff Jarrett and Ken Shamrock battle only weeks before WrestleMania!
Break
“Double J” Jeff Jarrett was seen tending to his girlfriend, Debra, in his locker room when Rob Van Dam walked in. RVD told Jarrett he knows he's been worried about Debra and getting some payback on Val Venis recently, but he's been thinking about WrestleMania. When it comes down to the two of them, who's going to walk out the Intercontinental Champion? Van Dam says he's been fighting for too long just to roll over, and he wants to prove why he's called the “Whole F'N Show.” Jarrett gets up and tells RVD not to worry about which one of them walks out with the title. He says Val Venis pissed him off when he attacked his girlfriend, and he just wants to make sure the Corporation leaves with the title in their possession. RVD nods and leaves as Jarrett goes back to Debra.
A replay is shown of Bob Holly slapping the Godfather in the face last week after their match.
Bob Holly def. The Godfather(w/Hos): Bob Holly has been looking to make a name for himself, and perhaps he did that tonight. Godfather went for the Ho Train, but Holly side stepped him and rolled him up for the three.
Bob headed to the outside where he raised his arms in victory. Godfather stood up in the ring, clearly disappointed by the lost. Holly taunted Godfather from the stage before heading back to the locker room.
Kevin Kelly is trying to get a word with Ken Shamrock, who is visibly angry. Kevin asks Shamrock about his match coming up with Jeff Jarrett up next, and Shamrock tells him he needs to refocus on his main goal. Taking down the Corporation once and for all before finally regaining the Intercontinental Championship, the title he was screwed out of six months ago. He says that starts tonight when he'll snap Jeff Jarrett's ankle in half in the middle of the ring, and if RVD wants to get involved, he'll do the same thing to him! Kevin asks him about the relationship between Val Venis and his sister, Ryan, but Ken says he's not talking about it and leaves.

Jeff Jarrett(w/Debra & Rob Van Dam) def. Ken Shamrock: Tonight the numbers game caught up to Shamrock. RVD distracted the referee while Shamrock had the Ankle Lock applied, so Shamrock knocked him off the apron. This allowed Jarrett to hit him with the Stroke and take the victory.
The Corporation celebrates the victory in the ring as HeAT goes off the air, tonight Jeff Jarrett reminded Shamrock he and Venis shouldn't worry about each other, but rather the Corporation instead at WrestleMania!

WWF @ Pittsburgh, PA - Civic Arena – March 8, 1999 To kick off the show a video aired, highlighting the events of RAW is WAR last Monday. Stone Cold came out to the ring to call out the Undertaker, after suffering weeks of brutal attacks at the hands of the Ministry of Darkness.
Stone Cold was shown arriving to the Civic Arena, the “Texas Rattlesnake” is clearly in a foul mood. He carries a bag with him as he marches towards the arena, telling the cameraman to stay the hell out of his way. He asks Austin what are his plans for tonight after last week's RAW is WAR, and Austin just tells him “I'm going to whoop some ass and crack some skull open. Now, get the hell out of my way!” Stone Cold shoves the cameraman to the side as he enters the building, the feed now going to JR and the King.
The commentators talk about how we're only weeks away from WrestleMania and things are heating up. JR promises we will have more matches announced for the card tonight, and perhaps we already have a clue. He says the Outlaws have officially challenged D-Generation X once again, and we'll hear from them later tonight. They also mention we'll see a rematch from HeAT tonight, as Ken Shamrock looks for revenge against “Double J” Jeff Jarrett! The commentators are cut off by the theme of the Ministry as the stable makes their way out to the ring, led by WWF Champion Undertaker.
Undertaker has a microphone and says last week the Ministry of Darkness delivered an omen to Stone Cold Steve Austin about what's to come at WrestleMania. He says Austin has done whatever he wants without consequences for years around here, but he made his fatal mistake when he challenged the “Phenom” all those months ago. 'Taker says he warned Austin not to get in his way, but now he will pay for his sins at WrestleMania with eternal damnation! The fans boo as Undertaker continues speaking, telling Stone Cold to talk all the trash he wants, because at the end of the day, he will not claim the WWF Championship from him. He promises to put an end to Stone Cold once and for all before handing the microphone to the Jackyl. The Jackyl says the quest to cast the WWF under eternal darkness only continues to expand as we all saw last week with the return of Rikishi Phatu! Jackyl hypes him up as over four hundred pounds of destruction! He turns his attention to the Rock 'N' Sock Connection, talking about the deal he made with them that if they had past his tests, they'd get a title shot at the Acolytes at WrestleMania. He says he has their next test for them tonight, and it's a joint effort from him and the Undertaker. He says tonight Rock and Mankind will not only have to beat the Acolytes, but they'll have to beat the WWF Champion too! 'Taker tells Stone Cold to watch the match closely tonight, because Rock and Mankind have been thorns in his side for months, and what he does to them tonight will be what happens to him in three weeks! He also warns him if he tries to go after the Ministry tonight, he will NOT make it to WrestleMania. Undertaker drops the microphone and the Ministry leave, what will happen tonight when the Rock 'N' Sock Connection battle the Ministry of Darkness?
Break
Back from the commercial break, we see a graphic to confirm our main event of the Rock 'N' Sock Connection versus the Ministry of Darkness. One question remains – will Stone Cold fit into this?
In the arena, Too Much make their entrances to the ring. Light Heavyweight Champion Brian Christopher has a microphone and says this is officially week three of Too Much taking back their TV Time. He reminds everyone he is the longest reigning champion in the WWF, and he's tired of facing losers like Rey Mysterio, TAKA Michinoku, and Scorpio. He says he is patiently waiting for some new competition, or any competition at all! Him and Scott share a laugh before Christopher says Too Much is making an open challenge to any single person in the back who thinks they're tough enough to take them both on at the same time! As they wait for their opponent, the theme song of Vader hits to a loud pop from the crowd, much to the dismay of Too Much.
Handicap Match; Vader def. Too Much: Vader was pissed after last week and he took his aggression out on Too Much. They tried to walk from the match, but they were sent back into the ring by Rey Mysterio and TAKA Michinoku! Vader took them down with a double clothesline, followed by a double Vader Bomb for the win!
Mysterio and Michinoku look satisfied with their work as they left the arena, Too Much rolling to the outside in pain. Vader takes the microphone Christopher was using before and says in three weeks it's going to be the “Clash of the Titans” when he meets Big Show, but he wants him right here right now! Vader paces back and forth in the ring, waiting for him, as the theme of Show finally hits. Big Show comes out to the stage and it looks like he's ready to fight, but he shakes his head no and heads to back. The fans boo as Vader tells him he's going to get him sooner or later!
Break
In the Corporate locker room, Big Boss Man and Shane McMahon were talking about Kane. Shane says they NEED to find him and Boss Man tells him he's looked everywhere, but he can't find him anywhere. Shane reminds him his father told him to find Kane, and they can't let that maniac out on the loose! Boss Man wonders if Paul Bearer has him, but Shane tells him he's already talked to Paul Bearer and he hasn't seen Kane in weeks. Steven Regals walks into the room and Shane instantly greets him, congratulating him on his performance last week. Steven thanks him and asks if he and Vince need him to do anything else. Shane says he does actually, and it's a job for the both of them. He says he needs the Outlaws taken care of after the stunt they pulled last week, so he wants them to destroy them like they did the Dudley Boyz last week! The two nod their heads and leave, Shane looking satisfied before picking up the ringing telephone. “Hello? Dad? Where are you?”
A replay is shown from Sunday Night HeAT with Rikishi Phatu hitting the Rock with a piledriver after Mankind's match with Bradshaw.
