Great job wars!
I can't do anything that would look like a head, but if i can comment, i think the head can be improved by making it slimmer/more angluar. I think its looks a bit chubby/round.
It definetly is owen hart though!

There's this technique called Acetone Vapor Smoothing used for 3D printed objects. Not sure if this will give you any appreciable results but it might nudge you in the right direction.
Here's a video of it to get an idea. Great Owen head btw. 3D printing is the next step in customization. If you can master it, it will be a real game changer.

Yeah, I am hesitant to try the vapor smoothing method because, as you can see, it really melts it down, and I'm afraid the face details would be lost. I'm always keeping my eye out for new ideas though, thanks!! Wars

It definetly is owen hart though! The Owen Hart I was shooting for was the very early heel-run Owen, who always looked a bit pudgy to me. Not fat by any means, just that he carried a few extra pounds. Plus, he was so young and baby-faced, I went with the rounder face. Wars

Great job on the Owen head Wars, it looks a little too round in the cheeks to me, but otherwise great likeness. Better than any other head for sure. As for the rough areas you were talking about, have you tried the sanding sticks that Hobby Lobby sells? Usually found with all the testors paints.

Owen looks incredible. The possibilities with 3D printing seem pretty endless and I'm really looking forward to where it goes as far as customs are concerned. Looking forward to Adonis whenever you get around to him!

It's almost perfect, it might just be me. but does his head look a little bit white to you guys? if it could be a bit more yellow to conform to the skin tone of the figure it'd be flawless.

Have you thought about doing anyone (standard customs or scanning) from the WWA Indianapolis territory? Have you seen any of the footage? Its crazy to think we had such a rich history of pro wrestling right in our own capital city. Do you still need the dog tags? PM me your address.
