I dont see why anybody wouldnt e excited for this card?
The Main Event should be a fun fight, Machida/Bader should be interesting and Varner/Lauzon and Swick/Johnson could be be great fights and theyre all free.

DW has confirmed that the winner of Shogun/Vera will get the next title shot (after Henderson). Hmm...

Vera won't get the shot, Dana's hyping the fight. Would be fun to see Shogun get maimed by Jones again. That or see Shogun Vs Henderson 2.

Got this off Sherdog: “Whoever wins the most impressively on Saturday night gets the shot at the title. I put together the fights that fans want to see. The fans didn’t like the Rua and Vera choice, so here it is: The guy that wins most impressively on Saturday night out of the co-main event and the main event will get the shot at the winner of Jon Jones vs. Dan Henderson!”
So, we'll see...

jones beat all of them already, fairly handily at that... color me unexcited. not that there was many other options... gustafsson i guess.
out of the 4, id like it to be machida again, the first round of their fight was probably the most uncomfortable ive seen jones in any fight. not that that ended up hindering him in the 2nd.

It's really silly for Jones not to have a fight at Heavyweight with all that's going on at LHW.

Pretty loaded card for a freebie on Fox. Even got Phil Davis on the prelims. I got Shogun and Macida both finishing their fights tonight. Hell, I could see Machida and Shogun if they win coaching the next TUF Brazil should say Jones beats Hendo but gets hurt and needs the layoff. Machida/Shogun 3 could be somewhat marketable, especially in Brazil.
But the winner of one of these fights getting the next shot? WHAT? No matter who wins, Jones finished all 4 rather handily. Sorry, but not really thrilled. One more reason I want to see Hendo land an H Bomb on Jones, see Shogun win here in a big way then get Shogun/Henderson 2 for the title...

damn, that davis/prado fight was probably the fight i was looking forward to most. ended up only getting a small taste. its amazing how much filler is on these shows... although i normally like to watch the filler, i just wanna try to get to the two main events tonight on just about live.