Rikishi Phatu(w/The Jackyl, Al Snow, and Head) def. Steve Blackman: Jackyl has been putting his rivals through hell, and tonight Blackman had to face the monster Rikishi. Jackyl told Blackman before the match if he won, he gets a Hardcore Championship match next week. After a distraction from Al Snow, Rikishi leveled Blackman with what Jackyl dubbed as the “Rikishi Driver.”
The Jackyl and Al Snow enter the ring as Blackman is lifeless in the center. Jackyl raises Rikishi's hand as Snow stands over Blackman with a twisted and demented smile on his face.
The New Age Outlaws are shown walking down a corridor, their match with Boss Man and Steven Regal is up next!
Break
Don't miss the biggest show of the year, WrestleMania XV on pay-per-view! The “Ragin' Climax” is on March 28th
Before our next match, the Mean Street Posse was shown blocking off the Dudley Boyz from the curtain to the ringside area. They say they have strict orders from Shane not to let them interfere with Regal's match, and the Dudleyz attack them! The numbers game is clearly too much for them to handle however, and they are beaten down by the posse. D-Von is isolated by a couple of the members as the rest of them grab Bubba Ray. They lift him up and put him straight through a near by table! The Dudley Boyz have been destroyed by the Posse as they leave the scene, clearly the former tag champs would no longer be a problem. Meanwhile, back in the arena, the Outlaws make their regular entrance and after they're done with the introduction, Road Dogg says they're challenging DX to a match at WrestleMania, and they want their answer by the end of the night!
The New Age Outlaws def. The Big Boss Man & Steven Regal VIA DQ: These two teams battled back and forth for a solid four minutes until the arena went dark. Suddenly, fire exploded on the stage as Kane marched down to the ring, the Corporation in awe. He entered and it looked like he'd go for Boss Man, but instead he turned around and dropped Billy with a Chokeslam!
The fans were irate as Boss Man clobbered Road Dogg with the nightstick, sending him to the floor. Shane came out to the ring with a smile on his face, clapping for Kane. Shane entered the ring and raised Kane's hand as the “Big Red Machine” just stood there. When Shane turned is back, however, Kane dropped Regal with an uppercut and nailed Boss Man with a big boot! Shane turned around to see everyone down but Kane, and his jaw hit the floor. He tried to run, but Kane grabbed him by the throat and hit the Chokeslam! The fans went nuts as Kane stood tall in the ring, saying he doesn't work for anybody anymore! He set off his pyro in the ring before exiting, leaving chaos and utter destruction behind him.
Break
After the commercial break, a replay is shown of Kane returning and attacking the Corporation, ending with a Chokeslam to Shane McMahon!
Backstage Boss Man and Regal were shown helping Shane walking, as McMahon was visibly shaken up from the attack. They came across Paul Bearer, and Boss Man asked him, “What the hell was that?” Bearer assured Boss Man he had nothing to do with Kane attacking them, and Boss Man just asked him why Kane would attack them. Bearer said recently Kane has been upset with being “used” by everybody, and no longer wanted to take orders. Regal says he could have told them before Kane randomly decided to violently attack them! Paul tells them maybe they should have noticed Kane's behavior instead of ordering him around all the time. He heads off and Regal tells Boss Man to let it go as they help Shane to the trainers office.
Ken Shamrock def. Jeff Jarrett(w/Debra & Rob Van Dam) VIA DQ: In a rematch from Sunday Night HeAT, this one was just a ploy to weaken Shamrock before WrestleMania. RVD handed Jarrett his guitar, and he proceeded to smash it over Shamrock's head!
Van Dam grabbed a microphone from ringside as Jarrett remained in the ring, talking trash to Shamrock. RVD talked about how Val Venis and Shamrock are getting all hot headed as their egos clash, and they keep forgetting they need to worry about the “Whole F'N Show” RVD and “Double J” Jeff Jarrett come WrestleMania! He gives the microphone to Jarrett, who still stands over Shamrock. He says Debra is with a great, strong man like himself, but Ryan Shamrock is running around with a punk like Val Venis! He guesses stupidity must run in the Shamrock family, and stupid people piss him off! He drives the microphone into Shamrock's skull and the Corporation leave the ring.
In the parking lot, a limo is shown arriving. Mr. McMahon steps out of the back door, where has Mr. McMahon been all night?
Break
Ken Shamrock is walking backstage when he comes across the door to the locker room. He barges in to see Intercontinental Champion Val Venis in a towel with a video camera, to a huge pop from the crowd. Shamrock asks what the hell is going on and where was he five minutes ago, Val reminding him how he didn't save him the other week on HeAT. Shamrock tells him to get over it because they need to worry about the Corporation. Val says he has nothing to worry about, he's already beaten the Corporation. “The only person I have to beat is you.” The two have a stare down until whoever was taking a shower stops the water. The two turn around to see Ryan Shamrock step out, Ken in absolute shock! He turns to Venis and tackles him to the ground, the two men going at it back and forth as Ryan yells at them to stop! She calls for help as the two make a mess out of the locker room area, referees and wrestlers finally running in to separate the two.
Non-title; WWF European Champion D-Lo Brown def. Gangrel: The European Champion was out here alone tonight because Mark Henry was preparing to meet Ivory later on. Brown stole the win tonight after knocking Gangrel out with the goblet behind the ref's back and climbing up to the top to hit the Lo Down.
D-Lo proudly celebrated with the European Championship as he took a microphone. He said chumps better recognize he is the greatest European Champion all time, and he just picked up another win to prove it. “Speaking of chumps, I'm getting real tired of someone leaving me messages everywhere. If you're a real man, how about you actually show your face?” Before he can say more, the lights dim again and another message appears on the titantron. “HE HAS RETURNED. REMEMBER THE NAME... GOLDUST!” The fans are ecstatic as the message disappears and Goldust makes his way out to the stage! D-Lo is in shock as Goldust marches down the ramp. He slides into the ring and blows into D-Lo's face before pointing to his European Championship. D-Lo mouths off to him before slapping him in the face. “What are you gonna do, freak?” Goldust takes off his robe and immediately strikes Brown, taking the champ off guard! He backs him into the corner where he hammers him with shot after shot, dazing him. He finally takes his legs and sets him up on the middle rope, hitting the Shattered Dreams! D-Lo falls to the mat as Goldust grabs the European Championship, standing tall in the ring with it.
Break
A replay is shown of Goldust making his return to the WWF moments ago. He set his sights on the European Champion, D-Lo Brown, hitting him with the shattered dreams!
The theme song of D-Generation X hit over the arena to a chorus of boos from the crowd. Triple H, Sean Waltman, and Chyna came out, doing their usual routine. Sean grabbed a microphone, asking Triple H if he heard something earlier. Hunter told him he did, saying he heard two mediocre pieces of crap dared to call them out earlier! “And guess what, it's the same two pieces of crap that we beat four weeks ago!” Waltman laughed and called them pathetic, saying they're just desperately trying to cling onto the fame and power of D-Generation X! The two were cut off by the New Age Outlaws, Road Dogg and Billy Gunn heading out to the ring. Billy told them to cut the crap, the want the answer. Triple H replies, saying, “First of all, if we wanted to cut the crap, we'd get rid of you two. As for our answer? Hmm... we're gonna go ahead and say... NO! No, because we have better things to be doing, like anything else!” Waltman nodded in agreement, Road Dogg telling Hunter they're not taking no for answer. They're either getting them at WrestleMania, or they're getting them tonight! Waltman pretended to be scarred, and Triple H said they're just making themselves look foolish. He tells them to let it go and just leave the ring, before they make them. Road Dogg and Billy Gunn look at each other and nod, putting their heads down. They leave the ring as DX laughs, even Chyna cracking a smile. As they headed to the stage, Gunn stopped. He said he forgot something, and he proceeded to moon the trio! Road Dogg said he forgot something too, and a “bunch of crap” dropped from the ceiling onto DX! DX were covered in all of it as the Outlaws asked them who's a piece of crap now! DX were flipping out in the ring, Hunter so furious he accepted the match! The Outlaws smirked and left the arena, D-Generation X besides themselves in the ring!
