You really have to be Level 50 to get them? I'm only a 27. Sh*t.

40 is Logano's (and, I think, the highest level), Busch's is shortly thereafter.

I didn't get an update for Patch #2. And at least I'm the next level to getting Joey's GS car. I will use that for the Toyota win, and hmmm....who the hell runs Dodges?! I don't want to use Kasey Kahne or Elliott Sadler either.

Sorry for the misinformation, the wording Eutechnyx used was poor. Give it a week or two.

104 laps at Martinsville, leading for the last 50+ laps, get tapped in the rear and sends into the wall blowing a tire... on the last turn and the final lap. I came in 4th with a blown tire. FAIL.

Damn man. That sucks. I need to do another race. I've not played the game in a few days. Of course, I've been busy as hell too. Monday, I had a closing shift at work, and Tuesday, I was busy watching Hollywood Undead tear the TLA in Philly down to it's foundation. LoL. And I played Alan Wake last night.

Well, we are further along than the last time. Patch #2, as it says, has been submitted for testing. Hopefully it won't be in testing for too long, because the list of things it says have been fixed or improved will definitely make this game that much funner.

The list is impressive, but I really question upping the difficulty of qualifying. I'm not saying "Oh, let's make it where you get the pole each time" but qualifying difficulty is fine to me.
I question their decision to list to a small group of gamers [sim racers, etc] instead of thinking about everyone else. They've already upped the difficulty once [before people even got the chance to play], and now they're upping it again not even a month later? I don't think that's wise, but I guess that's why I don't make video games.

Kyle Busch's Pedigree car is unlocked at Level 30. And that is the maximum level you can reach. I just reached it tonight, after finishing the 250 remaining laps I had. I started the Sharpie Pen 500 at Bristol last night and decided that 250 was my limit for the night. So after work was done, I came home and finished off the 250 laps that were left. After that race, I just have to say:
GET PATCH #2 OUT NOW!!!! FIX THESE DAMN CAUTIONS, OR THE LACK THEREOF! I was getting so pissed off....I'd get spun right in front of the flag stand and NO caution. But an AI driver would just stop on the apron and get a caution. Anyways, with 80 laps left, I was stuck 2 laps down. Of course, it was almost time for green flag stops, so the leaders went in, I got my laps back, and then was naughty. I spun another driver and got a yellow so I could pit under caution and not lose any laps. Green came back out on Lap 487 from what had to be a record setting 31st caution, I had 4 fresh Goodyear Eagles and a full tank of gas, and that was what I needed. I was like Ryan Newman - note, I was not driving as Newman - but I was a rocket from 10th, which was at the tail end of the longest line from all the people a lap down. Anyways, I took the lead from Jeff Burton with 7 laps left, and went on to win. I [Dale Jr., of course], led 348 of 500 laps and had the fastest lap time at 15.49 seconds.
And I'm at Level 30....and got that achievement. 70G. But I still do not have, and I'm guessing I will never get, the achievement for getting to Level 20. It's a 30G achievement, but it doesn't matter THAT much to me where I'd start a completely new save file since you can only have one. I'll take not have the Level 20 achievement, until I get the others, like breaking the record of 200 wins. I'm 1/5 of the way to that one, well 2 off. 38 wins, if I read it right.

Yeeeah, I can't wait to get a new (bigger) TV tomorrow, the font size and color is ridiculous, I can't read a damn thing on my 20" dinosaur. What level am I on? No idea, but whenever I get offa here, I'm gonna run a looong-ass race and see if I can level up to the top.
...which leads me to this question; will the DLC wipe out all of the existing cars and replace them with '11's? I'm gonna be pissed if I'll never get to run the Reynolds Wrap car again.

Yup, you'll also be able [my understanding] to keep your 2010 season mode and still run a 2011 season mode. I might have heard that wrong. I just reached level 19.

May take 2 1/2-3 hours per race, but getting 100,000+ NXP per race is the fastest way to get yourself up to the max Level 30.
