Love the maxi bendation. Want to see it done on a mattel elite. Do you think it can be done on the connection between upper thighs and crotch piece?

So far I have put it on an elite JBL (pictured here) and Mark Henry. It's pretty cool. I hadn't thought to run a connection through the upper thighs and crotch piece. I'll have to see if that's possible. Good idea.

The torso I used for Heyman is the old Earl Hebner referee torso, stripped of its stripes. I also etched into the plastic a seam down the center to turn it into a button-up shirt. The "chunk" is just a small piece cracked off the lower rim of the crotch piece. It probably happened when I was popping it open. It looks more prominent than it is in the picture because the contrast with the unpainted surface area underneath the leg. It's hardly noticeable otherwise.

Also would you be willing to sell any ? Or take orders ? Keep up the amazing work ! Thanks for the kind wrds, Shane. No, I don't typically use clay or putty on the bodies. I sculpt them with a dremmel. Analogy: a sculptor chisels his statue out of a pre-given block of material. The factory-made body is like the pre-given material that I "chisel" away at, using a dremmel. When I have in mind a wrestler to make, I choose a factory-made body that I think most resembles the wrestler's actual body, then, using pics online of the actual wrestler, I try to sculpt the factory-made body to resemble the wrestler's actual body. When I have had to add material, like singlets or whatever, I mostly use excess plastic from other figures, or sometimes liquid concrete. For instance, I had to add a lot of extra plastic to Kane's pelvic piece for it to match the width of the Big Show body I used for him. Believe it or not, about 1/3 Kane's pelvic is plastic from a Ruthless Aggression Undertaker thigh! As for Dreamer, Jeff, et al., I'm sure I'll get around to posting pics of them eventually. They've been in storage for some time, so I want to touch them up before posting pics of them. Sure, I'd be willing to sell and take orders, though I haven't done much of that kind of thing before.

That Eddie is amazing. If there was an R3 Eddie like that I would have bought it Yeah, it seems that the R3 figures were never very popular, though I think they are the best for parts. You can do a lot with them using a dremmel. They probably weren't very popular because nobody seems very interested in making figures as realistic as possible, which is what I try to do.

The Eddie and Tajiri look scary real

As usual, click on the name of the figure for more pics over at my blog. Big ShowA bit of part-swapping, custom calf tattoo, and custom singlet added. The factory singlet is a mere paint job. Rey MysterioAn old figure (pre chest tattoo days), touched up a bit. Hurricane HelmsAlso one of my old figures. It's a great figure, but needs a little touching up. Mark HenryI modified the Elite Henry by raising the singlet, getting rid of the abs peeking through, and adding a bit more girth. They really can't resist putting muscles on figures where there are none.

As usual, click on the name of the figure for more pics over at my blog. Scott SteinerPerry SaturnBoth figures are touch ups. The Steiner is WWE days, before his pecs disintegrated from roid juice and the ugly chest tattoo. And I can't find a single picture of Saturn wearing that cow outfit. But he definitely wore it at least once about seven years ago, when I first gave it to him.

@camcintosh, your work is amazing and I love how you think outside of the usual Mattel box for figures. Your painting is clean and I always love your detail and look to your figures. You for sure as stated above deserve more recognition for your work, but the customs section barely gets viewed. I post work all of the time on here and seems like the only time my page gets bumped up is when I update it. None the less, your work is great and inspirational!