Break
We are shown footage of the Outlaws dropping a bunch of human feces onto DX, making them so furious they accepted their challenge for WrestleMania! After the video, crew members were shown cleaning up the mess. Not a fun job!
Ivory is shown watching a monitor backstage as “Sexual Chocolate” Mark Henry approaches her. Mark says he asked her to meet him tonight, and he hasn't seen her all night! Ivory apologies to Mark, but says she's been with Sable all day, and they're busy with her title match tonight. Mark says he understands, but they're here now. He asks Ivory if she wants to go out some time, and Ivory awkwardly looks the other way. She tells Mark she appreciates him saving her a couple of weeks ago, and he's a really sweet guy, but it's not really the right time. The crowd is disappointed for Mark as Ivory walks away. D-Lo Brown walks onto the scene, tapping Mark on the back. “Mark! Mark! Did you see what happened out there, man? Goldust just attacked me! Mark? Are you listening?” Henry just walks away from D-Lo, leaving the European Champion confused.
WWF Woman's Championship; Jacqueline(c) def. Sable: JR stated before the match it was agreed there would be no outside parties at ringside for this high stakes match up. Sable looked like she'd take the victory when a fan hopped the barrier and distracted her, allowing Jacqueline to roll her up for the three!
The audience jeered the Woman's Championship as she grabbed her title and quickly bailed from the ring. The female fan was grabbed by security and escorted from the building as Sable was left crushed in the ring. Jacqueline mocked her from the ramp and Luna Vachon joined her in the celebration. As they left, Sable was alone in the ring on her knees. She was clearly getting emotional as the fans gave her one last round of applause.
The broadcast went back to the Corporate locker room as all the Corporation were crowded around. Shane asked his father what he was doing all night, and why wasn't he here. Vince told him he has huge news for the World Wrestling Federation, which he will deliver later tonight before the main event. He changes the topic, saying later tonight he does not want Stone Cold interrupting the huge main event. He says he doesn't want those idiots Rock and Mankind anywhere near the WWF Tag Team Championships, almost as much as he doesn't want Stone Cold to be the WWF Champion! He says he wants everyone here to make sure Stone Cold doesn't ruin it, because WrestleMania will be the night the Corporation take complete control of the WWF! Jarrett or RVD will take back the Intercontinental Championship, the Outlaws will be destroyed, Vader will be history, and all the titles will be in their possession! He smirks and warns everyone, “Don't let me down.”
Break
Backstage, the cameras went to the Rock, much to huge ovation from the fans in the arena. Rock was visibly angry, looking for his tag team partner in the locker room. Rock takes a seat on a nearby chair, and suddenly Mr. Socko pops up behind his shoulder! “Hi, Rocky!” Rock turns his head and rolls his year, asking Mick why the hell is he hiding behind a chair with a sock puppet. Foley starts to speak, only for Rock to tell him it doesn't matter and he really doesn't want to know, either. Foley gets up and tells Rock he was just trying to lighten the mood, and Rock says he's a little more focused on the handicap match with Satan and the Addams Family. Mankind assures him they will have Mr. Socko out there tonight right besides them, and Rock rips the puppet from his hand and throws it on the ground! “For the love of god, Mick, you're a thirty-three year old man playing with a sock puppet, get your head out of ass – or you're gonna have to make room for the Rock's boot!” Mankind picks Socko up from the floor and tells Rock what he did wasn't very nice, but he'll let it go for the sake of kicking the Ministry's ass! Have a nice day! Foley leaves the room, Rock face palming.
Chris Jericho def. Andrew Martin: Andrew Martin requested this rematch, trying to get back to his winning ways. Jericho came out on top again, though, forcing him to submit with the Walls of Jericho!
After the match, Jericho calls his security into the ring. They surround him as Jericho takes a microphone, saying “Y2J” is better than ever! He talks about exposing how much of a fool Owen Hart really is, and he just keeps picking up win after win, but it's not like that surprises him. Before he can say anymore, Owen Hart appears on the TitanTron. He simply tells Jericho “enough is enough” and it is time they settle this right now. He warns him he's going to go out to the ring in thirty seconds and beat the crap out of him! The fans pop as Jericho orders his security to go after him backstage, keeping one in the ring for him. Owen remains on the tron, counting to thirty. As he hits twenty, the one guard takes off his hat and wig, revealing it's Owen Hart! The crowd is going wild as he tells Jericho to turn around. “Y2J” does, getting socked in the mouth! He quickly realizes who it is, but there's no time to react as Owen goes straight for the attack. He beats on him before dragging him out to the center of the ring and gazing around the arena. He locks in the Sharpshooter and applies it with all his might as Jericho screams out in pain! Referees quickly run out to the ring and Owen leaves, satisfied with the damage. He escapes through the crowd as the refs tend to Jericho; Owen has finally gotten to his rival!
Up next, the Rock 'N' Sock Connection take on the Ministry of Darkness!
Break
Mr. McMahon makes his way out to the arena to “bunghole” chants from the crowd. He heads over the announcers and takes a microphone, asking for silence. Vince says he has a huge announcement for the World Wrestling Federation, that will surely change the landscape forever. He announces on April 29th, a new two hour program will debut on UPN; WWF Thursday Night SmackDown!. The fans actually cheer, just until Vince guarantees it will be the Corporation's show, and rebels like Stone Cold and the Rock 'N' Sock Connection will not be tolerated! He puts the microphone down and joins Jerry Lawler and Jim Ross for the main event.
The Rock 'N' Sock Connection(w/Mr. Socko) def. The Ministry of Darkness(w/Paul Bearer and the Jackyl): Rock and Foley were clearly at a disadvantage, even with Mr. Socko on Mankind's hand the entire time. In the end, Bradshaw accidentally took the ref out with a Clothesline from Hell after Rock dodged! Stone Cold then drove out in his pick up, Mr. McMahon flipping out on commentary. Austin took his crowbar and attacked both Acolytes with it. Undertaker threw a punch after him, but it was ducked, and Austin dropped him with a Stunner! Rock covered as Austin left and the referee woke up, counting the three!
Al Snow, Rikishi Phatu, Steven Regal, Boss Man, Jeff Jarrett and Rob Van Dam tried to get into the ring, but Mankind hopped in the pick up truck and backed it up, forcing them out of the arena! Austin went back into the ring and hammered away at 'Taker, the Jackyl trying to wake up the Acolytes. Stone Cold unloaded on the WWF Champion, and Mr. McMahon finally had enough. He got into the ring and got in between Austin and 'Taker. 'Taker rolled out of the ring and McMahon got into Austin's face, reminding him he can't touch him. Surprisingly, Austin just shrugged and smiled. Vince was confused, and as he turned around, he got nailed by the Rock Bottom! Stone Cold called for some beers and the two “rebels” had a toast. RAW is WAR went off the air with Rock pouring beer on Vince and Austin pouring beer on 'Taker.

