Whatever. He's famous, they're going to give him a short sentance and/or community service and send him to an ellegant resort that they'll call "rehab".

According to the charges levied, Hardy is facing a MANDATORY sentencing of 45 days at least. There is no getting around this... regardless of plea agreement or not. The question is whether this will be 45 days in the hole... or possibly 6 months!

Well, you can tell him I said I don't know him, so.. Super Bowl Champ, Pro Bowl receiver for the NY Giants, shot himself in the leg with a gun in a club and got 2 years prison time for carrying a concealed weapon on a plea. not all celebrities get cake walk sentences.

I don't pray very often, but i will tonight. I really hope Jeff overcomes this garbage. He could very easily plead guilty and get a slap on the wrist. It all depends on what the district attorney wants to see go down.

I bet this article fails to mention what he is willing to plead guilty too and instead eludes to all of it. NO WAY does he plead guilty to distribution.

It all depends on what the district attorney wants to see go down. Hardy will most likley see jail time, even if it's the smallest form. Right now, it seems the minimum jail time will be about 45 days unless Hardy gets out of it somehow which I don't see happening.

They should send his ass to jail and treat him as if they would anyone else in the world As much as I love Jeff......I agree 100%. No one should be getting special treatment. At the same token, whats legal isnt always what is right and what is illegal isnt always what is wrong. The inability for people to use common sense is part of the problem.

He's pleading guilty as a deal, probably. He's trying to get as less time in jail as possible.
