Picture isn't working. I'm not exactly sure of the value, but the condition of the card and bubble definitely plays a major factor. If I could see it, I would have a better idea.

Gem mint 10 MOC the black card Randy is currently in the $4500 ballpark. But if you ever see it listed I'd bet they're gonna be asking double that. I have coveted this very figure my entire childhood and adult life. I keep $5000 in a bank account which I never touch, strictly for the purchase of this figure...if one EVER surfaces.

Its certainly not mint, you have 3 noticeable creases in the card itself, I'm sure that effects the value quite a bit.

How rare is it loose though? Or is it more common?

We've have MUCH WORSE MOC Warriors sell for $2K and this is MUCH MORE RARE! It may be more rare, but if the condition isn't very good, then that certainly takes away from the value. If the packaging isn't that great, then there's no way any MOC figure should sell for that much. Who's willing to shell out that much money for a figure that has damaged to the card and damage to the bubble?? You say you've got much worse Warrior's selling for $2000?? Come on now. Only near-mint to mint MOC figures should be selling for that much. As for the pic you provided, it's tough to tell because it's so small and kinda blurry. You've got creasing to the card, that much I do see and the top corners look worn. As I said, it may be more rare, but if the packaging doesn't hold up, then the rarity goes out the window. I need to know what a C7 '89 MOC Macho Man goes for because that's what the condition of yours looks like to me. A C7 based on the carding from what I can tell in the picture. Can't you provide a bigger and clearer picture like the ones I've posted in my threads from the MOC LJN figures I've bought?? Post a bigger picture of the figure, front of the card and back. Condition plays a major factor in the value of these old WWF MOC LJN figures. You can't deny that.

Seeing as a Warrior on similar card condition didn't get the asked $1,900 I'd say $1,500 tops. Yes I know you're in it just for profit, I'm a COLLECTOR not a cash cow...

Here's a suggestion... start your listing at what your going to pay for it and then let the collecting world decide what they value it at in an auction setting. There's not much to reference it on in terms of value, so you can't really put a ball park figure on it.

the $4.99 price tag on the card is priceless! what is your reserve set at? I am looking for a gem mint card but I'd say you've got about $1750 - $2100 here.

He just listed it if you want to see more photos. Thanks for the heads-up on that. I just saw the posting on eBay. After seeing better pictures of it and taking the rarity into consideration, I'd say it's worth about $2000 tops and that might even be too much. I love how he says in the listing, "How many THOUSANDS is this worth??", which leads me to believe his reserve won't be met. It is an EXTREMELY rare figure which hardly ever pops on eBay. If I were super rich, I'd buy it. Just so I can have it in my collection. This one here, unfortunately has the Hogan bio on the back. I wonder how many out there have the correct Macho Man '89 bio. The correct one is probably more rare than this one. It's just too bad that MANY of these '89 LJN's have the incorrect Hogan bio's on the back of the carding. There's like 5 or 6 '89 MOC Duggan's on eBay right now and I believe all of them have the incorrect Hogan bio, thus making the correct '89 Duggan bio much more rare to track down. If I am buying MOC LJN's, I want them all to have their correct bio's on the back of the carding. I've seen a few MOC Bam Bam's with Hogan's bio on the back and I won't buy one like that. I want it to have the correct bio. I'm kinda picky that way.

Yes, I most certainly do have proof. Thank God I kept these pics in case a situation such as this came up. Here are all the correct '89 bio's I could find: If anyone there owns these pictures, I apologize in advance. I am simply using them as proof to show others that correct '89 bio's DO exist out there.

In my searches I just ran across an '89 black card Beefcake which just showed up recently as well. That's very tough to come across. How much rarer than '89 Macho Man?
edit: I just saw the Ken Patera bio card. Is that from an '89 black card? I've never seen that figure and didn't even realize he was still around in '89.
On another note, what I find funny is that the Hulk bio cards are the general 'rule' of what to expect from the black card series. Perhaps due to saving money upon being printed. And people hate it. If that were to have happened with Hasbros, people would go insane to get them

^ No, the Ken Patera bio card is just from his regular figure. He had nothing to do with the '89 series. If it doesn't say Wrestling Superstars '89 on their bio, then it's not from the '89 set.
I wonder if anyone out there has a complete MOC set of the '89 figures with their correct bio's. Talk about rare. I may see the odd correct '89 figure pop up here or there, but have yet to see a picture or video of all the correct versions in one place at one time. That would be something to see.