Great opening segment with the Ministry of Darkness. The odds are definitely not in the favor of the Rock 'N' Sock Connection, but I do see them managing to defeat the Ministry and go on to WrestleMania. Haha, admired seeing Too Much get the crap beaten out of them by Vader. Liked the tease from the Big Show following the match. Kane's on the loose? Not good. Good dominant victory for Rikishi Phatu over Steve Blackman. With Rikishi becoming a big deal now, it does make me wonder what he'll be doing at WrestleMania XV. Oh, there's Kane. And he's attacking the Corporation! Good stuff. I could see Kane having to endure a Corporate Gauntlet or something like that at WrestleMania. Decent match with Ken Shamrock and Jeff Jarrett, and the DQ finish was fine. I can't imagine Van Dam and Jarrett remaining a cohesive unit with WrestleMania nearing. Ha, Ken attacking Venis with Ryan coming out of the shower. This kind of cheesy Attitude Era stuff is awesome and I am really enjoying this storyline. Good win for VP, er, European Champion D-Lo Brown over Gangrel. Oh crap, Goldust! Good to see him back, and targeting D-Lo. Good segment with Triple H and Sean Waltman getting crapped on, literally, by the New Age Outlaws. Certainly a different way to get a challenge accepted. Aw, poor Sexual Chocolate. A fan got involved? And Sable lost?! Really, really wasn't expecting that. Curious as to where this is going now. I thought for sure she'd win the title tonight with a rematch taking place on WrestleMania. I guess her title win will happen at 'Mania, but if you ended her career tonight just to bring her back in time for 'Mania, that's something I wouldn't be too keen on. Or I'm completely wrong and you have different plants. I don't know. Good segment with The Rock and Mick Foley. I just love them together. Andrew Martin losing to Chris Jericho again really hurts him. He's not a major asset, but he could be a solid and valuable mid card player. Not liking his usage. Loved the segment afterwards with Owen Hart finally getting his hands on Jericho. A great moment that I hope to see extended at WrestleMania. So SmackDown is official now. Interesting to see it kicking off in April as opposed to just having the pilot episode there and the series beginning in August. Lastly, fantastic Handicap main event. Glad that the Rock 'N' Sock connection got the victory. Glad that Austin and the rest of the faces were finally able to stand tall at the conclusion of the show for once. Overall, another good edition of RAW with WrestleMania XV nearing.

Good enough episode to continue the 'Mania build, Penguin. It's nice to see some of the faces finally getting one over on the heels, since it seemed like the bad guys were standing tall just a little too much lately. Especially with Owen and Jericho and in the last segment when Austin got one over on The Undertaker. The other matches for the supercard are getting some nice build and I can see some other potential matches forming, though I wondered if you really needed that gross-out segment with DX, because it seemed like a bit much. All in all another solid episode.

WWF @ Bakersfield, CA - Centennial Garden Arena - March 14, 1999 The Pyro spectacle kicks off the show as we are greeted by Shane McMahon and Michael Cole. They hype up how WrestleMania XV is only two weeks away from tonight, and what a min event they have in store for Sunday Night HeAT. After Stone Cold’s actions last Monday on RAW is WAR, he will have to face Hell’s Henchmen in a three-on-one handicap match! Can the “Texas Rattlesnake” even make it past three of the most dangerous men in the WWF today, let alone WrestleMania with the Undertaker? Also tonight a the feud between two of the up and coming tag teams in the WWF will come to ahead as the Brood takes on the Hardy Brothers. Both teams are determined to prove they are next in line for a shot at the WWF Tag Team Championships, but who will prove it? Shane also promises he will announce yet another WrestleMania match by the end of the night!
The theme song of the “World’s Most Dangerous Man”, Ken Shamrock, hits the PA system to a warm reception from the Centennial Garden Arena. Shamrock storms out to the ring, clearly not in a good mood after his discovery this past Monday on RAW. He takes a microphone and wastes no time, demanding that Val Venis gets out to the ring right now! He says he’s had enough of his games and he wants to settle this right here tonight! “Hello Ladies” hits to a huge pop from the crowd, the Intercontinental Champion strutting his way out to the stage. You can tell the mere sight of Venis angers Shamrock, as he clenches his fists in the ring. Val does his usual schtick down the ramp, playing to all of the ladies in the crowd tonight. He finally jumps in the ring and grabs a microphone, smiling at Shamrock. He tells Ken it’s nothing personal between the two of them, he’s just willing to go to any lengths to retain his Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania. He says he’s already beaten the Corporation three times over, he just needs to beat him now. He admits the only way he can do that is by getting into his head, which he clearly has done. Shamrock snaps at him, telling Ryan is just his little sister, and he crossed the line with her! Val smirks and tells him, “Ryan’s not a little girl anymore, Kenny!” The fans pop and you can almost see the steam coming out of Shamrock. He drops the microphone, tackling Venis to the ground! Shamrock hammers away with fists, but Venis fights back. The scene is very much the same as the fight on RAW, the two trading shots back and forth. Referees come charging out to the middle of the ring to separate the two, but to no avail. Shamrock leaps over the wall of officials, backing Venis into the corner. He continues to unload until Venis slips out, clotheslining both of them out of the ring! The crowd is eating all of this up as the two continue fighting on the outside, the referees in hot pursuit. The two men throw any official to the ground who gets in between them before resuming the fight. Finally, security officers head down to the ringside area, and in a joint effort with the referees, they separate the two rivals. As Venis is carried away, he lets out a smirk and HeAT goes to a commercial.
Break
Returning from the commercial, the last segment featuring Val Venis and Ken Shamrock is recapped. After Venis made a remark regarding Ryan Shamrock, Ken snapped and attacked him. The two brawled all over the ringside area until an army of officials had to separate the two. Shane McMahon laughs at the two, saying there is no way the Corporation won’t walk out with the Intercontinental Championship now with the two of them always at each other’s throats!
The Brood(w/Gangrel) def. The Hardy Brothers: These two young teams have wanted to nothing more than to prove they are the best. Both are heavily favored by the crowd, and it was split 50/50 tonight. The Brood sneaked in a victory tonight after Edge got a blind tag and leveled Matt with a Spear.
The fans applaud and Gangrel joins the brother team in the ring. Edge and Christian pose for their celebration on the turnbuckles, leaving the Hardys on the outside in bitter disappointment.
Backstage Kevin Kelly asks us to welcome his guest, the number one contender to the WWF Championship, Stone Cold Steve Austin! The fans go wild as Kevin goes to ask Austin a question, but is cut off. Austin says he doesn’t have time for his little questions, and he already knows what he’s going to ask him, so he’ll stand there like the measly son of a bitch he is and listen to Stone Cold Steve Austin. Austin snatches the microphone, saying it felt pretty good to go out there on RAW and crack some corporate undead heads open. He says ‘Taker and his little cronies have been running around ganging up on Stone Cold, but that is official over as of now. It’s once again time for Stone Cold to be doing the ass whooping, and he’s going to start tonight with Hell’s Jackasses! He promises to go out there tonight and not hit one Stunner, not two Stunners, but three Stunners! Ass whoopings going all around tonight, and if Jackyl or ‘Taker wants to get in the mix he’ll drop their asses too! And that’s the bottom line, ‘cuz Stone Cold said so!
Break
The RAW recap aired, starting off with the Ministry promo at the top of the broadcast. The Jackyl lays out a challenge to the Rock ‘n’ Sock Connection, saying they will get their WWF Tag Team title match at WrestleMania if they can beat the tag champs and the Undertaker in a handicap match! The video skips to later on in the show, when the match is actually taking place. The fan favorite duo are outmatched by the Ministry, but just when things are looking bleak, Stone Cold makes his way out! He takes out everyone in sight with the crowbar, just before dropping ‘Taker with a Stunner, allowing the Rock to get the pinfall. Meanwhile, the rest of the Corporation and Ministry members tried entering the arena when Mankind hopped in the pick up truck and chased them out! Vince McMahon put himself in front of Austin to save the WWF Champion from a beat, only for the Rock to surprise him with the Rock Bottom! The video ends as Rock and Austin stand tall, pouring beer on their rivals.
