Well...I freely admit that I was singing in the bathtub today and I live in PA. Come

Come on, you're comparing serious issues to archaic laws that nobody cares about.
They are still law and people could still get arrested for it. Do they? Probably not. However, if one was arrested for it, the law would be there so they could be prosecuted.
