Day four ended up being The Thing. Love me some Kurt Russell. That's a great movie. Kurt Russell's the man. I watched Friday the 13th (1980) for day 4. Still great lol. Trying to decide if I want to keep going with the series or just go random. Not sure yet.

My bday the 24th I'll probably go with The Wolfman(1941), Trick R Treat, and The Evil Dead flicks.

I'm not doing an every day in October thing because it's hard to find the time to pull it off with my work schedule and a 3 year old. But I've been squeezing some stuff in when I can. So far: Halloween: Curse of Michael Myers producers cut, Halloween H20, Pumpkinhead, and Tales from the Crypt Demon Knight.

Just watched the new Carrie. One of the best remakes I have ever seen. Grace-Moretz has been one of my favorite actresses since Kick Ass/Let Me In and I have yet to find a movie she's in I don't enjoy, and she took in the role of Carrie amazingly...the prom scene was done fantastically though.
Gonna give the 2013 Texas Chainsaw a chance...see how bad it turns out here. Haha.

Did not watch anything for day 5. That means two for me today! But also I'm looking forward a month to The Green Inferno. I know there will be inevitable comparisons to Cannibal Holocaust, but I am hoping this is much better than CH, which I found pedestrian and un-affecting. And I'm one of the few who still have faith in Eli Roth. I hope he delivers. www.imdb.com/title/tt2403021/?ref_=ttrel_rel_ttAlso I stumbled on this little guy. Could be good for a laugh. The poster is great. Zombeavers? www.imdb.com/title/tt2784512/

I am in the same boat as Sucka. 9 year old, 6 year old and 6 months ago my wife and I had twins. So far, I haven't really watched anything this year. Hopefully that changes really soon!

I watched Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives for my Day 6.
Jason Lives is one of my favorites of the series since it breaks the fourth wall a bit and it has some pretty good Alice Cooper tunes.

Just got done with Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood a little while ago for my Day 7.
I think I'm gonna have to be drunk to get through Part VIII, Jason Goes to Hell and Jason X though.

Is it bad that of all of the horror movies I've watched in the last few days, the only one that was "creepy" feeling was the damn made for TV Lizzie Borden movie?
I've grown cold to horror. Haha.