Back in the arena Michael Cole mentions how RAW was not a good night for the Corporation, evident not only by the video we just saw, but the return of Kane as well. Shane warns him to just drop the subject, saying they all saw what happened. He takes off his headset and grabs a microphone from ringside, asking the crowd for his attention. The crowd jeers him, yet Shane goes on to speak anyway. He says the all saw how Kane wrongfully attacked him in the middle of the ring on live television last Monday. Shane says they should have fired Kane by Tuesday morning, but he has a better plan. Shane promises that WrestleMania XV will be the last time we ever see Kane in a WWF ring, because he will go one on one with the Big Boss Man! He laughs and says Kane is going to get a taste of justice come WrestleMania, courtesy of the Boss Man!
Bob Holly def. The Godfather(w/Hos): This feud has been brewing for a couple of weeks now, with Bob Holly finally looking to prove himself in singles competition. These two rough and tough superstars battled it out back and forth for a few minutes, with Holly taking the win after a very impressive sitout suplex slam..
Up next on Sunday Night HeAT, Stone Cold Steve Austin takes on all three members of Hell’s Henchmen in our main event!
Break
Hell’s Henchmen(w/The Jackyl and Undertaker) def. Stone Cold Steve Austin VIA DQ: It was clear Stone Cold was not in it to win it tonight. As he said before, he simply wanted to whoop some ass, which he did after unloading on the three men with a chair, one shot to each of their heads!
The fans were going insane as Stone Cold stood tall in the ring, pounding on the mat with a chair. The Jackyl were trying to regroup his men as the Undertaker circled the ring, Austin never taking his eyes off of him. Suddenly, the Jackyl’s men were back up and Snow jumped up to the apron. Austin made quick work of him again, smashing the chair into his head. Faarooq was next to try his luck, getting into a fist fight with Austin. It was fairly even battle until Bradshaw slid into the ring, clobbering Austin from behind. The tag teams performed a beatdown, forcing Austin to the ground. The Undertaker finally entered the ring, calling the Acolytes back. Al Snow was also back up to his feet and in the ring. ‘Taker stalked Austin, waiting for him to get up to his feet. Suddenly, before ‘Taker could make his move, Kane’s pyro shot off on the stage! The fans went wild again as Kane marched his way out to the ring, Shane McMahon wanting to go far away. Kane headed straight for the ring, getting right in his brother’s face! Undertaker told the rest of the Ministry to the leave the ring, and they followed orders. The two brothers had a stare down to close the show, we know where Kane stands with the Corporation, but where exactly does he stand with his brother and father?

WWF RAW is WAR: Monday 8th March 1999...I find it extremely fascinating that you are choosing a different direction for the main event picture going into WrestleMania XV. That said, Stone Cold Steve Austin and the Undertaker's rivalry in 1999 was so hot, it drew one of the highest quarter-hour ratings in the Monday Night Wars, when Austin regained the WWF Championship from him. It won't be as good in-ring quality wise, but it sure as hell will be entertaining for everyone involved. A good promo to kick things off, with the Undertaker discussing Austin. Hah, the Rock 'n' Sock Connection are around to feud with the Ministry of Darkness in the mean time. I don't have too much of a problem with that. I'm wondering if Austin plans to give the Ministry the same beer bash that he gave to the Corporation around this time frame. Wow, a big main event made, this was generic build for the upcoming pay-per-view apart from that. You're going to have to do better than this to build up WrestleMania! Luckily, you have three weeks to do so. Ha, Too Much want much more television time. Effective usage of Scott Taylor and Brian Christopher here, with Vader getting an easy win against the obnoxious tag team. Rey Mysterio Jr and TAKA Michinoku's inclusion was neat. Oh, Vader is facing Paul Wight in a couple of weeks? I don't like the sound of that match, but it'll be a good draw. Hmm, mini story with the Corporation discussing where Kane is, that interests me. I like Steven Regal's use. Rikishi Phatu, yay! I assume that he's a part of the Oddities tag team, perhaps. Good win for Phatu against Steve Blackman, no problem with this. Ah, the Mean Street Posse. Interesting involvement with the Dudley Boyz and the Posse. I'm surprised that the Posse were allowed to beat down the Dudley Boyz, that's strange to me as Rodney, Pete Gas and Joey Abs were rarely ever allowed too much offense or momentum. By the way, try to make Joey Abs stand out a lot more than the others, given that he's an actual wrestler. The New Age Outlaws with a win against the Big Bossman and Steven Regal was fine, as was Kane's involvement. Kane is breaking away from the Corporation? That's an interesting move, but it made Kane look beastly. I wonder what you have in mind for Kane going into the biggest pay-per-view of the year. Ken Shamrock with a win against Jeff Jarrett was fine, another disqualification finish, as expected really. Rob Van Dam, Shamrock, Jarrett and Val Venis going into WrestleMania is fine, I'm just hoping that this fatal four-way encounter is better than the real life four-corner elimination match for the WWF Intercontinental Championship. Ryan Shamrock, yay! That's great, I did enjoy the Shamrock and Venis feud over Ken's sister. I hope Val dumps her to add additional heat. D-Lo Brown with a win against Gangrel was fine, Gangrel is another WWF superstar that is permanently lost in the shuffle. Ah, I like the sound of Goldust making a return to face D-Lo for the WWF European Championship. I sense that they would have nice chemistry. A decent promo from D-Generation X, hyping up the upcoming match between Triple H and X-Pac, and the New Age Outlaws. I'm cool with this. The Outlaws dropping crap on DX? So 2006. I think that in the Attitude Era, you could have thought of something a lot more funny and creative than what transpired on RAW seven years in the future. Ivory and Mark Henry's on-screen relationship should be interesting. Sable and Ivory are friends? Hmm, I'll keep that in mind. Aw, Mark got friend zoned? Boo Ivory, what a whore. Jacqueline and Sable continue their feud...eh. At least some new WWF Divas are getting involved with the WWF Women's Championship scene. Involvement from Luna Vachon is fine. Hmm, Vince McMahon with news for the World Wrestling Federation? Interesting. I'm not too fond of the fact that you decided to skip the Rock out on having a run with the WWF Championship, but I think that he will probably get it this Summer. I think that would really establish Rock as a main event player, as opposed to here, where he is stuck in an upper midcard role of teaming with Mankind, and not a whole lot else. Chris Jericho getting a victory against Andrew Martin was fine, but I'm not sure who the face was here. Is Owen Hart playing the heel now? I see the feud between Owen and Y2J is still going, which I'm glad about. A very entertaining angle to promote their upcoming encounter at WrestleMania. Ah, McMahon announced the debut of WWF SmackDown!. That will make for a bit more work for you. Also, I don't think this promo was necessary, honestly. A video package would have been better suited. The Rock 'n' Sock Connection getting a win against the Ministry of Darkness was fine. (w/Mr Socko) got a laugh out of me. Predicted massive brawl after the match, with the Ministry of Darkness members, the Corporation members, and Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock and Mankind. Overall, a solid show as you are currently in hype mode for the biggest pay-per-view of the year in the World Wrestling Federation.
