Wait so he's had the surgery on both knees now or twice on one?
Either way, just look at Big Z. I know it was ankle/foot problems. But even so.
Also, Penny had multiple surgeries if I'm not mistaken. He went from Magic Johnson comparisons to Ron Harper.
Terrible situations.

He'll never even be as good as Big Z is right now. What I want to know is, how or why does he need another microfracture surgery? Did he reinjure it during rehab? Was it never completely fixed? Or was he working out again and got hurt? At least they still have Aldridge. But had Oden been healthy this while time, you gotta wonder how good he'd have been? He never looked impressive but he was never out there that long. As for the 2K11 talk... in myplayer mode my guy got traded. I took my talents to south beach. I will be suddenly forgetting how to play in the Finals. IT sounds like he ed up in rehab, it isn't related to his injury last year wich begs the question...what is going on in Portland? This team has suffered entirely too many knee injuries, this is third season ending knee injury this season and Roy's are very much in question. It happens once it's an aberration, it happens twice it's an coincidence, it happens three times it's now a pattern. They should really look into getting a new medical and training staff, I don't know if they're to blame at all, but I do know they have made some blatant mistakes with other players. Something isn't right here.

And I thought our situation with Bynum was bad.

I thought letting Roy play in the playoffs last year so soon after surgery was absolutely nuts. Especially considering he was initially supposed to be out for them.

Great win by the Bulls. 2-1 so far!
Noah and Gibson combined for 35 rebounds while the Mavs had 34 total.
Now they get to rest up for the Lakers on Tuesday. It'll be good to see how the Bulls hang with them.

Hornets are close to trade Peja and Jerryd Bayless to the Raptors like Marcus Banks, Jarrett Jack, and David Anderson. Stupid trade, we traded our first rounder for Bayless and now we're about to get rid of him this quick? It least it gets Peja's horid contract off our team. Jack is a really good PG though, so it's not too bad of a trade.

I hope this trade does work out though, if the Hornet's keep up this play, the pick the traded for Bayless could be a low pick. Jack is one of CP3's best friends, and an underrated PG. Bayless has alot of potential though. EDIT: I guess Bayless can be traded. Toronto agreed in principal to the deal. Since Bayless wasn't a free agent signing he can be traded now I believe.

He can't be dealt in a multi-player deal, so it's two trades. Anderson for Bayless and Peja for Jack and Banks. Hornets save over 11 million in this deal, aswell as get a starting caliber PG who is really good friends with Paul. Staring to love this trade. Bayless wasn't fitting in at all.

They actually used a trade exception, and trying to understand all that nonsense is like trying to read Chinese calculus. The NBA trading is so confusing. I remember when Peja was a SUPER star, wow

He was phenomenal in his first official season with the Hornets. Hornets had the second seed that season in the playoffs. Had the nicest shot in the league.

Bayless sucks. I'd much rather have Jack than Bayless.

Yeah he was pretty bad with the Hornets. He got like 4 points a game. Wasn't Jack on the Blazers too?

Yeah lol The Blazers have been on perpetual hunt for their future PG since the days of Stoudamire. Jack was a cluster when he was here, but he's improved his game quite a bit since he's left. I actually wouldn't be opposed to bringing him back. Bayless is a different story though, he might be unfixable.

Bayless has alot of potential and talent, but he has had chances to show it and hasn't done anything with it.

The Raptors have more foreigners than the city of Toronto.
Jack is a good addition because of his offensive output and it's a good contrast to Paul's game (whether at back up PG or next to him at combo).
Not sure what his contract is though.
But yea, guys can get traded in the same season instantly. Most obvious example is Rasheed from Portland, to the Hawks to the Pistons all in the same week in 2004.

I can't wait until the new owner takes over the Hornets. George Shinn (current cheap owner) is horrible. Demp is still making great moves considering the cap he has to work with.