WWF Sunday Night HeAT: Sunday 14th March 1999...Just a little note, when did I come up with 'D-Generation Xplosion'? Haha. Cheers anyway. A decent opening promo from Ken Shamrock to kick things off, and give some meaning behind the Val Venis and Shamrock feud involving Ryan Shamrock. I doubt hearing Ken talk would have been fun, though. A pretty brutal opening promo, really. Interesting. Fair opening contest with the Brood getting a win against the Hardy Boys; I'm expecting to see Jeff and Matt get their first big breaks this Summer. Ah, Stone Cold Steve Austin getting talk time is nice, furthering his rivalry with the Ministry of Darkness and the Undertaker. I do think that Austin and Vince McMahon's rivalry should have been the key selling point of WrestleMania XV, but I don't have a problem with Austin feuding with the hottest heel in the late 1990s, as I mentioned before. This show seems very promo driven, which cements how ready you are to promote WrestleMania. It could also show how HeAT is not becoming as big a matter now, with WrestleMania in three weeks, and the debut of the new B-show, SmackDown! coming in six. Shane McMahon is really intimidating, Kane facing the Big Boss Man!? Whatever will the Big Red Machine do!? Bob Holly defeating the Godfather was intriguing, I see the new ringname of 'Hardcore Holly' coming soon. I'm surprised that you aren't pushing the Godfather a bit more, given that he was one of the hottest attractions to a WWF show in this timeframe. Hell's Henchmen getting the win against Stone Cold Steve Austin was fine, I admired Austin showing resilience with the steel chair, getting himself disqualified. Wow, big end to the show, I see that you are doing a similar feud with the Undertaker and Kane, and the alliance around them - much like I did in my 1998 diary. Another good show, a great batch of heavy build for WrestleMania in three weeks. The card is looking good, and you're avoiding the typical mistake of making WrestleMania a dream card, which is always good. Nice to see it make another comeback, as you are rapidly approaching the one year mark in-diary.

WWF Sunday Night HeAT: Sunday 14th March 1999...Just a little note, when did I come up with 'D-Generation Xplosion'? Haha. Cheers anyway. I think you came up with D-Generation Xplosion in a random reply which was awesome so I stole it.

WWF @ San Jose, CA - Arena - March 15, 1999 RAW is WAR opens up with a video recapping last week, starting off with the Ministry promo at the top of the broadcast. The Jackyl lays out a challenge to the Rock ‘n' Sock Connection, saying they will get their WWF Tag Team title match at WrestleMania if they can beat the tag champs and the Undertaker in a handicap match! The video skips to later in the show, when the match is actually taking place.
Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler welcome us to the show, mentioning how we are only thirteen nights away from WrestleMania XV! They talk about how tonight Mr. McMahon has promised to get to the bottom of the Kane situation, while pondering how the Undertaker will fit into all of this after what we saw on HeAT last night. Also in the show Chris Jericho looks for revenge against Owen Hart, then Val Venis and Ken Shamrock look to finally settle their differences in a Street Fight!
The theme song of the Corporation hits to unanimous boos from the San Jose crowd, Mr. McMahon leading his troops out to the ring. After the events of last week, of course, the Corporate Team isn't as cocky as usual. As they enter the ring, Shane grabs a microphone and tells the crowd to shut up, saying they need to give his father the respect he deserve. He hands Vince the microphone, but before he can even speak the "bunghole!" chants ring out across the arena. Vince tries talking over, saying that Stone Cold and the Rock crossed the line last week. More importantly, they crossed the boss. He says they put their hands on him, and as a result, they will pay right here tonight! The fans boo as he continues, saying the Rock will take on WWF Tag Team Champions the Acolytes in a handicap match! Then, in our main event, Stone Cold Steve Austin will take on not one, not two, but three opponents! Who just happen to be none other than the Big Boss Man, Steven Regal, and the Ministry's newest member in Rikishi Phatu. Suddenly, McMahon's cut off by the theme of no other than WWF Champion Undertaker. ‘Taker makes his way out with the title in two, the Ministry standing behind him. They stay up on the ramp as the champion takes a microphone, warning McMahon he's patience is growing thinner with the Corporation after last week. He says the sole purpose of them joining together was to get rid of Stone Cold Steve Austin, but he knows he can beat Austin by himself. He knows come WrestleMania he will kill the "Rattlesnake", and then the Ministry will hold all the power in the WWF. He accuses McMahon of feeding him nothing but lies, and he's had enough of being screwed over be him. He warns after he's done with Stone Cold, he's going after him! He tells Vince to lock up his family, because nobody with the last name McMahon is off bounds to the "Phenom"! Vince snaps at him, warning him to stay away from his family. He tells ‘Taker he isn't responsible for what happened last Monday on RAW, or what Kane did on HeAT! "Besides, he's your idiot brother! Why don't you deal with him?" Shane, seeing the two massive egos clashing, decides to step in. He reminds the two of them Stone Cold Steve Austin is still in the WWF, and that's what they need to focus on. He says Stone Cold will not be taken out unless the Corporation and Ministry work together, and they can't keep getting at each other's throats! Vince agrees, and asks ‘Taker if he can let bygones be bygones. The Jackyl and Paul Bearer try to get him to agree, and eventually the champ says he'll give McMahon one more shot not to screw things up again. The Ministry leaves after Undertaker's finished, McMahon fuming in the ring after his words. Can the alliance between the Corporation and the Ministry of Darkness last until WrestleMania?
Break
Returning from the break, Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler remind us of the two matches Mr. McMahon made earlier tonight. First up, the Rock takes on the WWF Tag Team Champions, the Acolytes, in a handicap match just before WrestleMania next Sunday, In our main event for tonight, Stone Cold will have to take on the Big Boss Man, Steven Regal, AND Rikishi Phatu in a three-on-one handicap match! After we see graphics for both matches, Jim Ross asks the question if Mr. McMahon and the Undertaker can co-exist up until WrestleMania. Lawler assures him they will get on the same page, it's just that Undertaker needs to listen to Mr. McMahon for once!
The Big Show def. Gangrel: This week the Brood member in Gangrel had to take his focus off their rivals, the Hardy Boys, and turn it to the massive Big Show. Unluckily for the Gothic superstar, Big Show was in a foul mood tonight. After about three or so minutes of action, Show finished him off with a huge Chokeslam.
The crowd booed as Show was declared the winner. He grabbed a microphone, promising to take Vader out of the WWF once and for all. He says nobody has been screwed over more than him, because he should be in the main event of WrestleMania. He should be walking out here as the new WWF Champion in two weeks, but Vader took that away from him. Vader couldn't accept the fact that he was now in the spotlight, and he had to take it away from him. Show vows revenge before reminding everyone how he said he would pick the time to fight Vader. "Well, that time is now." The fans pop as Vader's theme blasts over the PA System, the "Mastodon" wasting no time in accepting the challenge! He makes a beeline for the ring, but he's off as soon as he slides in. Big Show just stomps away at him to massive heat from the crowd, Vader not even getting a shot in. Eventually he makes it up to his feet, just to be pushed back into the corner. Show hits him in the chest with some huge chops, but when he goes for a right, Vader grabs his fist! Show's stunned as his rival comes at him with huge strikes, finally sending him out of the ring with a clothesline! Vader isn't done yet however, as he chases Show to the outside, driving his head into the ring post! Vader's fired up as he rips apart the protective flooring, looking to cause some serious damage. Unbeknownst to him, however, Show is back up and he drops him with a huge Chokeslam on the concrete! Vader is out cold as EMTs rush out to check on him, RAW is WAR going to a commercial break.
Break
We see a replay of the brutal brawl between the Big Show and Vader that broke out right before the break. They two behemoths battled all around the arena, and the fight could only be stopped when the Big Show chokeslammed Vader on the concrete floor. After such a devastating hit, what shape will Vader be in to compete come next Sunday?
In the parking lot a black truck is shown pulling up to the arena, which could only mean the arrival of one man - the "Texas Rattlesnake" Stone Cold Steve Austin! Only seconds after stepping out of his truck and heading towards the arena, Austin's stopped by Michael Cole. Before Cole can even ask him a question, however, Austin cuts him off. He says he doesn't have time for his stupid questions, so he'll make it real simple. "I was looking forward to kicking some ass tonight, so McMahon can put as many sorry sons of bitches he wants in that ring, I'll take them down. As for WrestleMania, just because I can't lay my hands on McMahon, I'm going to whip the Undertaker's ass twice as hard. Now get the hell out of here." Cole complies and stops following Austin as he enters the arena to a loud pop.
Sean Waltman(w/DX) def. Billy Gunn(w/Road Dogg): Midway through this match, all the ringside parties were ejected from ringside when Triple H tried to interfere, only for Road Dogg to yank him off the apron and start a brawl. Waltman stole the win after Gunn ran into an exposed turnbuckle, allowing Waltman to hit the X-Factor for the three.
As the crowd jeered him, Sean jumped up and down in celebration of his victory. Triple H and Chyna made their way back to the ring to join Waltman, Gunn rolling outside to the ring. DX taunted him from the ring, as Road Dogg came out to check on his tag team partner. James warned their rivals they haven't seen the last of them tonight before helping his tag partner to the back. DX shrugged it off, RAW is WAR going to a commercial break.
Don't miss the biggest show of the year, WrestleMania XV, on pay-per-view! The "Ragin' Climax" is on March 28th!
Break
Chris Jericho made his way out to the ring, not showboating as usual due to what transpired last week on RAW is WAR when Owen Hart finally got his hands on him. He grabbed a microphone from ringside, reminding everyone that his name is "Y2J" Chris Jericho and this world revolves around him! He says no man is bigger than Chris Jericho, and that includes Owen Hart. He calls Owen a pest, and promises to squash him. He says he will not have Owen thrown in jail for what he did last week, like deserves, because he will have to deal with something much worse; He will have to deal with "Y2J" baby! Jericho says the WWF should have done something about Owen a long time ago, but now he is the real Hart who got screwed! The fans boo Jericho as he lets out a smirk, dropping the microphone. After he's finished, Bob Holly and the Godfather make their separate entrances for the next contest. Godfather offers Jericho ones of his Hos to take the night off, but he's attacked by Holly before a deal could be made.
Owen Hart & The Godfather(w/Hos) def. Chris Jericho & Bob Holly: Even after all the big game Jericho talked moments ago, he ducked the former European Champion the entire match. The Godfather and Holly continued their feud as well, as they spent plenty of time fighting it out in the ring. Eventually, it came down to Bob being screwed over by his own tag partner. He was trying to make the tag, but Jericho refused since Hart was in the ring, allowing Owen to grab him and force a submission with the Sharpshooter.
The Godfather and Owen celebrated their wins to the approval of the San Jose crowd, but much to the dismay of Jericho. Godfather danced around with his Hos as Owen took a microphone, turning his attention to Jericho. He warned Jericho it would probably be a smarter idea to lock him up after everything he's done to him, but since he insists on being the one to take him out, how about he tries it at WrestleMania? The fans pop as Jericho shakes his head no, telling him he'll get to pick when - next week on RAW is WAR! Owen agrees, and we have ourselves a huge match for next Monday!
Backstage the Rock is shown warming up for his match when Mankind enters the room. The crowd explodes to see both men, but Rock is unaware Mankind is sneaking up behind him. As Mankind gets close to him, however, Rock says "The Rock swears to God if your monkey ass tries sneaking up on him again he'll rip your other ear off." Mankind heeds his warning, just saying he wanted to cheer Rock up before his big match tonight. Rock tells Mankind the only thing that will cheer him up is if goes out there in front of the millions (and MILLIONS) of the Rock's fans and whoop the Acolytes' candy asses up and down San Jose! Mankind nods, but lets Rock know he wants to give him something, a little thing to help him in a handicap match. He reaches down into his shirt, leaving the Rock to roll his eyes and mutter "I don't want it." Mankind ignores him, pulling a sock out! Rock tells him he doesn't want Mr. Socko, but Mankind tells him it's not Mr. Socko - it's the People's Socko! The camera zooms in on the puppet, showing it has the people's eyebrow! Mankind plays with the puppet, exclaiming "If you smell what the SOCK is cooking!" Rock shakes his head and leaves the room, his match with the Acolytes is up next!
Break
Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler remind us of two huge matches to come later tonight, which are Val Venis vs Ken Shamrock in a Street Fight, and Stone Cold taking on Boss Man, Steven Regal, and Rikishi Phatu in a three-on-one handicap match!
The Acolytes(w/The Jackyl) def. The Rock(w/Mankind): "The People's Champion" put up one hell of a fight tonight, but he could not handle the World Tag Team Champions all by himself. Eventually, he fell to a double powerbomb from the dominant duo.
Following the match, Mankind wasted no time in joining in on the fight. Questionably, but unsurprisingly, he charged right at the tag champs. He took Faarooq down, yet the numbers game caught up to him quickly. Bradshaw knocked him down from behind, wasting no time in putting the boots to him. Rock springed back up to his feet, however, and he laid into Bradshaw with some huge shoots. Suddenly, Faarooq and Hardcore Champion Al Snow hit the ring, attacking Rock from behind. The two hammered into the Rock, but now Mankind was back up! Mankind and Rock were able to fight back against Hell's Henchmen, but they could never get past the advantage. Just when things seemed dire, Steve Blackman hit the ring with a Kendo Stick! He wailed on his former tag partner Al Snow, allowing Rock and Mankind to get the advantage on the tag champs off the distraction. Soon enough, the trio of faces were able to clear the ring, leaving the Jackyl scrambling while trying to regroup his men.
Break
The last segment is recapped, with Steve Blackman saving the Rock ‘N' Sock Connection from a beatdown at the hands of Hell's Henchmen. Following the replay, JR and the King introduce us to a graphic, announcing that next week Steve Blackman will team up with the Rock ‘N' Sock Connection to take on Hell's Henchmen on a Hardcore Six Man Tag!
Backstage Ken Shamrock is shown with his sister, Ryan. Ryan tries to talk to him about the whole situation with Val Venis, but Ken refuses to listen. He tells his sister he is going to snap Val's ankle in half tonight, and at WrestleMania he's going to take his Intercontinental Championship. Ryan tries to get him to be reasonable, only for Ken to tell her she should leave. She looks confused, and he says he doesn't want her to be out there tonight when he beats Val to a bloody pulp in the Street Fight. She goes to respond, but she's off by her brother, he yells at her to go. Finally, she gives in and leaves the building, letting Shamrock get warmed up for his match up next.
Street Fight: Non-title; Intercontinental Champion Val Venis def. Ken Shamrock: This match has brewed for weeks, and it seemed like it was all going to come ahead tonight. The crowd was split 50/50 on this one, as some fans have soured on Val with his attempts to get in Shamrock's head. Others, apparently, seem to enjoy the cunning attitude from the Intercontinental Champion. As the match went on, the Corporate Team made their way out to the ring. After Val's taken down by a chair shot, Jarrett hit the ring. He smashed his guitar across Shamrock's head, and the referee could do nothing about. Eventually, Val woke up and took advantage of the situation, covering his rival for the win.
Most of the fans received the victory negative as Val's handed his Intercontinental Championship. Jarrett entered the ring, applauding Val on the win, leaving the champ confused. He tried to raise his hand, but Val pulled away. He shoved Jarrett back, prompting RVD to hit the ring and lay him out with a spinning heel kick! The two Corporate rivals were down as Van Dam and Jarrett stood on opposite ends of the title. They both picked up one side of the title, causing some tension between the two of them. They tugged on it back and forth until they got nose to nose in the center of the ring. RAW is WAR headed backstage as the two continued to bicker.
We are taken back to the Corporate locker room, where Shane McMahon is watching the broadcast on a monitor with the goons, Boss Man, and Steven Regal. He turns to them and asks "What the hell was that?" The goons tell Shane it's nothing to worry about, but he insists they make sure RVD and Jarrett stay on the same page come WrestleMania. He turns his attention to Boss Man and Regal, reminding them to not let his father down tonight. He says he doesn't care about Rikishi, they just need to make sure Austin is hurt before WrestleMania. Boss Man insists it'll be no problem, while also promising he'll find Kane and injure him as well! Shane says he likes the sound of that and tells him he looks forward to it.
Break
D-Generation X are shown leaving the arena, while Waltman chowed down on a hot dog. He turned to Chyna and asked "Want a bite?" He and Hunter laughed it off, even though it was clear Chyna wasn't amused. As they approach their car, Triple H takes out the keys, only for the Outlaws pop out of nowhere, ambushing them! Road Dogg takes out Hunter with a tire iron as Gunn slams Waltman's head into the hood. Chyna gets in Gunn's face, pushing him away from her stablemates. This distraction allows Road Dogg to grabs the keys and he quickly hops into the car, Gunn evading Chyna and hopping in! The Outlaws drive away in DX's car as Chyna can't believe she let them trick her like that! The scene ends with the shot of the Outlaws driving away in DX's car, leaving them stranded at the arena!
Back in the arena, King calls the Outlaws a pair of thieves and says they should be thrown in jail. Meanwhile, Too Much has apparently decided to tailgate ringside. They sit in front of the announce tables in a couple of lounge chairs, with a grill cooking up some hamburgers between them!
Non-title; European Champion D-Lo Brown def. Andrew Martin VIA DQ: Mark Henry was not here tonight, as apparently "Sexual Chocolate" was devastated after being rejected last week. In this non-title bout Andrew Martin seemed extra aggressive, as the string of losses he's suffered in recent weeks seems to have gotten in his head. Even though he put a valiant effort, it was no use as Goldust would hit the ring when D-Lo climbed up to the second rope. He nailed him in the gut, causing Brown to fall into the perfect place for Shattered Dreams, which Goldust wasted no time in hitting!
The fans popped as D-Lo plumped to the mat, holding his groin. Goldust grabbed the European Championship, making a statement that he wants to add another piece of gold to his collection! He dropped it over the fallen champion's chest before hitting the mat as well. He stayed on top of Brown, taking a deep inhale. He looked up and blew a puff of air into his face, letting out a smirk as he kept one finger on the European Championship. Too Much watched from ringside, seeming like they wanted to throw up the hamburgers they just ingested.
Don't miss the brand new WWF SmackDown!, debuting April 29th!
Break
As RAW is WAR returned from the break, Women's Champion Jacqueline was standing in the ring alongside her tag team partner Luna Vachon. Jacqueline did not hesitate in reminding everyone how she is responsible for Sable's firing last week, which of course projected a negative response from the packed crowd in San Jose. She said Sable might be on the cover of Playboy, but taunted how she is still the Women's Champion. She says is better than Sable, and she's thrilled she'll never have to share the spotlight with her again! The fans boo as Jacqueline continues, saying last week a fan hopped the barrier and entered the ring. She insists could have beaten Sable anyway, but it was a nice thing for the fan to do! She asks everyone to turn their attention to the stage as she would like to introduce that very fan... Tori! Tori grabbed a microphone and insisted she was Sable's biggest fan, and she did not mean to cost Sable the match last week. In fact, it crushed her. Jacqueline's confused by this, and Luna quickly ripped the microphone out of her hand. Jacqueline called her a dumb bitch, saying she must be as big of moron like all the other WWF fans to be a Sable fan! It seems like Jacqueline and Luna are going to attack, but they're stopped as the theme song of Ivory hits. She makes her way out, standing in front of Tori to protect her, and says her friend Sable was screwed last week. She tells Jacqueline she's nothing but talk, and challenges her to defend that title next week against her! Jacqueline declines, saying she has already beaten her. The two argue back and forth, when surprisingly Shane McMahon interrupts from the stage! He tells all the women to calm down, because they have gotten out of control recently. He says he needs somebody to be in charge of the Women's Division to make sure they don't' step out of line. "And I've got just the perfect man for the job. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the new head of the WWF Women's Division... Jerry "the King" Lawler!" Jerry is in absolute shock at the commentary booth, but the look of shock is quickly replaced by a giant grin! The fans chant "Jerry! Jerry! Jerry!" as King stands up to take a microphone. He thanks Shane for the job, before saying he already has something mind for the ladies. He says next week Jacqueline will defend the title against Ivory in a match where you can only win by stripping your opponent down to her underwear... a Bra and Panties match! The fans pop as Jacqueline and Ivory are left rather stunned in the ring.
Up next is our main even, as Stone Cold has to take on the Big Boss Man, Steven Regal, and Rikishi Phatu in a three-on-one handicap match!
Break
Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. The Big Boss Man, Steven Regal, & Rikishi Phatu(w/The McMahons & The Jackyl) ends in a No Contest: Towards the end of the match, a hearse backed up right to the ring. All the men turned their attention to it, and to no surprise the Undertaker stepped out. As ‘Taker stepped in the ring and started to hammer Austin, the other three wasted no time in joining.
The fans quickly turned into a frenzy as all four men went to town on Austin. The number one contender for the WWF Championship was helpless as the Undertaker did most of the damage. As Boss Man went to grab his nightstick, the Jackyl ordered Rikishi to open the truck. He agreed, but when he opened it, Kane popped out! The crowd exploded as Kane hit strike after strike on the newest Ministry member before throwing him into the ringpost. ‘Taker stared at his brother in disbelief, Although Shane did not hesitate to bail, Mr. McMahon stand his ground, looking on helplessly. Kane entered the ring as the three men left remaining stood frozen. Regal charged at the "Big Red Machine" - only to get caught by his right hand. Kane started to crush his throat, but Boss Man came to the rescue by nailing him in the head with nightstick! Kane fell backwards as Boss Man followed up with some punches, pushing him to the corner. Meanwhile, Austin was back up and he nailed ‘Taker with a Stunner! The fans cheered as Austin grabbed him, throwing him into the back of the hearse! Vince yelled at the Corporate Team to stop him, but Kane was back in full force and they had their hands full. Austin hopped in the driver's seat and took off, kidnapping the champion! RAW is WAR fades to black as Kane brawls with the Corporation, and it leaves us with one question - where has Stone Cold taken the Undertaker? This was a bit of brawl heavy show, I didn't intended to do that at first, but crapgets crazy on the Road to WrestleMania.

Im looking forward to WM15. You went a different direction with the event and have made it very interesting. The Austin/Taker feud has been built up really well. Im a little disappointed Rock and Mankind are relegated to a tag team match, but the feud makes sense.

Pretty wild Raw, and it's understandable that things get crazy before Wrestlemania since you're building up to some big climaxes. IT'll be interesting to see what happens between Austin and Undertaker on next week's show, whether you do some wild skit or something else. I really hope we do get Owen vs. Jericho at Mania, I suspect the scheduled match next week will end in a no-contest to set that match up. Overall some very good stuff here and I'm glad to see you back at this!
